Pros

I have had a really good experience since starting to use ClickUp in October 2025. I came from a role which had never used a system like this and after a few weeks it all felt very natural to use. I used customer support once and got an answer i was after straight away too.

Pros

I like how seamless it works between desktop, mobile and tablet. I also like how I can set tasks for people and have different views for field staff, invoicing etc. Depending on the view only suitable information is displayed without information overload.

Cons

That some of the ClickUp AI features aren't standard. I really liked the automatic notetaker which recorded and gave a summary of notes even when i wasn't active in the meeting. It would go on my behalf.

ClickUp is an incredibly flexible, feature-packed hub that handles project collaboration and automations beautifully. However, the learning curve is quite steep, and the interface can feel overwhelming with options at first. It offers great value for tracking work, but it requires patience during the initial setup phase.

Pros

I love how incredibly flexible ClickUp is as an all-in-one hub for project and team collaboration. The ability to customize dashboards, view tasks in multiple ways (like lists or calendars), and set up custom process automations has completely transformed how I track my work. It offers massive value for money given how feature-packed it is.

Cons

The learning curve is incredibly steep, and the user interface can feel very overwhelming and cluttered when you are first setting things up. Because it does so much, it took me a long time to figure out the best workflow without getting bogged down by the sheer number of options and occasional minor lagging issues.

My overall experience with ClickUp has been positive. Once I got past the initial learning curve, it became a powerful tool for organizing projects, tracking tasks, and collaborating. I appreciate how customizable it is and how it centralizes so much of my work in one place, even though it can feel a bit complex at first.

Pros

I really like how ClickUp brings everything into one place. The ability to customize views, create detailed task workflows, and collaborate with my team in real time makes it much easier to stay organized. I also appreciate the flexibility of the platform I can start simple and then add more advanced features as my projects grow.

Cons

What I liked least about ClickUp was that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are so many features and options that the learning curve is steeper than I expected, and it sometimes takes extra time to figure out where things are or how to set them up correctly. Once I got used to it, it was fine, but the initial setup and onboarding could be more intuitive.

After getting past the initial overwhelm of all that is within the app, the use cases and versatility are quite deep. Overall, I loved using the app and felt like it could be a game changer for a team or solo company.

Pros

This is seriously one that would be enjoyable to open every day. An all-encompassing tool that prevents context switching at a price that is more than affordable. Click Up also has a great and responsive customer service, even though they are designed for teams they worked very intentially with me who is just a solo business owner.

Cons

I did, unfortunately, notice lag in creating tasks. When I would quickly add tasks, subtasks, and quickly add notes and info on those items, it would take a moment to load up.

I love the variety of things you can do on CU like taking notes, creating polls and questionnaires, managing employees
