Seems like the only one that is truly working for us! The best part is that it does everything! online ordering for catering/pickup and delivery, track drivers, customer feedback and most of it automatically! I also love their multiple delivery zones management and to receive instant notification when a customer is not happy! Only brought us good reviews so far!
We tried to use a postmates driver and it worked fine even though we don't really need it, it's great to know it's there if we're missing drivers!
It's also great to have just one point of contact and it was very very easy to setup when we opened our new locations. Almost nothing changed!
The customer support has been pretty responsive during weekdays and listened to our feedback so far.
I wish they could provide us with a mobile app but the online ordering already works on mobile.
