Pros: At first I thought that the product would be great because based on their marketing materials they offer a lot of features that other project management software didn't have. Upon trying it I would agree that that is the case. The ability to have different status codes for different projects is a great feature to have because our developers like to use an Agile format as opposed to our customer service team which has something more simple.

Cons: Customer Service- They say on their marketing page that they have the best customer service AND they are available 24 hours. Clearly not the case.

Seriously, flexibility can be a problem when you really really want (need) structure.

Pros: I love the look of this application. I really want(ed) to fall in love with it. This is a beautiful piece of software, the GUI is very modern and easy to look at. There are many ways to use this software (which is actually a drawback).

Cons: I so want to love this application however, it is extremely non-intuitive and in some places counter-intuitive. Getting started is difficult because, to begin with, you have to start learning new terms like "spaces". Why are there "lists" where there doesn't need to be? And the one that I've personally complained about is the counterintuitive way of putting the current comments (of a task) at the BOTTOM of the stack. Like Trello this has flexibility but flexibility can be a problem when you really really want (need) structure. Getting your team to use any project or task manager online or otherwise is difficult with people being generally averse to using project/task managers. But this would be a nightmare to get a team to use because you'd be constantly trying to answer questions on how to use it when it's so confusing.

Pros: The only thing great about this software is that you can get by with using the free version.

Cons: Software is very cluttered, user experience is not great, mobile app is useless and very frustrating, it takes too many clicks to get to a project or task. After hours and weeks of using the software, our team was left disappointed and frustrated.

Overall: ClickUp irritated me into moving my whole company from Asana to ClickUp with all their marketing tactics and vs comparison articles where they say they are better than any other project management software out there. Do not be fooled by it. It's the worst project management software I've ever used. After spending days moving all our projects from Asana to ClickUp, after about 2 months of struggling with the software, we decided to go back to Asana. We lost a couple of more days having to move back everything. Consider yourself warned.

Pros: Free plan has functionalities we need.

Cons: The UI feels hard to use, while having tons of necessary features, is hard to easily navigate to most important tools, easily by mistake can click/execute wrong action. The UI doesn't have native UX.

Overall: I would like having import tool from Github projects and similar tools as Clickup.

Pros: I like that there is so many ways you can customize and view you tasks, which was vital for my girlfriend and i who uses clickup for managing our daily lifes together and for our jobs. The primary reason we switched to clickup was the ability to make recurring tasks, such that we could keep track of maintenace tasks in our home that doesn't have to be done every week.

Before i managed this manually for us, but now we have automated this with clickup. In combination with this we wanted to have one system to manage all over our tasks, reminders and notes, which clickup can do for us. We also wanted to be able to switch views, bacause my girldfriend wants to see tasks in a list view, where i prefer a board view, which was what the main thing that convinced my girlfriend to switch over from trello, which doesnt have this feature.

Cons: The main problem we have with clickup is the overall styling and layout of clickup. Mainly many of the colors in the app is too neutral and often just different shades of grey, which makes it hard to distinguish one thing from another.

Also the acitivity overview in each task is WAY to big, and it would be cool if this was made an optional thing to view, which was hidden at default or could be set to hidden in the settings because we rarely use it.

Lastly the individual elements on the views and for each task has way to much padding around them, which makes it such that you almost cant see any of the important (in my opinion) things on each task, whick is the checklists and the subtasks, which gets pushed out of view when you are rolled to the top of the task, especially when viewing things on a laptop. This also applies to list view, where the tags (which is also hard to read for my girlfriend with bad eyesight) could be moved out to the right instead of being underneath the task name to fill less on the screen so more can be viewed.

To try and make up for these problems, i have actually made my own styling to clickup (i am a system developer myself in my daily job) to solve many of the isues we have with it. When these things are solved, clickup becomes much more intuitive and user friendly to us.

We hope that with time the styling will improve such that we dont have to make out own styling, but in the meantime we get around these issues by this method.

Overall: Clickups main strength is to give the user full control over how they want to manage their tasks and checklists, while also give the option to viw them the way they prefer it. There is a bit of a learning curve with clickup, but one you get the hang of it, clickup has the possibility of saving a lot of time (for example with recurring tasks for us).

For the productivity freaks like me, clickup is an uncut diamond that need a lot of polishing (mainly better styling in terms of visibility of featues - especially for people with bad eyesight like my girlfriend - but also in terms of using the screen space as optimally as possible). I hope that with time the styling gets updated such that new users can get the same enjoyment out of this system as we have when we applied our own styling to clickup.

