Pros: -Packed with features and options; advanced features are called "ClickApps" and can be turned on/off by an admin, depending on the team's needs.

-Beautiful UI, with relatively intuitive layout

-Lots of view options: by Time (i.e. a calendar), List, Kanban board, Box (cool idea I haven't seen before), Gantt chart (paid feature), and Reports.

-I love how they allow you to minimize a task to pin it to the bottom of your window for easy access. I regularly pin my top 3-4 tasks I need to urgently work on, which could otherwise get forgotten (although their reminders and notifications system is quite robust, those help too).

-The notepad feature is such a great idea. Perfect for having a convenient way to jot down rough notes, which you can later convert to a task if desired.

-Fast development team: features and improvements are rapidly added.

-Unlike a lot of their competition, they listen to users and are transparent with their roadmap: ClickUp uses a feature feedback tool called Canny to let users suggest and vote on features/improvements/bugs (see clickup.canny.io/). They also publish their roadmap, with regular updates, so you know what is coming (see docs.clickup.com/features/roadmap). I regularly check both of these pages and absolutely love this.

-ClickUp's Support team is amazing. Large amounts of written and video content get posted regularly to teach you how to use various features. And if you get stuck, their Support team responds very quickly.

Cons: There is certainly a learning curve to figuring out how best to fit their many levels of hierarchy that groups of tasks can follow: ClickUp offers spaces, projects, project lists, tasks, sub-tasks, checklists, and "checked lists" (an alternative to bullet points within a description box), as well as tags and the newly-introduced goals.

With all these options, it can certainly be confusing on how to structure your to-dos.

My advice is to 1) watch as many of their support videos as you need to understand what they offer and 2) use only what you know you immediately need, then ignore other features until you see a need in your projects.

Overall: I use ClickUp exclusively as a solo user for my personal projects at the moment, although I'm trying to sell the idea to my employer to move a small team toward this to replace our current project planning and bug tracking solutions.

I was so impressed that I upgraded to the Unlimited paid plan and intend to be a lifelong customer.

I absolutely love ClickUp and highly recommend it to everyone.

Pros: ClickUp gets it right - and the price is unbeatable: currently FREE for most features. I am not a shill. I don't work for ClickUp. I am not an affiliate. I am just a solopreneur, ex corporate exec with a mania for organizing tasks and using technology to support my work process.

I've tried Asana, Wrike (still have my very expensive yearly subscription...), Trello, Todoist, NirvanaHQ, Facile Things (yes, I confess, I'm a GTD aficionado), and I've trialed a bunch more (Zoho, Teamwork Projects, Airtable,Podio/Monday, Hive).

ClickUp has them all beat in my view.

First, they are an upstart with an ambitious roadmap that they're delivering on. Beautifully designed UI, smartly thought-out hierarchy, list or kanban views (and you don't have to choose as in Asana), analytics, time-tracking built-in, good use of colors to tag and visualize. Oh, and did I say Gantt charts? With dependencies?

Within each task, ClickUp is not that different from Wrike or Asana - nor should it be. It's about how you can access those tasks, understand what you should be doing today, and then be able to assign tasks, track them, message and collaborate with co-workers. It also integrates with everything, including Slack of course, plus other time trackers if you're already subscribed, and yes, they do have a Zapier integration.

Plus, support is lightning quick, and they have video after video after video on their YT channel if you want to see something demo'd and walked through.

I could go on..

Cons: Haven't found any negatives. But you might find something.

Overall: My workflow is pretty typical for a solopreneur. I have different kinds of projects that I put into different "Spaces" (kinda like "departments" or "divisions"). Then within each Space, I use the Lists (i.e. Lists of Tasks) to define a particular Project (yes, it may seem a tad confusing, but it does make sense within the platform). Then under the Lists, I add the Tasks for each step to complete the project - along with one additional level of SubTasks if I need to drill down one more notch.

Very thoughtful attention to how things actually work. So, for Recurring Tasks, they've looked at most/all of the ways you could implement this feature, and given you an extensive set of options for what happens when an instance is completed and then needs to recur - so you can actually apply some conditional logic to a recurring task, vs just having it pop up on your calendar at regular intervals.

Oh, and of course there's calendar integration, as well as an internal calendar. I love this feature: In the Calendar view, all your undated tasks are listed on a column on the right. Just drag the task over to a date you want to do it and populate ("calendar block") your calendar. If you have designated a time duration for that task, you can drop it onto a specific start time. How intuitive is that!

Pros: I wasn't even asked to write this review, I just like the software so much I wanted to give some appreciation to the team behind it and also help others find the product.

1. Awesome design - I really like my software to have a good interface, and ClickUp has the best I've seen. Elegant, clean, non-cluttered, intuitive, functional.

2. Flexibility - you can organize your work however you see fit, while giving you all the building blocks to do so. I, for example, created just one project inside of ClickUp for all my ongoing Website Design & Dev. projects, each of them being a list inside that project. I still have enough depth because of sub-tasks ans check-lists. Also, I have two more lists called Admin (for admin tasks) and General (for small tasks that don't fit in a project, like support requests)

3. A pleasure to use: this is a corollary of 1 and 2, but I have to mention it here because I always had trouble sticking to whatever system I was trying to get to work. If the App you're using doesn't make checking and updating it daily (at least) a completely friction-less and pleasant experience, then you're a lot likely to "forget" or procrastinate updating it, and things get lost and deadlines get missed. ClickUp nails this. I've never missed a beat ever since I've started and am building up some nice routines around it. Even the daily email digests are clean, to the point and useful

4. Price - IT'S FREE with full features.

Cons: I spent about 10 minutes trying to come up with something negative, and all I found was some functionality that I'd like to see added to the Android App: the ability to sort tasks in the list (by due date, priority, or both). You can do this on the web or desktop app, of course, but I couldn't find this on the mobile app.

