Pros: The reason we went with On24 was for the broadcasting feature, and how easy it was to set up an event. We host between 25 and 35 live trainings a year, but up to a few years ago they were only for those would could travel to our facility. Our goal was to open the experience to a much larger audience through video, and On24 was the best solution.

One of my biggest requirements when choosing a platform was the ease of use for our attendees. Between making it very easy to sign in, and how customizable the user dashboard is, I was able to ensure the best user experience for my audience, most of whom don't use a computer much.

We are now in our second year with the platform and it continues to get better. The On24 team has been very responsive when we had any concern.

Cons: Our two biggest issues with the system have been:

Freezing and buffering problems with our audience. When we first starting using their platform, On24 was flash based. They have made strides to move to HTML 5 and adaptive bit rates, but we still get complaints of the video freezing. Most of the time, a browser refresh fixes it. I have a feeling that most of the other problems stem from someone watching Netflix in the other room.

The second is the mobile phone experience. For a standard webinar it would be ok, but it is unusable for broadcast video. Since they cannot have the slide widget and the media player open at the same time, it makes it way too cumbersome to switch from video to slide to Q&A and back. Until they have an app like Citrix, I tell all my attendees to never use their phones.

Overall: The problem we had was reach. We could bring in all the best instructors in the world, but we could only impact the few we could cram into our training facility. Live interaction is very important to us, so that is what kept us from just recording them and posting them online. The community interaction is a must. Because of this, we knew we needed to utilize live video with interaction capabilities, but at the same time keep it simple enough that anyone could participate. How could we make them feel like they were in the room with us?

The biggest benefit we have seen is how quickly the HVAC industry has recognized us as a training leader. Most of the major manufacturers are now looking to us to help them educate their clients

Pros: Easy to learn, user friendly, and reliable. Other than a few quarks when doing a pre-record in for simulive events. Having a reliable and consistent platform is key for me. I know if I set it up to the specs ON24 provides, I'll get a quality product each time.

Cons: Few quirks that can't seem to be fixed. i.e. I can's pull raw lead reports in chrome, but I can in firefox. But, i find chrome is better for functionality while in presentation manager. So, basically this means I am constantly going between both browsers when creating, producing and reporting.

I produced a number of "simu-live" programs last year and I understand that the recording is done slide by slide, but when I have a single presenter and he wants to give a typical presentation in one continuous take, the slide transitions sometimes get caught up, and a few times I've had to go back and re-record.

So, I've asked the presenter to be mindful and pause in between each slide transition, and then it results in a bunch of dead air throughout. so, that can be a little tricky to navigate. But I've made it work.

sometimes the animations in simulive recording don't translate to the final rendering, which I can't seem to figure out why, when they transitioned during the taping. but again, just a small quirk.

Overall: I am a webinar team of "ONE" in my media group, so it is crucial that I have a platform and vendor I can trust. We excelled in all KPIs for our webinar business last year, and having a great platform allowed me to achieve that.

Pros: The ease of setting and conducting up webinars. The detailed reporting lead generation capability.

Love the widgets and the ability to customize the console. We use Ideas and group chat a lot within our training webinars to keep the audience engaged.

Cons: When we have a webinar series, we can link them so individuals can register for all sessions by choosing on all sessions in the list. They are not notified, in case they miss one or are not able to automatically register for all.

At times, an individual will me mistake use a wrong email address and we need to go to each session to remove him, instead of being able to do that for all sessions.

Overall: We have one person in our organization who manages all webinars through that the organization runs. It was very difficult to get his time as we had plans to run more frequent webinars. We didn't have access to reports or even registered and attended list. we had to get that from him.

Once we moved onto ON24, there is two of us in my team who manage all of our webinars and training ourselves. We were able to run over 50 webinars in one year and thats only part of our overall job.

Many of the built in automation like On-Demand library, email notifications, ability to copy previous consoles, and use previous instructors BIO and photo saves us time an effort

Pros: The ON24 platform is very user friendly. The set-up of a webinar, collection of registration to the execution on the day of the webinar is great and so easy. The system is very reliable and we've experienced very few hick-ups along the way from a technological standpoint and the quality of the call on the live webinar is also reliable. The reporting capabilities are robust and above average in comparison to other suppliers.

