As I uncover more of what it can do, I add that to my toolkit. They have prepared an excellent platform for people like me who want solutions prepared for me ahead of my need for it.
We love RTV and their strong vision. The software is user friendly with many features and they have the best customer care team to help you resolve any issues that you may have.
Great benefits from learning how they use their own software to run a virtual tour business. They share everything that helps them be successful.
With the use of this software and the ability to brand myself, people now know who took the great photos they see. I cant say enough great things about this company and the software.

Also the mobile tour allows the screen to sleep, which is really distracting.
Really don't know because what i do with it its enough for me. maybe later i will think about some request or missing feature.
The only issues I had with the software was self imposed. All the answers you need are in the Learning Center.
It is a bit difficult to upload 360⁰ interactive virtual tours of non-residential properties directly from fusion software.
"Best Business Partner I could Ask For"
Overall: More than just the software, it is really the company behind it that makes the experience great. When I was initially looking at virtual tour providers years ago, every other company I talked with, basically wanted me to be an asset within their organization. RTV was more interested in what they could do to help me succeed with my business goals. This support is ongoing also, everything from webinars to conventions. So whether someone is new and wants to learn to take better photos, or experienced and needs help managing a team, answers are just a quick post away.
Pros: Since Fusion is focused on Virtual Tours, beyond just the incredible front end that someone views, I feel the true value is in what you don't see. They have really created a platform that analyzes performance and goes above and beyond to help everyone in the chain. For example, my client may be a realtor. Now instead of just giving them a cool tour to distribute, they have incorporated into their system functionality a realtor would need. This, in turn, helps the realtor be more successful, who then comes back to me, which makes me more successful. Fusion helps create a positive feedback loop.
Cons: Not much really. It is so in-depth, that it would take someone new, a little bit to find all of its functionality, but is laid out really well, and there is great support from the staff and community, so any questions get answered really fast.

"Excellent Tour Platform"
Overall: I have been using the Fusion tour platform since 2012. I have been very satisfied with this tour system and all of the folks at RTV that help me produce quality tours.
Pros: Easy to build and deliver high quality photo, video and virtual tours to my clients. The Fusion tour platform helps set me apart from other real estate photographers in my area. My clients love the tours, single property websites and weekly web traffic reports.
Cons: I would like to be able to send out global messages to all on my client list to introduce new features like the single property websites. Also would like a master on/off button on the deliverables page.

Overall: I would not be where I am in this industry if not for having RTV as my main operating system / delivery system / payment receipt system. This is a great system that I hesitate to share with others because I want the upper hand advantage! :)
Pros: Ease of use and the one-stop-shop abilities of the sytem.
Cons: Set up was a bit clunky. It takes a lot of time to set everything up in the back of house (payment partner, product description / pricing, etc.) but once you get over that hump, you are good to go.

"My Secret Weapon in Real Estate Photography "
Overall: Absolutely fantastic company and software! Just don’t tell everyone, they are my secret weapon.
Pros: It’s constantly improving, adding new features, easy to change the template and make look unique.
Cons: There are a few items I would put in the template that don’t show up every time, I.e., sq. ft.
"Should Be Number One"
Pros: It filled many voids that the previous company had. The team is always there to help either on the phone or by email, and with relatively quick turnaround. Always new innovations being presented which really enhances the product ultimately allowing me to provide better product and services to all my clients. RTV is number one in my book and should be in yours too.
Cons: No cons to report. It has always been a pleasant experience using the software or dealing with tech support when needed. Who could ask for more?
