He trabajado por años y fue una gran opción pero perdieron competitividad frente a otras opciones más baratas en el mercado que ofrecen paquetes más completos y costos claros.

Pros

Versión Latinoamericana para gestión de clientes Soporte en español desde Argentina de forma personalizada. Interfaz sencilla y sin complejidades

Cons

Implementar WhatsApp API no es intuitivo y debe ser forzosamente por llamada y por cita previa con ellos Cobros fantasma por parte de la plataforma Suele equivocarse al contestar en automatico

Cliengo es excelente para mejorar tus procesos, ya sean de ventas, de atención, de selección. Nosotros lo usamos para dar el primer contacto con posibles candidatos y nos ahorramos un montón de tiempo que podemos dedicar a otras tareas.

Pros

Es 100% personalizable. Tiene diferentes idiomas. Lo podés usar para lo que quieras y lo podés integrar con muchás plataformas, nosotros lo tenemos en nuestra website y en WhatsApp.

Cons

El soporte técnico demora mucho en responder.

Nos ayudó a reducir las horas hombre dedicadas a la atención al cliente, nos agilizó la derivación de las consultas a las diferentes áreas y contribuyó con las ventas de la compañía al maximizar la comunicación con los prospectos

Pros

Su chatbot permite canalizar todos los puntos de contacto a traves de la herramienta y cliengo tiene un CRM donde puede gestionar todos los datos que se obtienen del Chatbot

Cons

El soporte técnico tiene oportunidades de mejora y el armado de los flujos para la automatización del chatbot debería ser un poco más intuitivo aúnque tampoco es complicado su configuración

Usamos Cliengo todos los días en la oficina para atender clientes y a través de la automatización del chatbot podemos clasificar las solicitudes de cada cliente y asignarlas automáticamente a cada área, nos ha ayudado un montón.

Pros

Creo que el principal pro es su CRM donde podés condensar toda la data obtenida por su chatbot. También creo que el usar el chatbot para distintas plataformas hace de éste una herramienta muy potente.

Cons

La versión gratuita es muy limitada, por lo que no está buena para hacer una prueba global de la herramienta y además, su soporte técnico no es muy bueno.

Cliengo is a very interactive platform, which does not require a learning curve for its use, and makes it easier for us to incorporate agents into the customer service process very quickly, in addition to being able to activate the out-of-hours mode and not miss registering any need at any time that we do not have staff willing to attend the chat.

Pros

Some of the most interesting features of Cliengo is the possibility of carrying out multiple functions within the platform, such as, for example, we can access our Google Ads statistics within our options menu and analyze the results of the campaigns clearly and precisely. They generated leads that have offered us better benefits.Besides, with Cliengo we can have detailed records of everything related to the collection of data from our contacts and the interactions made by users who use our platforms.

Cons

Cliengo has different licensing plans based on the needs of our clients. On the other hand, we have the details of each conversation related to our leads and clients, which allows us to analyze them later, so it is important to always keep the people who interact with our platform informed of the records that we keep and make sure that they have accepted the terms and conditions previously shown. Without a doubt, Cliengo is an excellent tool to manage the entire service process with our agents and validate the results of marketing campaigns that we can implement.

Lo fácil que fue implementarlo, la verdad es que se hace en 1 minuto con un plugin si es WP o un pequeño código js para cualquier otra web.

Cons

Poca personalización aprovechando el plugin de wordpress deberían desarrolar mostrarlo en unos sitios sí y otros no.
