Pros

The software is able to handle many functions that make day-to-day business possible. This makes carrying out business processes simpler.

Cons

Some features of the software work one way and some another -- for example some items will open with a double click and others require hitting enter. As a result it makes the software a bit harder to use and explain to a new user.