Cons: While ON24 is a great webinar platform, the cost is higher than average which makes it an expensive platform to use. Also, the tech people that join the webinars for an added $500 or more fee, aren't always the best and have language barriers and aren't that proactive. It's apparent this has been outsourced overseas. However, ON24 has worked with us and enabled us request specific technicians which has been helpful.

Overall: Overall, we have a great experience with ON24. It's an easy and user friendly system. The reporting is very robust and helps us to really evaluate attendance and what marketing initiatives work well and which ones don't. We have found the capabilities to be satisfactory and we've been able to execute each webinar the way we've planned. The system is reliable and have experienced very few technical glitches. I would highly recommend (and do) this system to others.

Pros: There are many features of the software and this makes it easy to customize each webinar. Functionality is great and ease of use by the users and attendees of the webinars. Love being able to customize the look and feel of your webinars and all the elements you can add.

Cons: We have had many issues with Screen Share and with attendees being about the hear or view the Live Presentations. Many times we can correct the issues that the attendees are having and most of the time it is a browser issue but there have been times that we have gotten complaints.

Overall: Great experience. Love working with the ON24 team. They are very responsive when we are having issues but my only complaint is there are too many people to remember to contact for different issues our account may have. I feel like there's too many people that handle the Arrow account.

Pros: We do over 250+ webinars a year and ON24 allows us to scale our webinar program while still making every webinar fun and interactive. They have multiple webinar types (On-Demand, SimuLive, Live) which makes planning for a large number of webinars much easier. We can use the SimuLive feature to still host webinars when we don't have any presenters available. They also have lots of "widgets" that you can add to the audiences view of the webinar that allows them to customize and click on different items during the webinars.

Cons: There is not to much that we don't like about the software. Reporting could be better and have an aggregate reporting pulling feature.

Overall: We have really enjoyed used ON24 over the past few years. They also have great customer service and account service. They are willing to listen to your feedback and help with any issues you run into. Our webinars registrations and attendance has increase considerably by using this new platform.

Pros: The primary reason for selecting and implementing ON24 was due to the fact that it offered integration with HubSpot. Upon integrating ON24 with HubSpot, I can manage registrations, trigger reminder/invite emails, send follow-up emails, and host registration forms through my HubSpot instance. In addition, when I do need to access the ON24 portal directly, it's easy to navigate and contains many of the features you need and will use to execute webinars.

Cons: There are certain places within ON24 where the functionality seems a bit limited. For example, there are only a handful of ways you can personalize reminder emails, including branding, text editing, etc. We have also found that ON24 doesn't enable you to create a series of webinars. Instead, we had to create individual, separate events.

Overall: Overall, ON24 is a great platform for planning and executing webinars for thought leadership and sales purposes. It is especially useful when it integrates seamlessly with our marketing automation platform. Would definitely recommend for both small and large organizations!

Pros: When comparing webinar platforms, One24 was above and beyond in terms of analytics. You can easily see registrants, attendees, and see their engagement (who downloaded a resource, who responded to a poll, etc). This has helped immensely for measuring and helping us drive continued engagement in our presentations. The webinar console was a big selling point too, as it can be completely customized to your brand's identity. Finally, the automated follow up emails and Marketo integration are key.

Cons: On24 is by far the most expensive webinar platform that my team encountered. However, it's reliable and worth it for my company. There are a few small things that I don't like - for example, getting signed out of the platform constantly - but overall, it works for us.

Pros: ON24 is an intuitive platform that delivers high quality webinars to our audience. As someone who is not super tech savvy, I have been able to perform well in my role as Webinar Producer. The enhancements made to the audio options on the platform have been great over the last year.

Cons: The phone bridge is still not the best quality, but that is possibly a result of our company phones. While we refrain from using the phone bridge when possible, the improved presenter bridge, that allows for PC Mic use is great! It is also important to note that Internet Explorer is not compatible with this product. This is a struggle for some of our audience members, although we post in several places the need to use Chrome or Firefox.

Overall: I've been very pleased with my experience working with ON24. They have great customer service and are very responsive to our needs. They are consistently making improvements and educating their customers on ways to enhance their webinars.