Pros: I love the adaptability of Click-up. The use of different teams and spaces, makes it very easy to adapt between different companies, or different types of work as well as different teams/departments.

Cons: Work scheduling - We currently use 10000ft for scheduling as it is very easy to see the whole team at once and see what each person is scheduled on. Right now I can't do proper scheduling in Click-up, because I can't see what the whole team is scheduled on at once and Click-up doesn't limit a working day to 8 or 9 working hours.

I also can't schedule public/bank holidays as place holders. On the Calendar.

Reporting for time tracking is also not deep and detailed enough to send to our clients.

Overall: I adapted very easily to Click-up. As a PM I've used many project Tools and two of the biggest hurdles are adaptability of the software and the massive learning curve for the team.

I think Click-up has the right recipe in this regard.

In most companies there are two things that lacks with the Project Tool of choice and that is integrated time tracking and work scheduling. Click-up is more than half way there...! Good Luck!

Pros: The task management functionality is good. I think the configuration makes sense as well and the customization isn't bad.

Cons: Review & feedback features are lacking compared to other platforms like Wrike. The naming convention where projects are folders and lists are projects, etc. is awful. The training videos spend like 5 minutes trying to clarify this every time, and if that has to happen then it's a bad system. Changing the names is simple and would ease a lot of confusion. Tagging a list doesn't tag all of the tasks and subtasks, which is an issue for us since tagging is the only way we can review team member's workloads and progress. We also can't assign a list, which is a project (as explained by your team), so we can only assign tasks. Very annoying.

Overall: Too much focus on customization is hurting the user experience.

Comments: ClickUp is a great concept for a new kind of project management tool and has a very responsive team. While they are not yet able to compete with the major players in project management, they have an aggressive development plan with weekly feature releases and a public roadmap. Keep an eye on this tool!

Pros: In addition to the basic expectations for a project management tool, ClickUp offers customizable workflows, comment assignment (turning conversation action items into tasks!), and native time tracking.

Cons: ClickUp is very new. While they have excellent plans to improve where other project management tools fall short, especially in the area of productivity management, most of these are yet to be released. In particular, ClickUp cannot currently generate reports, communication is limited to the task or subtask level, and integrations (Zapier, G Suite, etc.) is still in the future.

Pros: ClickUp is easy to set up and use, even if it isn't the best solution for my line of work.

Cons: ClickUp just doesn't allow me to view my tasks the way I'd like to. I am a writer and I live and die by an editorial calendar. ClickUp just doesn't have a good calendar view that allows me to easily identify my assignments, their due dates, and their current status. I've found that creating a workflow with multiple people an any given task is unnecessarily obtuse. Also, by default the software spams your email with tons of notifications, and you will need to learn how to turn them off.

Overall: Overall, it is probably a good workflow manager for some organizations. My company uses it but my department largely ignores it in favor of a provider that offers a much more organized view of what's coming up, what's past due, etc.

Pros: The agile board and the ability to create a template of a project, task list or task. There's a lot of customisation possible throughout.

Cons: There are many integrations with other third party apps but the area that feels lacking at present is integrating with bug tracking solutions. Even if you're managing a software project that uses a git cloud service there's no git issue integration.

Overall: I'm using a small in-house hardware configuration project to record steps needed for future replication as an example project in the absence of the bug tracking integration/features it requires to use it for anything involving end user feedback.

Pros: ClickUp es a project management software with which you can structure a project according to the teams that will work on it and the tasks that must be done to complete that project.

Its purpose is that you can keep the tasks organized. In order to do that you have different ways of structuring the information: spaces, teams, projects, lists and tasks. This hierarchy allows to have a global vision of the project as well as the detail of each one of the tasks and the people involved. You can also filter the searches according to your needs.

I think it has many features to customize the workflow, so it is very useful to maintain teamwork.

Cons: I don't totally disagree with the use of this program, although it is easy to use it has so many forms of hierarchy that it forces me to do many clicks to see the content I want. I prefer more simple and functional programs.