Overall: Better productivity, less stress about missing key information on the multiple concurrent projects I run as a freelancer web developer / designer. Clarity into where each project is, what to do next, what's holding it back, what I'm waiting on from clients. The ability to plan my week with the calendar view, and store key info about a project in it's descriptions (not in a task) - stuff like links to resources, and logins, media from clients, etc.

I love the freedom it provides by just giving you all the building blocks you need to organize your work, and not restricting you into "one best way" of doing things. Love the elegant, clean, functional and intuitive interface - it really makes it a pleasure rather than a chore to have to update my projects.

Pros: This is probably one of the best to do lists or project management tools out there for teams that are very affordable and reasonable price. It also allows you to sort and filter things in a powerful way which makes it less cluttered like Asana or Trello. Although I do think those other tools do have their place in the world, but Trello is maybe a bit more for just a smaller one or two person team and we found that over time things get a little bit lost since you can't sort and filter things based on the person that is tagged with the item. Asana gets a bit cluttered and very difficult to learn. We found that with Clickup it was a nice balance and we've worked with many other tools in the past as well like Wrike, Basecamp, but it seems like clickup is the one we've enjoyed the most, it's been the clearest, and the easiest to learn.

Cons: My biggest wish is to be able to get Gannt charts eventually with Lookup. Seeing things on a visual platform or seeing how long things take will be a great way to plan release dates or when thing should be scheduled out a little further in time or earlier. Other than that the tool is quite amazing where it is. There's always improvement in little micro things that'll get updated but as far as the big features I think the only one that's missing is the Gannt chart for our business needs.

Overall: I think the best thing with ClickUp is that every person on your team is able to see exactly what they have on their to-do list rather than sorting things in a certain bucket or category. I think also because you are able to organize different things in multiple ways it really allows you to organize all the task lists. Unfortunately, this makes it sometimes more cumbersome to hop around but the beauty is that you can sort and filter in a very powerful way so if you combine things with due dates and tagging the right people then it makes the tool very powerful.

Pros: I love everything about ClickUp. I've used a large selection of alternative PM software (e.g., PivotalTracker, Jira, Target Process, Wrike, dozens of others) and ClickUp is my favorite of all of them.

ClickUp has a robust feature set which matches all of my needs, including excellent hierarchical task management, time tracking, GitHub/Slack integration, configurable kanban/scrum workflows, etc. The team adds new features frequently, and which features get added are chosen as a direct result of community involvement via suggestion and voting.

However, feature completeness isn't really a competing factor; there are so many alternatives on the market that you'll find this feature set elsewhere too. Where they excel is in their attention to user interface and user experience. ClickUp is a delight to use and looks beautiful.

Finally, the customer service from ClickUp is fantastic. My first day using the project (at ClickUp's initial release to the public) I found a bug with time tracking that was a barrier to entry for me. I reported the issue, and they had it fixed by end-of-day. This service has proven to be a consistent fact.

Cons: Nothing. No, really, the software is really so good that I can't think of a single reasonable complaint about the product.

If I really had to nitpick, my only unreasonable complaint is that they don't offer automatic migration from Assembla (yet), which has prevented me from transitioning over my final client who has hundreds of tickets they don't want to lose.

Overall: Huge amounts of time saved, and plenty of delight from the UI.

Pros: The customer service is phenomenal. They've built something that allows the user to give direct feedback to product. The transparency of the feedback makes it easy to know they're actually working on it and not dismissing your input. Because there are votes to the platform, if the request is obscure, it's obvious as to why the feature isn't being worked on at the moment.

The price can't be beat and the community they've built is always coming up with ways to discuss how to better utilize the product.

The software release schedules are so incredibly fast, there are sometimes feature releases that come out before I have time to document a request for them.

Cons: It's a bit laggy compared to Asana and there are some weird interactions that get confusing at times. I've still not yet used any of the calendar or gantt features so I would say that it would be helpful if there were more onboarding on that front.

Even though Clickup has all of the features of Asana, something about Asana just made it easier to use.

And the Chrome extension could use some UX improvement, but they're soon releasing a complete redesign.

Finally, I can organize all of my tasks for every client easily, but keeping track of all of them is a different matter. Luckily, they're rolling out a new Inbox feature that I'm dying to see.

Overall: There is a bit of a learning curve and understanding how to properly use their Spaces, Projects, and List feature will trip you up quite a bit for the first month, but soon after figuring out the setup, you figure out that it has pretty much every feature that other PM softwares have so a comparison table with Clickup and others would just be full of check marks.

I love that there is a way to provide direct and recorded feedback to the platform and that it's very transparent on what the team is working on. Because their customer service is so active, you're able to feel peace of mind they're working on intelligently improving the software bit by bit.

There is a little lag and bugs here and there, but I'm not sure how much they can do about the lag without a large overhaul and the bugs are resolved fairly quickly. No only that, the support team will even let you know when it's fixed or ping you for more feedback using live chat.

I have strong trust in this product and team!

