Cliengo's simplicity may be at a certain point a disadvantage. Always according to the expectations or purpose that we have with the tool. Pros

I like to know the status of the leads, you can register the basic data such as name, phone, mail and leave a description for follow-up. It seems adjustable to the requirements of the vendors, not only is registering it is saving the data and the tool allows it. The appearance at the level of color and usability is very up-to-date, support attention at the client level is always 24/7 to answer any questions, the buttons of the application are very accessible and well distributed. Another advantage is that it indicates in graph how many leads have been registered, indicating date and time. You can also assign through a tab the seller you want to attend. You can set up a form on your web page where you will filter the information and automatically register at cliengo. You can also see 3 tabs where it indicates your lead status as: To contact, in progress and without sale. It allows me to have my leads in real time. The registration in the tool you can do as a company or individual person for a super comfortable payment and accessible by user. The cliengo chatbot is the first link in the digital sales process, an increasingly complex process that requires a greater commitment on the part of the company to meet consumer expectations, which tend to be increasingly higher and, therefore, they require a greater response capacity on the part of the companies, thus achieving a better user-brand interaction. I recommend it for a company wanting to grow and have their contacts!!!!!!!!

What I do not like and I think the tool is missing is a tab to take control of sales expressed in numbers. It is quite unpleasant not to keep track of the numbers or quotes that are in the line of negotiation. I think it lacks that. It should also be clear that Cliengo does not replace 100% human attention. One of its potentials is the ability to recognize its limitations and derive complex issues. It is key to know how to distinguish monotonous and possibly automatable processes to reserve human effort in more complex tasks. Queries from existing clients are usually difficult to predict or automate. Some things can be automated and, in general, a chatbot is usually very helpful in answering queries, but it is important to know the limitations so as not to damage the image of the company. In this case it is important to clarify the limitations of the chatbot, although in many cases it is possible to automate responses to refer to other areas.

Implementar WhatsApp API no es intuitivo y debe ser forzosamente por llamada y por cita previa con ellos Cobros fantasma por parte de la plataforma Suele equivocarse al contestar en automatico

El soporte técnico tiene oportunidades de mejora y el armado de los flujos para la automatización del chatbot debería ser un poco más intuitivo aúnque tampoco es complicado su configuración

The overall experience has been very good. The chatbot is great to take leads from the website visitors, and you can link the forms so they function as a lead inside the CRM. The CRM is for small companies, but works just fine to automatic or manually assign leads to all the users. You can add more than one site to work with different chatbots and it lets you integrate but more advanced CRMs

I work in Cibersys, and we are happy with Cliengo The chatbot is great. It is very intuitive and you can almost set the entire conversation to make the bot very realistic. Also, the new leads are very organized so you and your sales team can take care of any new opportunity from customers

Cons

I think that the CRM needs a little more work, sometimes it is hard to look for your leads without having to go back and forward on browser. Also, I think it should let you customize the different status of a sale, and not only give "To Contact", "In Progress", "No sale" and "Sale completed"

Usamos Cliengo todos los días en la oficina para atender clientes y a través de la automatización del chatbot podemos clasificar las solicitudes de cada cliente y asignarlas automáticamente a cada área, nos ha ayudado un montón.

Pros

Creo que el principal pro es su CRM donde podés condensar toda la data obtenida por su chatbot. También creo que el usar el chatbot para distintas plataformas hace de éste una herramienta muy potente.

Cons

La versión gratuita es muy limitada, por lo que no está buena para hacer una prueba global de la herramienta y además, su soporte técnico no es muy bueno.

Lo fácil que fue implementarlo, la verdad es que se hace en 1 minuto con un plugin si es WP o un pequeño código js para cualquier otra web.

Cons

Poca personalización aprovechando el plugin de wordpress deberían desarrolar mostrarlo en unos sitios sí y otros no.