Pros: Easy to use, professional, lots of capabilities and features. Great reporting, interactivity, and integrations into our marketing tech stack. Helpful and professional team members and lots of options for support (live chat, tickets, help center, community).

Cons: Some of the user interface and experience could be improved, and the different "parts" of the platform are a little confusing (where you set up a webinar vs. run it). Help documentation has improved but could still be added to and updated.

Pros: Once you have your template set up On24 is very easy to clone and use for all your webinars. The best part about this software is that it lives online and not a software on your computer so you never need to worry about showing the wrong screen. Additionally, we work with a lot of external presenters and the platform is so easy to use my briefs only take about 10 minutes to walk them through.

Cons: A few little kinks: If you clone the same presentation too much, it will stop you from creating any new webinar pages. I needed to reach out to support to find this out. While I know you can use their templates, we just got in the habit of cloning and it didnt work.

Also, there is not an option to have a video play within the slide you are showing. You need to upload videos separately which can make it a little clunky for viewers.

Overall: We host webinars for both clients and prospects, and we have different needs for each. With a global team and clients, it was important that we didn't have to be up at 3AM to host a live webinar in Australia. On24 offers what some other platforms we looked at don't - Simulated Live Webinars. This has been a life saver for us to record live with our team members at a local time and then have the webinar hit live in different regions hours or days later.

Pros: The software was relatively easy to learn and set up initial events. From there we have been able to copy and improve upon setups and designs. The ease of repeatably is a very appreciated feature.

Cons: Certain speaker have wanted to have their mouse be visible to the audience within the slide deck but are unable to do so w/o the event being set up as a screen share event.

Overall: Very positive. has been a very useful tool for us as a marketing firm.

Pros: It's good for a self-service.

One of the big concern for self-webinar is cost balance.

But ON24 is not required any specific equipment and cost.

It covered system function.

That's point is the big advantage.

Cons: Customer support quality is good.

Pros: -Ability to pre-record webinars

-Easy-to-access and understand reporting

-Can have registration pages with multiple events

-Automated emails (that are HTML so they can be customized if necessary)

-Webinar console is very customizable

Cons: -Various issues with pre-recorded webinars

-Inability to have attendees dial in

-Attendees on every single webinar we've ever held have had audio/video issues (not every single attendee, but at least one on each webinar - it works most of the time if they refresh their screen, but it's not a great user experience)

-Registration page can be customized, but only slightly

-The customer service department is extremely responsive, but they have never actually been able to help with any emergency issues we've had

Overall: We are decreasing the amount of webinars we are doing because our team doesn't have the bandwidth to write scripts, create slides, present or pre-record, etc. We are going to be relying on many more on-demand webinars in 2019 to continue providing content, but not having to dedicate the time and resources we don't have.

On24 provides everything we need for now, so we will continue to stick with this platform.

Pros: Ease of use. Anyone can use it. Easy to set up events and run them with very little experience.

Cons: Customer support tier 1 is useless. Just submit a ticket. Still not flash free.

Overall: For the most part it has been great. Our original sales rep was amazing and of course got a promotion because she was great and now our new sales person is always MIA. Never checks in unless it is about money.

Pros: The ability to have 2 platforms to host and support our Webinars/Webcasts as well as Library for our In person events we have stored

Cons: Not being able to toggle between the two platforms. I feel like we are on one platform with 2 users IDs so that we can actually use the features of one and the other is just a storage base - they should be integrated

Overall: Overall ON24 works with what we've been doing so far. I don't believe we work directly with ON24, we work with TSN who works with ON24 who in part works with us as our Vendor.

Pros: The ease of use to produce a webinar is incredible. I did not know much about webinars when I got started, and this platform made it easy for me to create and access what I needed to know quickly. It provides a good customer/attendee experience and I wouldn't use anyone else.

Cons: Honestly, the one thing I get frustrated about is how long it can take to upload our slides or files.

Overall: I am generating leads, providing a good experience, and raising our revenue.

Pros: I like that it is easy to train presenters on how to use the software, it is also fairly easy to make edits. The video quality has gotten better over the last few years as well.

Cons: The lack of customization with tools and widgets. Product requests seem to take a long time to come through.