Pros: Their Workspace > Project > List > Task > Subtask / Multiple Checklist hierarchy stands out as a killer feature - yes it'll take a second to get your head around, but once you get it you won't go back. Eg. I use spaces to separate things that won't mix (ie I won't be assigning tasks to people outside the space, eg. Personal task management space vs work space - managers also have their own 'head office' space).

Sub tasks are not second class citizens.... they are treated as regular tasks - so support all available features such as task assignment, start and end dates, estimated time, priority etc...

CUSTOM Task status' - anything from simple 'open > completed' to 'open > researching > in progress > stuck > for review > complete' - make your own and colour code!

Views for everyone's personal taste - list view, board view, or celendar/time view - something for personal preference, or suitability towards the project at hand.

Version control on task descriptions! No more regrets when co-workers accidentally edit/remove important content.

Watch status - for when managers need to keep an eye on tasks they've assigned or are interested in getting updates on.

Box view is a great way for managers to get a quick overview of who's got how many tasks of each status - eg... who has the most in progress, who has the most stuck, who has the most unstarted tasks etc...

Flexible and in depth notification settings for all kinds of events.

Web, Mobile& Desktop apps.

Public Roadmap!

Cons: No Board View for Subtasks within parent task main window.

No Dark Mode in iOS app.

Overall: Took a few days to get my head around how best to use their fancy hierarchy - but once I realised it's just a way to group tasks into groups so you can work on what needs to get done for a particular project, and then use the 'view all' feature combined with the 'me' option to see all tasks assigned to me across every project & list - in board or list or calendar view, sorted however I wanted (by date or priority) - THEN I fell in love with ClickUp.

Pros: I like the great capability and flexibility ClickUp has. It allows me to manage my personal life/tasks as well as my personal business activities. I have been looking for a long time for a solution, that would allow me to store arbitrary tasks, notes and eventually assign the due dates and such. Furthermore I wanted it to be able to seemlessly sync with my Google Calendar, so that I still can edit events in the calendar, like adding reminders and locations, that would be preserved, when I change the event date in the task manager app. This would seem like a small and simple thing, but ClickUp is the only one that I found (tried circa 25 services) that could do this.

Simply, I was looking for something, that would allow me the flexibility and customizability of a pen and paper, yet having the convenience of an online service I can have everywhere with me.

Today I use it everyday to plan what am I going to tackle in the future, plan upcoming days and without any aditional work, having it all in my calendar almost instantaneously.

Cons: Of course, there are a few thing I don't like, but nothing can be perfect, right. But the reason, why I don't really care about these things is the great feedback system, they have setup. It is almost like a community forum, but much more efficient and clear, where every single day the team looks for a new things to implement or fix. In my short time on ClickUp (1 month), I have already reported many feature requests and one bug. The bug was fixed within 3 days and feaure requests are being monitored and are planned to be done, while others are implemented to the platform continuously.

Anyway... what I am missing the most is for the Android(maybe IOS) App to work offline and having a Trello-like view of the tasks. The former is marked as "In progress" in feature requests though and there is a workaround for the latter.

Overall: Just go for it :-). It can be as simple or as complex as you need it to be.

Pros: This tool is so flexible! They combine the best of tools like Asana and Trello and then add even more goodies. They recently rolled out guest account management and gannt charts and that's put them in a new league. Other tools offer gannt charts, but I haven't found one that offers the flexibility of ClickUp without making you pay for 5 accounts even if you're the only person using the tool in your business. ClickUp is a much more feasible option for small businesses while offering even more value. Win-win!

Another bonus is the fantastic support team. When they released the guest management feature, several of us freelancers who use ClickUp expressed concerns about the limitations that had been made for those of us who only have one person in our business and thus one ClickUp account seat. The ClickUp team responded right away and updated the feature with a compromise that not only made it a great feature for us users, but which I think also increases the value of ClickUp even more! Given the wide array of features (with even more on the way!) and the wonderful support team, I'm now a loyal ClickUp user.

Cons: There might be a bit of a learning curve for some, but if you've used other project management software like Asana, it's not significant. They have great help documentation and their support team can guide you to a solution if you run into any obstacles. I did have some issues with the time tracking extension on Chrome, but the support team looked into it and resolved it for me like champs.

Overall: My transition from Asana/Trello to ClickUp was, overall, simple and straightfoward. I was able to import my Asana projects into ClickUp, make some modifications to fit the new system, and I was off to the races. Because of the gannt chart feature, I've got all of my projects for this year mapped out in realistic timelines and I'm now actually an entire week ahead of schedule - and we're only a week into the year! ClickUp has definitely been a game changer in my business.

Pros: I appreciate the huge effort that ClickUp puts into customer service and constant development of the program. I first looked into ClickUp in August 2017, but it was not yet developed enough for my needs. It has since not only met my needs, but surpasses them, and I've been a happy client since April 2018.

I've started using ClickUp for everything I need to get done at work. If it will take me longer than 10 minutes to do, it gets added as a task. There is a very handy Chrome extension that makes task creation and time logging really simple. Rather than depending on snoozed emails or an in-the-moment triage of what I need to work on, I use ClickUp to keep myself organized. My previous to-do app was not being developed (at least, there were no significant features being added), I couldn't involve my colleagues, and the flow didn't quite fit the way I work. With ClickUp, there is significant weekly development, I can assign tasks to others, and I can configure the program to fit my workflow precisely. On top of all this, it is at a great price point compared to many of the other options out there.