Overall: Organized workflow

Pros: I really like organizing my jobs and tasks with Clickup (free version) because it's a both simple and highly customizable app. As a freelance journalist I often have to switch a lot between many jobs and clients. If I don't stay organized, I can easily miss tasks - with Clickup I can really stay on top of it and quickly change my plan day to day if something unexpected comes up. I mostly work alone, which is why a lot of other project management apps (which are mostly designed for teams) aren't right for me. Clickup allows me to do both. The software works nicely both on my desktop and my smartphone. I can create tasks and organize them in individual lists, tag them and create subtasks. I can also add due dates or estimated times to each task if I need to, so I can plan both my to dos for the week and my (realistic) workload for the day.

Cons: I wouldn't change anything major, but like any great app Clickup's still missing some features :-) First and foremost I'd love a german version of Clickup. A real inbox to organize email and create tasks from it directly in Clickup would also come in handy (via IMAP and for any email provider, since I don't have either Outlook nor Google Mail). I would also like to rename the default (required) statuses and disable the "undo" popup in the left bottom corner, because it's really annoying when I remove a lot of tasks at once (they overlap my lists so that I can't use them until the popups disappear after a while). And last but not least: Some tasks are "in progress" for a long time but still far from "done". For example I sometimes work on just one text for many hours and I can't add any subtasks to that task. So I'd love to have a progess bar or circle to manually add the percentage I've already accomplished in each task (like in 10 % steps or so). This would greatly increase my motivation :-)

Overall: Clickup has become the easiest way for me to organize my tasks per week because I can easily customize the lists-features to my needs. The best thing is that I can move all items around between lists per drag and drop (I created two lists, each with the five working days of the week: "Week A" and "Week B", because this is the best way for me). I can also plan out whole projects aside from my weekly schedule or combine the two. All lists appear in a neat sidebar. This way I can focus completely on the tasks for each day without having to look a the whole week. To distingish between jobs, I just tag them with different names and colors. And if a task is completed, I can check it "done" and it's gone. I really get stuff done now without getting stressed out anymore by constantly seeing my whole workload in front of me. Thank you, Clickup team!

Pros: ClickUps feature set is extensive, the service is incredibly modular and the desktop interface offers great filtering and task views. I'm a huge fan of the list views and filtering, with favorites. I love the icons for managing timelines. The two way sync with GCal is lovely. The service teams are amazing, and I feel truly cared for by real people. Watching the app grow and being involved in feedback on the development is cushy, encouraging and really wonderful. I really get the feeling like ClickUp gets greater just based on watching how quickly the features are evolving and being released.

Cons: I'm consistently frustrated with both the iPad and iPhone apps. The notifications don't really make sense because I have so much going on at any given time, and I can get up to far too many notifications for one task if all the fields are updated.

This becomes quickly disorienting as they don't group and it winds up becoming challenging to see what are "chats" which need immediate response and what are other less important notifications. Most frustrating is that filtering seems to have errors on devices, and the views aren't conducive to productivity like the desktop app is, there are glitches, and mainly the apps don't feel like they fully take in mind they fully take in mind the user scenario for that device.

Given the update cycles and feature releases I have a lot of faith in the developers ability to revisit their apps and the ability to embrace design and UI from a user perspective to make it great tool for productivity and organization.

Overall: Doing my best to learn how to use the system as efficiently as possible, and trying to figure out how to have the device apps be useful to me.

Proud user, committed to supporting ClickUp as an avid user, and really excited to see where you take it. Thank you guys!

Pros: My favorite part of the software is the project and task statuses. You can easily customize your project workflow by adjusting how you categorize your specific phases for a project. Typically in other project management softwares the task is either assigned or completed. With ClickUp I can customize the different steps I would like to take each task through for a project type. ClickUp also has a really intuitive functionality when it comes to separating different workspaces. I work with many different types of industries, and I like to separate them completely in my mind. Thankfully they are still only one click away with ClickUp just incase I need them.

Cons: The User Interface feels minimal to the point that I sometimes don't know what I'm supposed to focus on while using. There are some experience issues such as slightly overcomplicating how to create a project or task. Overall, these things can be overcome with a bit of learning and time. I think it's worth it to stick it out with this software.

Overall: This software helps me to stay organized with multiple different projects going on at one time. It's great for the solo-preneur who wants to store project information in a centralized location. Can take some getting used to for those not use to project management.

Pros: I love the way it looks. Its easy on the eye.

It has a pretty good workflow, but still gives you the freedom to organise things in personal preference.

Very customizable and affordable.

Cons: It takes some getting used to, but once you work out your own personal workflow it is great.

I would love it if I could copy and paste a spreadsheet in there, but I think this feature is coming.

