We own so many different properties that vary in their ownership the reporting can customize how we want to see it and it is delivered to us automatically. Cons Customer service is poor. You have to log your issue and wait for someone to get back. We use an outside consultant since we need to solve our issues quickly. In addition, the payment management function has improved the efficiency in the execution of transactions and has reduced the risk of fraud. Ultimately, Kyriba has given us a clearer view of our finances and has been instrumental in the success of our project management. Pros Kyriba has been a fundamental tool in my work as a Project Manager. Their unified platform allowed me to centralize and manage our treasury operations efficiently. Real-time visibility into our liquidity position and easy access to detailed reports were invaluable in making informed decisions. Cons I have found the initial learning curve to be a bit steep. Pros Kyriba has an interactive user interface. It is a good platform for cash management and provides access to real-time liquidity positions. Our reporting has improved significantly and reduced time effort to report information.