Cons: My dislikes would be very minor and may become moot in the very near future. The app only loads some of the tasks that would appear on a page (to keep loading quick, I imagine), which means that when I want to view all my tasks I have to scroll down, wait for more to load, scroll down again, wait for more to load, and so on. There are also a few cases where it takes too many clicks to get things done, although I find that's constantly being improved. Finally, the Android app is a bit tedious to use.

Overall: ClickUp helps me stay organized in a way that no other program has been able to do for me. It is extremely configurable, is constantly being developed, and helps me keep on top of tasks I've delegated or expect others to complete.

Pros: - Innovative approach to task management software, capturing the best of Kanbanand list-based platforms, with additional extras thorn in for good measure

- The customer support is superlative (they are fast and friendly, and take bug reports and feature requests seriously)

- The software is flexible enough that it can be used for simple tasks but complex enough to scale to huge, layered multi-disciplinary projects

- Their pricing structure is the best that I've found for what they offer

Cons: There isn't anything that I dislike about it, but I have found when introducing it to other less "productivity platforms are fun!" people that they regard the learning curve as a bit steep. It's not that there isn't ample onboarding tools, but the structure of the software is far more complex than a quick to-do list, which scares some people a bit.

Then again, that is to be expected for software that is capable of handling the levels of complexity that ClickUp can. So definitely not a negative in my book.

Overall: I've been messing around with productivity platforms for about 10 years now, and I can say with unqualified confidence that ClickUp is the first platform to offer me everything I need, in the way that I need it at an affordable price. Every other system I've reviewed or used (Trello, Nozbe, Asana, ToDoist, Producteev etc.) was good enough, but all either lacked the features I need for my workflow or hid them behind hideous paywalls.

Add to that the fact that the support team is stellar and they genuinely consider feature requests? Man, I can't recommend this software highly enough.

Pros: It's difficult to me choose one or two features because ClickUp is fulled of unlimited features and posibilities. The most loved feature I must say the views, Caleandar (sync'd with Google), Board (Kanban Style with custom columns OMG I LOVE THIS ONE) and List!....

The way I can create a task using / commands allows me to create a task very very fast without mouse, this is an unique feature.

I have to mention the Mobile App, it's really awesome, another apps lack in features vs their webapp but ClickUp have unlimitless features in the mobile app too.

Lest talk about design, the position of items makes readability much more easier than another apps even with tons of info for every screen of the app.

Finally I have to mention dark theme, love it!

Cons: This app is really amazing, as a Web Developer I need to mantain every task very well organized. I tried a bunch of another apps before ClickUp and after weeks of testing I fall in love.

But yes, I have to mention 2 things that they could do better, Light Theme es very very light, the app looks very cheap in light theme even with high contrast, I dont like it...

Second thing is the load time, it's pretty slow to me, yes, I know the app have too many things to load and no problem with that but I wish the minimize to tray feature doesn't close the task because if I maximize the app open it again and that takes the same amount of time than open a task not in my tray.

Pros: The ease of use is phenomenal. We were able to import our issues from JIRA into ClickUp tasks with ease. We have separate spaces for different stuff -- 1 for development, 1 for general IT junk and another for network infrastructure. The feature set is fantastic, including the features that are available to free users, with more features being added all the time thanks to the ultra-responsive devs. All of this is great, but I think my favourite part is how ClickUp deal with consumers. Substantial new feature requests are often turned around in a few months and the support team are always really friendly and helpful.

Cons: When we imported from JIRA, instead of filling out various fields it would just write the issue info into the body of the new task, which wasn't ideal. I raised this at the time with the support team so they may have resolved it by now, I'm not sure. Another slight issue is the speed. I don't notice it so much on my newer machine but my older machine it was slightly difficult because of this. Impossible to run on Raspberry Pi as well, it will take several minutes to perform basic operations.

Overall: We are an in-house IT dept across a few sites, so we use it for stuff like keeping track of things that needs to be done that don't quite fit into our ticketing system (e.g. users coming and leaving the company), but we also use it for network infrastructure projects and any in-house development tasks that we're working on.

Pros: Extremely easy to get started and manage projects with helpful videos to help introduce you to the concepts used to organize your spaces, projects, lists, and tasks. More flexibility than other products which allows us to manage varying types of projects in different ways within the same team. Enjoy switching the same project between Lists, Boards, Box Views at any time depending on my needs. Custom statuses have also been a great feature for us to have at the project level.

Incredible the number of features available in the free version. I will be upgrading my team to the very resobalbe per user price just based on the amount of value we get from the tool.

Cons: The flexibility of having projects across multiple spaces is powerful, but I struggled with the visibility to and the management of tasks crossed multiple spaces.

Have not found a simple way to roll up the status and completion percentage crossed projects for an overall view towards our OKRs. May just be I have not found this yet.

Overall: Great, I highly recommend ClickUp to everyone I encountered that is managing teams or projects. It's so easy and affordable (free for many) to get started and start to keep your team organized and completing tasks and projects on time. To go from constant in-person meetings and weekly reports to having immediate visibility into all 5 of my managers initiatives has been amazing.

Pros: I went through about a dozen project management system trials before finding Clickup. I have a variety of intense projects that require organization, timelines, interconnected parts that are difficult to navigate without a system. A lot of the other PMSes cost $60 or so per month for a "team of 5" despite the fact that there is only one of me. ClickUp has Gantt charts which I need, the kanban cards that a lot of other people like, calendar integration with Google, an in-browser timer, to-do lists, daily schedules of what's due, etc., etc. And their development team is super responsive to feedback.