Also, it really needs a built-in spell check too...

Overall: I am a designer who can't get a job in design. So, as a result, I am pushed to be a bit of a 'solopreneur'. I decided to work on my own projects and realised after 6 months of ad-hoc work, I needed to get my a** in gear & get better organised. I found this software and have stuck with it since. My initial choice was purely based on the visual aesthetics, a lot of software is pretty dull and lifeless and this seemed to stimulate me to want to use it. So far I have found it pretty good to deal with, and the notifications keep me motivated and on top of my daily tasks. I am only ussing the free version at the moment and its more than enough, the paid version would be better, as it would be good to take screenshots and paste them. However you can get by pretty easy just with the standard free version, if you are looking to cut costs until your business expands.

Pros: I like the way the software can be adopted to personal use, group use or any combination of the above. You also get options for turning on and off features that you might not use, making the ui a lot less cluttered. I like the many ways I can view, structure and interact with any project or task, it feels like there is always a view tailored to the type of project I'm working with.

The support is quick and personal, and I really enjoy the ability to vote on features to be implemented in upcoming releases of the software. It makes the service feel more crowd-driven.

Cons: The only two gripes I had with the software was the slow response when interacting with it, and that there was no gantt view. However, both of these issues have already been fixed, so at the moment I can't really complain

Overall: I use click up for personal use as a task-/project manager for university and my own business. I've got a million things going on at any given time, so relying on such a powerful project manager to keep track of every deadline, every assignment and task really saves me from a lot of headache.

Pros: ClickUp is easy to use even for non-techy people. Projects created in ClickUp will be well organized. Users will always know what to be done and no more missing tasks. The UI is clean, simple and visual. Most of the basic features required for a project management tool is there (or going to be, or being finetuned).

Supporting is great. ClickUp team is always there to help even for free plan users.

Developement team is working hard. ClickUp is updated so often to keep the app run smooth and has the most productive features. Great things are just coming soon.

Cons: ClickUp is new, so it will lack many things: intergration to popular services, admin control, advanced features like custom field, automation... Those stuffs are being developed so users have to wait at the meantime.

The performance is no so good. ClickUp runs slow on all the flatform.

The free plans doesn't mean so much compare to Trello free plans. ClickUp free plans give only 100MB which will run out in second for any team that have attachments. For the entire build, ClickUp should set users free on storage and strict them on feature sets which is still quite basic entirely.

Overall: We're doing retail store. We manage our orders with ClickUp and it helps much on tracking order states, storing customer information, assigning tasks... ClickUp helps us keep track of everything and that helps sastify our customers.

Pros: Working for a small not-for-profit org, I needed an inexpensive tool to help with coordinating the activities of our busy team once spreadsheets became too cumbersome. I love the flexibility that ClickUp offers in being able to break things down by project, list, and then have tasks and sub-tasks within those. The calendar view is vital to our needs and I'm also pleased with how well ClickUp delivers this functionality.

Cons: There's still a few bugs to iron out (eg removing statuses from Space settings does not remove them from filter options). There are also some frustrating details, eg. getting emails notifications about EVERYTHING by default, and not being able to change the colour of the default "Open" and "Closed" statuses. I'd also like to assign colours to projects and have tasks displayed in the project colours in Calendar view, instead of the status colour. And I'm upset that I can't do any reporting from the free version, or get a view or export of time estimates for tasks assigned to a user!

Overall: I've just been testing but am generally pleased with it so I'm now about to migrate our project management to ClickUp and bring the whole team on board.

Great, with some minor downsides (which I hope can be eliminated in the future)

Pros: I really love the functionality which nothing else can rival (as far as I know). There are still probably some options and functions that I'm not aware of, but I'm more than happy with what I've found and have been using.

I wish there was a short tutorial on using keyboard shortcuts.

Cons: It's a little slow or at least as instant as Todoist.

I was disappointed to find out that the functionality on different devices is different - some (important) features are missing.

There's no widget for android to quickly add a task without having to select project etc. The existing widget is annoying, because I don't want to see a specific project, I usually want to see the most important tasks today.

Overall: It helps me compete the tasks of my day, but also to track the time I spend doing them (I've never done that before because it required a 3rd-party app). I started realizing how much I actually get done and stopped criticizing myself so much.

I really love the way you can transform the task into a sub-task and vice versa - it's great for my mindset and workflow.