Pros: ON24 has many great features built right in including screen sharing, PowerPoint deck sharing, Q&A, polls, call-in audio, streaming audio, and sharing video over presentation.

Cons: There are a few features that are pay-to-play. E.x. if someone registered, and you want to delete that registrant you need to pay for the customer support team to remove them. Many of the analytics are free, but other analytics cost extra.

Overall: I have been using ON24 for nearly two years now. I was using a competitor before that, and I much prefer the interface, and functionality of ON24. When I train people on how to present they basically teach themselves. It is easy to learn, and easy to use as you advance in more features.

Pros: The "resources" widget that allows for links in the presentation interface is somewhat unique and really valuable for my use case. On24 has been around for a long time and understands webinars.

Cons: Disclaimer: I'm currently using their flash based platform and am migrating soon to their HTML5 platform. I have found the flash interfaces to be buggy at times - likely related to all of the security settings around flash. I have had a few technical issues with ON24 which they have worked with me on to make right.

Overall: Great platform to engage with users of products. I've used ON24 in some form or fashion since the early 2000's - they have a lot of experience and helpful support.

Pros: ON24 has countless features, options for customization, branding, tracking, CRM integration, content gateway, great audience experience, etc. we could go on and on!

Cons: the more robust the software, the more can go wrong. If the webinars are not set up perfectly, the webinar will not run smoothly. You can not make changes on the fly (if you set the webinar up with no screenshare, you cannot change your mind on the live webinar) if you need to change the console, you cannot do so when the webinar starts, etc.

No dial-in number as a standard offering for webinars

We also wish that ON24 could be used for demos and 1-on-1 calls but the audience lag doesn't allow for that.

Overall: It's been great, I just wish I could double the size of my team becuase with a very small webinar team, I feel like we are only scratching the surface.

Pros: Easy to create and deliver online webinars

Cons: there isn't much that I don't like, our agency could upgrade to a higher tier and get more features, but currently we are not able to afford that.

Overall: The support team is incredible when you have an issue that you can't solve yourself.

Pros: It's rock solid technically. The ability to customize the console is excellent.

Cons: Pricing can be much higher than other webinar platforms. This is the Cadillac though, so you expect it will be a higher price.

Pros: I love the set-up and the interface. The log in experience for the attendees is simple and streamlined.

Cons: There is a constant need to refresh and that can be very frustrating and confusing. The archive features with certain formats are archaic and low quality.

Overall: We enjoy ON24 over other systems we have used, however we are continually looking for better quality for archives and streaming.

Pros: ON24 provides a robust set of analytics so that our team is able to assess webinar performance. It also integrates with our CRM and marketing automation software. As a result, we are able to easy pass information on webinar attendance and interest to our sales team. On24's audience console builder allows us to tailor our webinar experience to be more interactive and engaging to our audience.

Cons: There is a learning curve with this software because it is different in many ways from GoToWebinar or WebEx. We only use this for large scale demand gen webinars. There was some trial and error with integrations but, fortunately, ON24 has team members dedicated to integration assistance.

Overall: ON24 provides both a customer success manager and an account manager and both have been very responsive if we have a question or if any issues arise. They are always happy to get on the phone with us and talk through a business case or a challenge.

Pros: The ON24 platform is very user friendly. We run quite a few webinars in a month and the setup for each is quick and simple. The webinars themselves run smoothly every time!

Cons: Because it is so simple, we have run into a few limitations with the platform. In some cases we will have requests from our clients to include a feature on the console that is just not available.

Overall: We have had a great relationship with ON24 for many years. As an events company, we need to provide quality and seamless events for our attendees and ON24 helps us accomplish that.

Pros: It is a straightforward, easy to use product for our audience and our speakers. We like it mostly because it is simple. We also like the metrics/reporting features.

Cons: There aren't a ton of new features added regularly.

Overall: We have used the product for years. We like the product but hate the customer service. I would say 1 in 10 people we work with are good. The response is slow, or not helpful in nearly all cases (webinars, virtual summits etc). We are self service, which obviously has limited interaction with you and I think it shows that you dont value self service programs.

Pros: It's straight forward and easy to use. Most of the time it works great.