Cons: I wish there was more flexibility in their Gantt charts. For instance, Wrike has a larger variety of relationship types, and ClickUp currently only has finish-start functionality. I'd love that to be widened. I also wish there were more visual elements to planning in the chart. For instance, if I'm wiggling a schedule in the chart mode, I can't see the specific dates unless the date range is tiny. It would be cool if I could see a tooltip with the date range I'm selecting for ease of use. I'd also like them to have set dates for specific events date-locked so I can't accidentally push things past a hard boundary. All that being said, I haven't requested these functions yet, and these are minor compared to all the functionality and improvement in scheduling I've benefited from already.

Overall: I love ClickUp. I honestly do. I was so excited to find a project management system that works so well for me since I'm a small fry who can't spend hundreds of dollars a year. I love seeing their rollout emails and seeing how customer-driven they are. I'm so pleased.

Pros: We used this software for more than a year until our corporate standards forced us to move to JIRA.

What I like the most about ClickUp is its lightweight UI design. We were team of 50 and there was about 20+ junior members there. With ClickUp delegation was really easy as I was able to create tasks in format sufficient for particular team meembers. In particular, while checklists worked just fine for junior team members, more abstract tasks created by peredefined templates worked good for senior members, who wanted more creativity freedom.

Cons: Migration from and to JIRA was really challenging.

We needed to involve consierable engineering effortto leverage their API to export the data in sufficient format.

Also when I needed to collect some KPIs such as work balance between planning and implementation tasks, that turned out to be really tricky as to get time spent on tasks statistics.

Overall: That was a great solution for our business as we didn't need any special knowledge to manage really great task management software. It was complicated to scale it to bigger business thoung due to variety of team demands.

Pros: ClickUp pretty much does it all. From granular task recurrence options to Gantt charts, ClickUp has pretty much every feature you could ask for. The software is very flexible and you can structure everything how you want to meet the needs of your project or organization. It seems the ClickUp team has thought of almost everything. You can create task/list/project templates and organize your work to your heart's desire. It's been a boon for our marketing team and has allowed us to collaborate better since we have remote workers. Now I can see exactly what is on my teams plate. Oh yeah... and it integrates with pretty much everything. Want to see all your tasks on your Outlook or Google Calendar. Done. Want to track time spent on each task... you have a handful of options including a great Chrome extension created by ClickUp. It's a powerful tool and their development team is very active and receptive. They are very committed to delivering the best project management tool available and in just a few months we've already seen some great additions.

Cons: The UI can be a little cluttered and sometimes text is small. There is a learning curve since there are so many options and it takes some time to get your bearings and learn how everything works. It's easy to get notification/email overload though you do have very granular settings for those willing to customize.

Overall: Our interactions with the ClickUp team has been great. Fast response and everyone is helpful and friendly. It took some time to get out team onboard and show everyone how to set up and best use the software.

Pros: My favorite part of the software is the project and task statuses. You can easily customize your project workflow by adjusting how you categorize your specific phases for a project. Typically in other project management softwares the task is either assigned or completed. With ClickUp I can customize the different steps I would like to take each task through for a project type. ClickUp also has a really intuitive functionality when it comes to separating different workspaces. I work with many different types of industries, and I like to separate them completely in my mind. Thankfully they are still only one click away with ClickUp just incase I need them.

Cons: The User Interface feels minimal to the point that I sometimes don't know what I'm supposed to focus on while using. There are some experience issues such as slightly overcomplicating how to create a project or task. Overall, these things can be overcome with a bit of learning and time. I think it's worth it to stick it out with this software.

Overall: This software helps me to stay organized with multiple different projects going on at one time. It's great for the solo-preneur who wants to store project information in a centralized location. Can take some getting used to for those not use to project management.

Pros: In my opinion, the interface is clean, it supports many settings including a very well integrated dark theme, the ability to filter tasks (and save filters) is quite useful, managing separate projects and sub-projects is a breeze as the hierarchical structure is fantastic, it has nice keyboard shortcuts, it supports a fully synced mobile version, it even has apps for different operating systems (including Linux!).

Cons: The mobile app is a bit more limited in what it can achieve compared to the desktop version, but so far this hasn't been a problem for me. Some setup is easier done on the desktop version, but then everything is fully usable on both versions after the initial tweaking on the computer. For example, assigning tasks in bulk was much easier on the desktop and I couldn't see all my tasks in the "Time view" on the mobile app, so I ended up having to assign all tasks to myself on the desktop version, which was way faster to do as far as I can tell.

Overall: I use ClickUp as a complete solution for task and project management for everything that's personal. When I get to work on a team, I will clearly consider ClickUp and promote its use but so far, I haven't had the chance to use the "team" version. For my personal use, it hasn't failed on me once. I usually pin a tab in the browser to have access to my main "Space" (where projects are listed) and will check back once in a while to make sure I'm heading in the right direction. To me, the most useful features have been the ability to filter the "List" view and combine tasks by both priority and due date, but I must admit that it is very useful to be able to switch to other views ("Time" and "Board") to have a different representation of your workflow.

Pros: Ability to quickly deploy and get a good result: 1 week to deploy, 1 week to rollout to project team, 1 week to start seeing results. 4 weeks in I, as the customer, now have visibility into what the vendor is doing/not doing on the vendor led project that affects 12 separate locations. I am able to set KPI for the vendor to work by. The visibility and trackability provided the ability to hold the vendor accountable for results, provide a means of communicating out to the stakeholders what is happening on the project as well as a means for receiving feedback from non-tech customers. Customers are able to quickly pick up the issue tracking implemented and run with it. We love the ability to see all comments/conversations on tasks using the "bell" or notifications icon that shows all the conversations for all tasks in one location. Priceless feature. The customer service is outstanding...they caught an error, fixed it and notified me before I even discovered the error had occurred. Who does that?