Pros: The best feature for me, and this may sound silly, is that when using the extension in Gsuite to move a task to ClickUp, it marks the email within Gmail as having been "tasked", if you will. This saves me hours over the course of a month since I don't have to go back and figure out which emails have been tasked. That alone (well, combined the fact that it strips attachments and makes them available) is enough to push this to the top three of the similar products I'm testing.

Cons: On occasion, again with an email tasked through the extention, the body of the email looks like it's written in code, rather than just the email. This hasn't happened since I first complained about it, but I did get a quick response from Customer Service.

Overall: I am a VERY small operation with one part-time employee who lives in a different state. I have been looking for something to turn emails into tasks (I'm an accountant, so much of the email contains docs or receipts needed to match transactions. This works beautifully for that.

Pros: ClickUp is an excellent tool to plan, control and monitor different tasks and objectives of the projects. I appreciate the way it is organized. You can easily manage tasks with such functions as filtering and sorting them by status and priority. This allows to assess your workload as well as your teammates' workload both in general and on individual projects.

Personally I prefer using the board view when everything is visualized all across the board and you click and drag tasks from one status to another easily, striving to drive all of them to completion as fast as possible.

Cons: There's not much I can say negative about this software. The mobile app is a bit clunky and the number of useful functions that can be carried out there conveniently is limited. I only find it helpful for checking notifications and what is next on my lists rather than for creating and managing projects/tasks.

Overall: ClickUp is an amazing tool that helps keep our whole company on schedule and collaborate in real time. Once you have used it for a while, you will want to do more and more with it, and there never seems to be a limit to what you can do as they are constantly adding new helpful features.

Pros: Our team was using Asana prior to clickup. And in asana, there wasn't any number or code for each issue, so it was kind of difficult to refer an issue to another person in a team via slack. That's when we decided to try out Clickup and oh boy, that was a good decision.

Other than the linking option, they have all the features you could ever imagine. And what makes it so much enticing is their UI/UX. It's so easy to use even with 5x number of features than asana (that's an exaggeration, but its kinda true).

And what makes clickup perfect for our team is its seamless integration with slack. Our team lives in slack so every single tool should be integrated with slack in our workflow. And clickup does this like a charm. Their unfurl feature is just gold. You could edit the status of a issue right from the slack

And last but not least their free tier is the best in class

Cons: Even thou the UI is sooooo good, because of the sheer number of features it gets a bit of time to try out all features. Once you get the hang of navigating through tasks, its a perfect tool.

Pros: I like that it has the clickapp ability to turn on or off the features that you want. I have users that are not tech savvy and too many buttons and widgets just scare them. I hope they keep this going. Secondly the customer service has been top notch. I've been able to just chat directly with them instead of long, drawn out e-mails, and their documentation and roadmap are super helpful. You can tell that they really want to listen to the customer and deliver what they need.

Cons: The notification system right now are a non-starter with my company for general use. They have an update coming out soon (+1 of the roadmap!!) that I hope will change all of that. Also they are getting more and more features, while it may be helpful, can clutter up the UI for the non-technical users. I would like to see a stronger stance on the clickapp part of the turn off/on features so I can keep it as simple as possible for my users.

Overall: We can use this to reduce downtime in our workflow through engineering and through any projects we have going. We can answer questions about status definitively and make sure that everyone knows who is supposed to be doing what.

Pros: You can assign tasks to your team members and you can install it in your mobile phones. You can get notifications from your mobile and being able to make comments upon each task. You can invite unlimited team members during trial which does not expire. Its not that expensive compared to other competitors. It has sub-tasks, and you can let others in the team be assigned as watchers too.

Cons: Its a little complex to start with compared to others but youll get the hang of it in no time. Im looking for something like a "wall" feature like facebook wall. There is no "Me" functionality in the mobile app where you can see immediately tasks that are assigned to you. unlike the desktop version. You need to go to notifications to see updates/comments.

Pros: I was added as a team member to a project and I was surprised by how clean and easy it was for me to jump in and begin working the tasks assigned to me. ClickUp's use of whitespace and keeping a minimal appearance makes it easy for me to navigate through the kanban board and notifications and tasks. I like that I'm only shown what I need to see and the whole UX/UI looks and feels modern.

Cons: When I was setting up my own team and projects, it was so overwhelming to start to understand how to make sure everything was set up how I wanted. There are a lot of videos that ClickUp has made showing every feature and how to set them up, but I felt like I couldn't even make a little traction without spending a couple hours learning about how everything works. I jumped in, set up a team and some tasks, but it got really messy when I had to go back and adjust things I should have set up another way before I even begun. I realized that a ClickUp team's success is totally dependant on how much understanding and time an admin has put into setting up the team and knowing all about ClickUp.