Cons: Somedays it is very slow. I think it runs into a lot of issues with browsers. For example some functions/capabilities work on Chrome and some don't. So I usually have to switch browsers for reporting. Small issues like polling questions not saving or unable to access a replay within 4 hours of the event ending are a pain.

Overall: For the most part good. Like I said, ON24 is easy to understand and use (when there are no issues). But there are issues from time to time.

Pros: ON24 is by far my favorite webinar/conference call service. It is so clean, reliable and even integrates with Vuture, our email marketing system.

Cons: Why does it have to be SO expensive? Despite the bells and whistles, it is nearly impossible to afford for a mid-sized business. The quote a received was so much more than competitors. Yes, it's the best service, but more pricing options, especially for low-volume users, would be great.

Overall: We were not able to pull the trigger on ON24 because of the price. Everything else was awesome. If anyone has found a way to make this software work in a budget-friendly way, I'd be interested. We couldn't do it!

Pros: I like the ease of setting up webinars. Super quick and easy. Especially the duplication of past webinars.

Cons: I wish that It was a bit more robust as a podcast would be. I would love to have Multicam functionality with hosts and attendees and the ability to easily have audio for both hosts and attendees.

Overall: So far it has been pretty good. Other than some of the things I outlined like being able to have a more interactive webinar that is podcast style. The platform is easy to navigate and creating things are very easy.

Pros: What I love about this software is that if provides you with such a deep engagement with your audiences with rich data and analytics to drive that engagement even further. With its extensive integration with other business critical systems and extended apps and capabilities, I often refer to it as a demand engagement platform versus just a webinar platform.

Cons: What I like least is that there is only one opportunity to send any emails to event attendees and no shows. There would be a real benefit in allowing multiple sends post event.

Overall: We needed to drive greater webinar attendance, raise the quality of our webinar engagement and be able to better measure just how much our audiences were engaged in our content. We have successfully been exceed the goals set for the webinar engagement program and enable the extension of the footprint of using ON24 by our company.

Pros: When I bring speakers on to On24 for our dry runs, there's always a lot of questions about how to "launch polls" and stress about things going awry. These frequent webinar speakers must have had a bad experience elsewhere - in On24 you launch a poll simply by advancing the slide, and you launch results by simply advancing the slide one more time. The tool is incredibly intuitive.

Cons: I've requested a better way to get the video file delivered following the live presentation. We put on-demand videos in Wistia rather than using On24's on-demand capability, so this creates some work on my end, but it's an edge use case.

Overall: We've had a great experience for two years now. The platform is used by marketing and customer support teams. No plans to switch. We should use more of the integrations with Salesforce - haven't fully taken advantage.

Pros: Easy to setup on the backend and easy to explain to clients who are presenting. There are no unnecessary steps (i.e. having to create user accounts for each speaker) which saves our team time.

Cons: Wish there was an editing tool within the platform, for editing/modifying webinars for on-demand (and also for simu-live presentations). Having to use an outside editor to edit the sound, and then readjust the slide timings, is very time consuming---and leaves room for error. Also, the chat support function is very handy but wish the conversations were a) quicker and b) the support reps were able to answer questions succinctly and with confidence.

Overall: Great platform---customizable and easy to use, as a producer, audience member, and speaker.

Pros: I love that the tool is flexible to accommodate the needs of presenters by pre-recording presentations. Simu-live allows me to reach audiences in timezones around the world. Presentation subtitles are also allowing me to translate presentations into different languages. As I find webinars to be a powerful way to deliver key messages to audiences around the world, ON24 adds more value by tracking engagement and integrating that data into my CRM. ON24 is a high value platform for webinars.

Cons: I've had some issues with running screenshare applications behind certain firewalls, especially in countries outside the US.

Overall: ON24 has a great product and great customer service. I would recommend attending the user meeting for new customers.

Pros: I love the simulive feature. I use this every time because I have had bad luck with all other platforms when I do the webinar live.

Cons: It is so robust, it takes me more time than desired to train the presenters on how to pre-record. My speakers struggle with the video clip option.

Overall: I never stress the day of the event. I get a good night's sleep knowing my pre-recorded session with rollover to live Q&A will be a success before it even starts.

