Initial setup needs careful attention — one wrong event name and your reports are unreliable. Once set up properly though, the data analysis is solid and real-time event verification saves a lot of back and forth with developers. Security and data handling feel reliable. Overall good tool but requires proper onboarding and planning to get the most out of it. **Pros:** The event-based tracking is really powerful. As a QA engineer, I can verify exactly what user actions are being tracked and validate the data in real time. The Flows and Funnels reports are great for checking if user journeys are working as expected. Data visualization is clean and easy to understand — even non-technical teammates can read the dashboards without much explanation. **Cons:** The learning curve is quite steep initially. Setting up event tracking correctly takes time and if the implementation is wrong, your data gets messy fast. The pricing jumps significantly once you cross the free tier event limit, which feels expensive for growing teams. Mixpanel enables scalable, self-service analytics across Product, UX, and Data teams—supporting faster, evidence-based decision-making. It also allows us to measure the impact of product changes and experiments. **Cons:** Do not noticed any bigger issue with the tool, but sometimes it was a bit difficult to understand when started using it.