Overall: I think ClickUp is on the right track when it comes to features and intuitive workflow for team members. It's powerful, I love that I can control exactly what kinds of notifications I get, and it looks great. Setting up a team as an admin still has room for improvement / a need to prevent overwhelm unless the admin is willing to spend a ton of time learning about ClickUp before setting anything up.

Pros: My team used Clickup as a project management tool for instructional designers creating new online courses. The interface and collaboration tools were incredibly intuitive and relatively powerful. It provided an excellent structure to track complex projects, and for bringing in teams of people to work on such projects. Support has been incredibly responsive and eager to implement our suggestions.

Cons: Clickup is still in early development as I write this, so a number of features that would take this product to the next level are currently missing, such as integration with a scrum/Agile model. New tools seem to be coming, but at the moment the product is still in very early stages.

Pros: Excellent value for money. The free option is almost too good as I'm sure we could have stayed there and managed but I paid for the upgrade mainly to show my support plus open up the ability for attachments. The support is really good. They actually answer questions as if you matter and requests are implemented quickly.

Cons: When I have a project selected and use the Create Task quick link, it would be good if the software recognised the fact I was already in a project as opposed to making me select which project this referred to.

Overall: Project, task and time management under 'one roof' so great for teams of all sizes. Being cloud-based and with an app to support it, ideal for remote workers as well.

Pros: The amazing thing about clickup is that it offers you the exact information you need so easily, from personal filtered views all the way to a "bird's eye" view of everything that is going on in an organisation. Its calendar, list and board views are really useful, along with portfolios and gantt charts.

Cons: The gantt chart view is a bit wonky, as linked tasks are not presented neatly. While it is possible to create task dependencies, it is a nightmare to try to edit multiple tasks when things change, as the dates won't be automatically adjusted.

A Microsoft Project replacement this is not, for sure, though I hope it will be, in time.

Overall: Clickup is as powerful or as simple as you want it to be. They seem to be really serious about being the best collaborative tool out there. Clickup seems to roll out features every week as well! That is really impressive.

Pros: ClickUp is just easy to use. I've used massive project management software in the past, but they were overkill for my small business. I had to get away from trying to use the most powerful tools, and use tools that helped me just get the job done quickly. ClickUp does that. It does have a lot of features and is extremely robust in terms of project organization. But it doesn't get in the way.

Cons: I wish you could customize the interface a little more. I would love to have a page where I can view all projects at once with their appropriate lists, but right now, it's a bit tricky as it only shows a long list of tasks for each project instead of separated into lists. Also, the coloring of the interface doesn't give enough contrast for some parts of the list. So things can run together.

Overall: Overall, I'm very happy. I've spent less time fiddling with extra settings and assigning tasks to different tags and users. ClickUp is easy to set up projects and task lists and much more, and adding tasks to a calendar through drag and drop is very very slick.

Very innovative in their thinking and development.

Pros: Customer service and their candid responses to clients and prospects. Their proprietary additions to project management add a well overdue fresh light to the SAAS PM platform world. They aren't just cookie cutting pieces from other platforms.

Cons: Still a little early on in their build out, but an impressive roadmap and so far they are delivering on it at an amazing pace without sacrificing their core vision for shaking up this industry.

Overall: To be fully transparent, I have not fully implemented it with my team yet. A few key features I'm holding on before making it our tool, but nothing in the past 5 months has pushed me to look in any other direction, and I've looked and experimented for the last decade.

Pros: There are a lot of tools out there that claim to give you the flexibility you need to manage work your way. When you get into it though, they seem to guide you down a certain path that may or may not work for you. ClickUp is very flexible, and getting more flexible with each release. They seem to be on a 2 week release cycle currently, and each one brings some type of significant improvement. They also really listen and respond to their users' feedback.

Cons: The one area that is not flexible (yet) is the project - list - task - subtask hierarchy. I think there's a plan to allow more flexibility in this area, but for now I'm sort of stuck with a few useless lists that don't really add anything. It's an inconvenience though, and I'm confident that this will be addressed in future releases.

Overall: This is a good company that is really trying to be a solid app for task and project management. Their pricing is affordable, and they have something for both teams and individual users.