Cons: The way is is right now makes it hard to complain. It exceeded my expectation after heavy use and now we are working to move from the free version to integrate the paid version into our project. It is a newer tool so there are features that would be nice to have, more integrations, etc.

Overall: We started by trying to gain visibility and trackability on a vendor-led project and spread to project management. We are tracking issues, managing projects and providing extended enterprise communication with disparate entities and geographic locations via clickup.

Pros: This program was written with the user in mind. I have begged other packages (that have great functionality) to give us a dashboard that's "at-a-glance" usable. They never listened. ClickUP gave me 3-and they are totally customizable. I know at a single glance what's happening inside all of my client projects. Plus, they have an ongoing feature request and suggestion site, where features get voted up and actually implemented (within reason). The fact that they are so passionate about this product and are continuously making it better. I'm like a little kid at Christmas when I get an feature update email. There's always something new. It always gives me new ideas and new ways to organize my information. No other platform comes close.

Cons: Probably that not enough people know about it. I wish they'd do more marketing to get the word out. I want more people, including my vendors and subcontractors to use it so I can bring them into my teams on project so they can take advantage of the rich notifications. (I am not trying to micromanage them, I swear!

Overall: Keeps my projects and tasks organized.

Pros: I love the way it looks. Its easy on the eye.

It has a pretty good workflow, but still gives you the freedom to organise things in personal preference.

Very customizable and affordable.

Cons: It takes some getting used to, but once you work out your own personal workflow it is great.

I would love it if I could copy and paste a spreadsheet in there, but I think this feature is coming.

Also, it really needs a built-in spell check too...

Overall: I am a designer who can't get a job in design. So, as a result, I am pushed to be a bit of a 'solopreneur'. I decided to work on my own projects and realised after 6 months of ad-hoc work, I needed to get my a** in gear & get better organised. I found this software and have stuck with it since. My initial choice was purely based on the visual aesthetics, a lot of software is pretty dull and lifeless and this seemed to stimulate me to want to use it. So far I have found it pretty good to deal with, and the notifications keep me motivated and on top of my daily tasks. I am only ussing the free version at the moment and its more than enough, the paid version would be better, as it would be good to take screenshots and paste them. However you can get by pretty easy just with the standard free version, if you are looking to cut costs until your business expands.

Pros: ClickUp is so very intuitive and fluid in operation. Admittedly, it was lacking in integrations when we first started over eight months or so ago. But the responsiveness, individual attention and honesty of their customer service has no equal.

The speed of bug fixes, improvements and updates to the service is quite stunning. We have not had a better experience in this regard, and that is what will keep us using ClickUp. The support we received from using other competitors pales in comparison.

We also love and depend on ClickUp's fantastic integrations with Toggl and Slack.

Cons: All the drawbacks, bugs and integrations that we experienced has basically been fixed or alleviated. There isn't anything we dislike or hate in its current iteration. Although we could use additional integrations to Zendesk. Also, the Android mobile app is a work in progress still.

Overall: Project Management both for Administration and also for Software Development. We migrated from Asana and Jira to ClickUp over eight months ago, and have never looked back. Their customer service is a model for our startup.

Pros: I love the team behind Clickup the most, I can tell they truly care about having the best project management platform and care for their users and thats a big part of what makes the app so great. I love Clickup's clean and easy to use web and mobile apps and I really like that it gives you the ability to have customizable spaces for each project and multiple different views for getting stuff done in the way that works best for you. I love that they listen to user feedback and are always adding new and very useful features.

Cons: The only con I can think of is that there are no pre-made deployable templates for setting up the best workflow for particular project types so that you can get going quickly. Once you do setup a workflow you can save the template and redeploy it though.

Overall: We can now visualize what our team is working on and see how a project evolves and where we can make improvements in our workflow.

Pros: - Flexibility; we can customize things like themes, spaces, and statuses (workflow);

- We can use Filters to view and manage items;

- User Interface is clear and polished and provides us with great User Experience;

- Integrations; we can use external apps e.g. to track time spent on specific item;

- Cross-device and multi-platform; Android app is available in Google Play store;

- Multi-assign; You can assign more than one person to one task!

- Responsive Help Desk - very kind team, they will reply in hours, not days :-)

- Fast development - a lot of new useful features came up since we're using ClickUp;

- Ease of use and simplicity;

- Views: you can use board, list or a box view to manage the issues;

- It's stable - no major bugs even after introducing new features.

Cons: Actually there's no such thing. We really like every piece of ClickUp application - no major limitations or drawbacks so far.

Overall: ClickUp keeps us organized and focused on our goals. We can customize statuses per project or space and manage the items in the way we like it.

Pros: I like the way the software can be adopted to personal use, group use or any combination of the above. You also get options for turning on and off features that you might not use, making the ui a lot less cluttered. I like the many ways I can view, structure and interact with any project or task, it feels like there is always a view tailored to the type of project I'm working with.

The support is quick and personal, and I really enjoy the ability to vote on features to be implemented in upcoming releases of the software. It makes the service feel more crowd-driven.