Pros: That we can quickly and easily launch webinar campaigns for our clients. As a publisher, it is important that we are able to deliver campaigns on short notice.

Cons: In the 3 years that we have been using the platform I have not seen much change or evolution of the platform.

Overall: On24 helps us to sell sponsored webinars to companies in order to reach their lead generation targets. As such it is a key part of our commercial strategy.

Pros: We like that our users can register for events in the platform and receive email reminders.

Cons: Probably that there's no way to save a webinar onto my PC. I accidentally saved over a webinar once, before it was published and it was lost forever. We had to re-create the whole webinar.

Pros: Very customizable. Multiple concurrent webinars. No license needed to run the webinars. SFDC integration. On-demand and simulive events

Cons: Bugs, Bugs, Bugs!!! They worked well for about 6-8 months. Now almost every event has some sort of issue. Screenshare freezes. Attendees get hold music on top of live webinar audio. No audio for attendees. complete failures.

90% of the detractors in my webinars over that last 6 months were related to issues with On24.

They provided free support on all of our webinars, but the support can do nothing in real time when issues arise, other than escalating to engineering for later evaluation. We are in too deep with them at this point to switch vendors easily.

Until they get their act together, stay away.

Overall: Very robust, and customizable...when it's not failing!

Pros: What I like the most about On24, is the interactivity that can be established in our presentations. I can ask survey questions in real time. Add videos, and even clickable links to relevant aspects of what I am explaining in the presentation.

Cons: My only complaint is that for the cost, SalesForce integration should be included.

Overall: I really enjoy the platform as a whole, minus the integration with SalesForce. As a one man team who is responsible for training our over 47,000 agents, it makes my life a whole heck of lot easier.

Pros: The platform is easy to use and when doing a live webinar, most technical issues are user error and not related to the system, which is leaps and bounds above previous platforms I have used. The console builder is simple and easy to understand and there is a plethora of training videos to walk through most of the intricacies of the platform.

Cons: The back-end environment could use an update. The styling and the way that things are laid out is a bit antiquated but the console builder and the system is still very easy to use. The presenter platform could also use some sprucing up.

Overall: I've only had excellent experience with their customer service team. They treat my events, whether they are 200 person events or 5,000 person events with equal levels of importance. When I have needed it, the white glove webinar experience has been exceptionally helpful to ensure smooth running for my higher stakes events.

Cons: Steeper learning curve for colleagues not familiar with webinar platforms. The time limitations for updating decks several hours before webinar live event date can be frustrating.

Overall: Overall a great platform for marketers. Reasonably good support for onboarding. Solid reliability, had very little technical issues during live events. Plays nice with other marketing software apps. Output of video is reasonably good. Definitely a good investment for someone that wants a Cadillac to host webinars.

Pros: It is extremely easy to navigate. My Presenters can be given a link to practice in advance of the Dry Run which results in time savings on my end. And the customer experience for our audience is the best we have had.

Pros: ON24 has been a terrific webcast tool. The streaming audio is always of high quality. It's easy to access video clips during a presentation. And folks can access the webcasts from a smartphone, tablet, or computer terminal/laptop.

Pros: ON24 has great features to customize the webinar console, use video, and create audience engagement. They provide good support and education and have continually enhanced their product to extend features and functionality that have helped us improve the webinars we offer.

Cons: ON24 has out performed the other platforms we have used and we are happy with the product. There have been a few simple limitations with simulive features that we came across, but have not had it be a barrier for usage.

Pros: On24 has a vast number of customisable modules to make the user experience a lot more efficient and promote engagement.

It's easy to set up and schedule webinars, email reminders and post-event follow up.

We can easily integration with our marketing automation platform to manage the registration on our own site/landing pages

Cons: There have been issues in the past with the quality and reliability of screenshare functionality which is a major area of functionality for us as a lot of our webinars are demo-led. However, On24 have taken various steps to improve this.

The options for editing webinar recordinds are somewhat limited and it can often take a long time to export these files.

Pros: The software is efficient, reliable and relatively easy to use. It enables all speakers to dial in from different locations.

Cons: Sometimes a select few audience members struggle to dial in. If they join the webinar a few minutes early, the waiting page doesn't refresh when the webinar actually starts so they miss the first few minutes and have to automatically refresh their browser to launch the live webinar.

