Positive and very helpful. I would be a promoter of the business from an customer-NPS score. I would highly recommend and commend \[sensitive content hidden\] for her support and customer engagement with us. She was excellent.

Pros

My / our relationship with Account Manager \[sensitive content hidden\] was second-to-none. The communication and prompt responses were much appreciated and enhanced the trust between our businesses. \[sensitive content hidden\] is an incredibly valuable asset in my opinion for the Sentrient business.

Cons

Some of the course material and tests were too basic and easy to complete. Whilst we do not wish to create a further barrier for completion of modules for staff, I would like to further test their knowledge competence with more challenging tests with the learning modules (as well as more varied responses in the multiple choice options).

I have really enjoyed Sentrient, and found both the business user, and then the employee/contractor user features to be simple and easy to use. They have always been on hand for any assistance, and provide regular instructional & beneficial webinars to extend our knowledge. Pros

I like its flexibility as a user to be able to create, manipulate, and change items within the system to best suit what we need it for. We are able to add Policy & Inductions that are specific to our business, and has been a huge asset for filing documentation that includes expiry dates for our users. Great System

Cons

Early on it was more a HR Safety system, rather than a a transport system, and we didnt have a great way to create incidents and use it for follow up reporting & corrective actions. We have been able to improve this area, however the workflow could still be improved IMO

Sentrient provides exceptional compliance and training options for our business. Having used Sentrient across our MSE for the last three years, we have found they always consider additional courses and training, product features, and work to provide an exceptional product through regular engagement with us as clients.

Pros

Sentrient are responsive, timely and professional when addressing issues and/or responding to queries. They will always endeavour to meet via video or phone to ensure they fully understand what is being requested.

Cons

Lack of connectivity between elements of the product suites. e.g. Linking record management to audit registers. However, having raised this, the Sentrient team have taken this feedback onboard and are currently exploring options for enhancements.

We are a medium sized business in rural Vitoria and have been with Sentrient coming up 2 years. The support from Sentrient from the moment we signed on was amazing the platform is easy to navigate for staff. Sentrient assists us with new staff from point of enquiry, interview, onboarding of new staff and throughout their employment journey.

Easy to use, has a wealth of information which can be stored, is highly functional and the Sentrient team are very responsive.

Pros

The Dashboard for employees is simple to navigate. The ability to customise views, company settings and reports is great. We have found the "Group" field most useful as a tool to filter employees for all different reporting requirements, for example apprentices, WGEA reporting groups, and employment conditions (EBA, contract, salary, wages).

Cons

Liking between data sets would be advantageous, eg accessing individual capability records directly from an individual staff report.

Exception. The team are incredibly customer friendly, their support team are great and respond promptly. They really care about making adjustments to make it more beneficial for the end user.

Pros

It's an excellent system. Great features with a lot of customization. Team are also absolutely fantastic, they're understanding, flexible and really work with you to get the most out of the platform. The system is fast and easy to use once you get the hang of it.

Cons

I only wish it did payroll & rostering! Fantastic for the HR and compliance functions though.

From mainly using Sentrient for our staff compliance obligations, we have steadily adopted more of their features as they have increased their offerings and tech. Customer service has always been very good and I've found many of the webinars useful.

Pros

Good customer service and support. Always updating and improving their features. Provide useful webinars to attend around compliance and new legislation. Variety of options for pricing to suit different business needs.

Cons

Some features are less intuitive than they could be although they always improving things. Some of the products that integrate with other external services are expensive compared to competitors.

Brilliant, each customer service contact person we've had from the beginning in 2022 has been willing and able to help. Actioning and feedback on queries are consistent. Some "other" providers ghost you!

Pros

Easy to use from an end user perspective. Good support from the customer service and technical team. Sentrient are open to feedback and action things as they say they are going to do.

Cons

Some areas are available but not fully functional. While improvements are on the list "To Do" list it is a lower priority than I would personally like it but totally understand the demand influences the supply.