Cons: The only two gripes I had with the software was the slow response when interacting with it, and that there was no gantt view. However, both of these issues have already been fixed, so at the moment I can't really complain

Overall: I use click up for personal use as a task-/project manager for university and my own business. I've got a million things going on at any given time, so relying on such a powerful project manager to keep track of every deadline, every assignment and task really saves me from a lot of headache.

Pros: I love being able to have all my tasks in one location. I love the ability to see the board view and click and drag tasks from one status to another easily. I also love the android app. It has a dark theme that looks great. The customer support has been good and as of now I have been using their free product and it has been working great for me. If I ever needed to have my department or company start using something like this I would recommend ClickUp to them.

Cons: Nothing much, works great. I haven't really found anything that needs improved much. They have a site where you can vote on the features and you can see the requests they are working on and the ones that are planned on coming out in the future.

Overall: I get tickets and tasks from many sources. I use Zapier with ClickUp to automate all requests to come into one place so that I can have one list of ToDos and stay focused. I am trying to automate more items to come into it so I can just work inside the one tool. I can automate closing of tasks to do other items with their APIs.

Do the trial and and see if it will work for you. There are many features and if you don't try it out you won't know if it will work for you. I haven't had any major issues and they have a lot of the features and more of other popular services like Trello.

Pros: I have used a LOT of task managers. Recently, I have been having success with a Kanban model. ClickUp is the best Kanban implementation I have used. It is the right mix of simplicity and detail, and it meets my needs perfectly. The addition of other models (Box & List) puts it over the top. The hierarchical structure of ClickUp allows me to organize things almost any way I want.

Cons: Least is very much a relative term. There is nothing about ClickUp that I dislike, but I would like to be able to email tasks directly into ClickUp (I use a Zapier Zap to accomplish that for now). It would also be nice to have a checkbox on the tasks in the full display that moves them to closed when checked (the checkbox is in the detail view of the individual items). We all know how satisfying it is to check off an item when complete. However, these are minor issues that don't impact the usability.

Overall: The organization of the UI and feature set of ClickUp have allowed me to stay on top of my tasks & projects better than any other task/project manager I have used.

Pros: ClickUp is easy to use even for non-techy people. Projects created in ClickUp will be well organized. Users will always know what to be done and no more missing tasks. The UI is clean, simple and visual. Most of the basic features required for a project management tool is there (or going to be, or being finetuned).

Supporting is great. ClickUp team is always there to help even for free plan users.

Developement team is working hard. ClickUp is updated so often to keep the app run smooth and has the most productive features. Great things are just coming soon.

Cons: ClickUp is new, so it will lack many things: intergration to popular services, admin control, advanced features like custom field, automation... Those stuffs are being developed so users have to wait at the meantime.

The performance is no so good. ClickUp runs slow on all the flatform.

The free plans doesn't mean so much compare to Trello free plans. ClickUp free plans give only 100MB which will run out in second for any team that have attachments. For the entire build, ClickUp should set users free on storage and strict them on feature sets which is still quite basic entirely.

Overall: We're doing retail store. We manage our orders with ClickUp and it helps much on tracking order states, storing customer information, assigning tasks... ClickUp helps us keep track of everything and that helps sastify our customers.

Pros: I've used many productivity software but never find an optimal solution. Until now. Clickup is user friendly and complex enough at the same time - easy to use but offers all the advanced options. What I like most:

- Very intuitive and easy to use. Clear and customizable interface (customizable = not only you can set the colour etc. but also turn on/off options you need and columns you'd like to see/hide). Great documenation and tutorials

- Three different aproaches found in different apps combined: Lists of items (like in Asana, Todoist etc.) / Boxes and cards (like in Trello) / Calendar view

- Start date, due date and time estimation for each task - in most productivity apps one of those is either missing or is available only in premium version

- Task dependencies even in the free version

- Multilevel structure: Spaces - Projects - Task - Subtasks - Checklists

- Import: you can move your staff to Clikcup from many popular apps and services with few clicks

- Integration with time tracking apps, calendars, gmail (via Zapier) etc.

Cons: - No desktop app

- While creating tasks from emails Clickup doesn't import attachements

- You need to have a separate time tracking software and actually it should be Harvest or Toggl if things are expected to sync smoothly with Clickup

Pros: Usability

- easy to use even by non-technical people (we got our artists to use it which was a huge surprise, they usually avoid any tool whatsoever)

- anything can be done in a few clicks/drags - no lengthy forms (i.e Jira/Asana/Redmine) or ticks/checks

Features

- instead of being bloated from the get-go, it allows users to dynamically pick/choose featured on a per-project basis

- everything that was missing 6 months ago is present now, and the team is constantly working on new, easy-to-use features

Scalability

- we started using it for 10 very small projects (2-3 weeks dev cycle at the most) and worked amazingly

- we ended up using it for a year-long multiple-iteration/milestone project with distributed development and.. it still works amazingly

Cons: Lack of personalization options in terms of colors, fonts and sizes. I'd personally go for a dark theme with more compact content and smaller fonts.

Overall: Better project management

- we use it for tracking of issues and bugs, as well as communication with off-site partners regarding their needs, their observations and their tasks.

Communication

- commenting and adding attachment to individual tasks/lists helps us communicate better and in simpler, clearer terms

Bigger picture

- switching to other views allows us to see how many issues are open, how many tasks are left and how we're doing as a team

Pros: I moved over after producteev closed down.. I did not look forward to transferring my data over but when I reached out to the ClickUp team they just did it for me. The layout and flow just makes more sense than any other platform. Many platforms are either task or project oriented. Most don't make sense for small businesses. ClickUp is the perfect blend of both. And they are adding more and more integrations every day.

we love using it!