Overall: ON24 suits my business needs. The webinars I have conducted have always run very smoothly and I have had great feedback from audience members on the viewer experience. As a company we have just signed up for our 2nd annual sponsorship given the success of last year. I would recommend ON24 to any company seeking a webinar platform provider.

Pros: They were always available to us, and when we had a webinar, they were there on the phone trying to support us, so kudos for trying.

Cons: We hosted a total of six webinars for them, and each one had a technical issue. And we get it, our firewall might have made things a little more difficult. But even with them trying to help us at every turn, our whole department was stressed out on webinar days, knowing that chances were high that something would go wrong. And something ALWAYS went wrong: sound not working, video feeds cutting out ... after three months, we paid a certain amount to On24 to have live tech help during a webinar, and even then we had no sound on our end (only our presenter had sound). When that was finally solved, we lost our live video feed - so that was a waste of money, and our presenter let us know that they were very unhappy with how the webinar went. These problems kept coming, and we were always told to just tell the attendees to refresh their web page. ADDITIONALLY, they told us On24 had seamless integration with Salesforce - but they overpromised and under-delivered: we never were able to integrate with Salesforce at all. SALESFORCE, the #1 CRM platform in the world! After six months of this, we couldn't go on, and we tried to cancel our contract - BUT THEY WON'T LET US OUT. So now we're paying for a service we don't use. Our advice: stay away.

Pros: Integration with our MAP (Marketo). Relatively easy to train presenters on who to use the Presentation Manager.

Cons: The platform itself is glitchy. The console builder is slow and the same widgets have to be configured each time even though they never change. Have had many issues with the platform 'freezing' on presenters, causing disruption to the follow of their presentations. We have also had major issues with the resolution of our presentation and the only solution was to size all of our decks to 20 x 11.26 inches. What?

Analytics can be lacking and slow to update. We have to use their legacy analytics just to be able to download actionable reports. Also, there is no option to sync survey and polling results directly to our MAP (Marketo). Data must be download and then uploaded which delays leads getting to our sales team.

It does not seem like they are innovating at the pace of their price increases.

Pros: I like that we can record the webinar first and then broadcast. The even better thing is that the recorded webinar can be rolled into the live Q&A session.

Pros: I love the registration and event email features, and especially the engagement/attendee data that is captured. The ability to brand your console, link to social platforms, and share resources is also a huge plus. Customer service and tech support is phenomenal.

Cons: Webinar set up can be a bit complex. I recommend completing all of the training modules ON24 provides. I would love to see an option to download a full data report in one PDF.

Overall: ON24 is very professional and always respond immediately to any and all requests. They are truly experts in webinars, and are great about sharing data, best practices and training. Customer service is fantastic and speedy. ON24 has completely changed how we implement webinars and increased our leads and acquisition immediately. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ON24!

Pros: It was a good platform 3 years ago, but their technology just hasn't kept up in my opinion. I really cant list any Pro's because there are so many better products on the market.

Cons: The Customer service. We needed to downsize the contract since we were doing fewer Webinars. Because we were 4 days past the annual auto-renewal, they wouldn't budge. When I threatened to cancel after 3 years, they "Filed a Lawsuit" All this happened within a 30 day span!! WOW! Really BAD customer service.

Pros: I like the vast amount of functions that are available on this software and that the webinars are visually pleasing. I have used other platforms and they haven't been this modernized as ON24 or had functions like the ask question box, the different viewing screens. It really does have everything. They also have great and very helpful tutorial videos and webinars to help get set up.

Cons: There isn't anything that I dislike about this platform.

Pros: The presentation manager. Easy to use and reconfigure, especially uploading content and creating polls.

Cons: The audience portal lacks finesse and is not immediately intuitive. Also, the fact that it is still built on flash causes me to lose almost a third of my webinar audience for the first 10 minutes to just trying to get the thing to work right in their browser.

Overall: Great people. Rep was very responsive to any questions we had, and I never had issues with the tech support we got on the live webinars. Using the tech stack was the hardest. It has a little bit of a steep learning curve, and there's things I wanted to customize that I could not.