Cons: Would be happy to see a multiple calendar option for creating and sharing different calendars with team mates that are unrelated to the actual tasks.

Overall: Many platform intimidate people. my industry isn't very tech savvy so its hard to get people on board. Its easier to keep track of progress now and everyone is on the same page. I think the improvement of communications has been the biggest benefit.

Pros: Everything. The ClickUp team is amazing. I have used just about every project/list management software in the market, and ClickUp blows them away.

- The Amazing UI is fantastic to work with. The User Experience is second to none. This company "gets it". Every time I think of "they should have x feature"....it is already there and implemented is an incredible way.

The price is too low in my opinion for what they offer (ClickUp - don't raise the price because of this)...just stating that you get an amazing product, incredible support and a stream of new features for a fraction of what the competition charges.

Love the multiple ways to see items (lists, boards, time)...love the fact that you have projects and lists....love the detail of information on each task (subtask, attachments and even assign from a comment)

Too many Pros to list...you just have to experience for yourself. Believe me, you will not be disappointed.

They even have integration with Alexa to add a task. Amazing

Cons: I cannot think of anything. I would have written that it needed better user rights and privileges, but they added that in one of their latest releases. Beautiful software with great functionality at a ridiculously low price....what is not to love.

Pros: ClickUp offers a really rounded product that addresses many if not all of the tiny little things that are missing from almost all of the alternatives. Whilst these are "little things" they make a huge difference to how well an individual or organisation can actually work on a day to day basis.

The service is also fully useable as a FREE version, and this is far superior to any other free tool that I've ever used.

Cons: The random pricing, approach to getting new clients. It means that different people are paying different pricing rates for use of the service. On the other hand it's good that they are willing to negotiate on pricing since not everyone can afford the same fees.

Overall: As a small digital design agency we need an effective task management tool that actually makes task management a simple activity that gives us clear guides and structure to how we go about ensuring we deliver projects on time. We've tried several tools of either one-time purchase or free and none of these have fully provided what we needed. Unfortunately, we aren't currently in a position wherby we felt it a good investment to pay the high service fees of other similar service providers.

Fortunately we found ClickUp and it has proven to do the job we need in all aspects. The free plan is great, and we plan to upgrade to a paid plan shortly. At the current market beating low monthly/annual fees, the paid option is affordable and will be worth the investment.

Pros: Very simple to get started, the layout is very intuitive, and the feature set for task management is great value for money. Being a solo founder, I enjoy seeing a big team iterate so quickly.

I have used so many productivity apps directly competing with ClickUp but none made me actually check in daily in it. They were either too bare, or too overkill.

Cons: Three things are missing that would make this application completely perfect (like, really).

1. Android app doesn't work offline (bummer for my plane journeys)

2. Gantt/Timeline views not yet available (but in the pipeline I believe)

3. Guests and Granular permissions not yet released (also soon to be out)

Number 2 and 3 are extremely important in that they would very much make my life easier.

Overall: I am a solo founder working on very different products. Some of them include external writers, others include the dev and maintenance of several microservices. I am happy to have found a place from which I can manage them all.

Pros: ClickUp has features for almost any possible project across any industry. The most utilized features for us was the level of granularity. We could really break down tasks to the most granular level for accurate time-tracking as well as task-tracking. The direct slack integration, Chrome Extension and Chrome NotePad by Clickup made adding tasks or data to tasks while browsing a breeze with the floating widget.

Unlimited read-only access for clients is a massive bonus as well.

Cons: Steep learning curve. They try to re-invent the project-management wheel by arranging Projects somewhat differently to what is standard. Once the learning curve is over though, it's a veritable Project Management beast.

ClickUp is relatively new, so the integrations are not as many as the more established players. But its nothing an API or Zapier connection couldnt solve.

Overall: Great experience. Great price-point. Totally worth the time it takes to learn.

Pros: - Great amount of customization

- Available on all platforms

- Constantly updated with new features

- Small company feel, the company cares about the feedback it receives from their users

- Regular update emails of new features being added

- Per user billing unlike other software

- Color customization

- Speedy software

- Clean interface

- Notepad option for mobile devices

Cons: - Learning curve may be a bit overwhelming for some (hint: start with the features that feel right and add customization as you go)

- Some minor glitches earlier this year, which have all been ironed out

- Graph reporting and gantt charts are to be released, coming next year?

Overall: I love finally having one software for all of my needs. Before I've made the mistake of using Google calendar and OmniFocus which wasn't available on all platforms plus note taking apps. After over 8 months of using the software I'm happy I have been able to customize it to my business and personal projects.

Pros: Support. Support. And. Support.

I use this for my day job. Side hustle. And personal life. Simple tasks. Big hundred-task projects with dependencies. Between my virtual brain (Evernote) and ClickUp, I feel like my life is under control.

Stuff that costs money (or isn't available) in Asana, is free with ClickUp. I can buy a single user license (have to buy a minimum of 5 seats with Asana).

Platform is crazy customizable to suit your needs. Too much to cover here. Unless you are building a skyscraper or the next space shuttle, ClickUp will probably be perfect for you.

Cons: You need to get your head around Spaces, Projects and Lists BEFORE you migrate from another app (just to prevent having to go back an import again...don't ask me how I know this).

I spend a lot of time in planes and I'd love to be able to work offline. Plane time is normally thinking time and that means I need ClickUp app on my mobile working. Probably not a high priority and I can live without it, it would just be a nice-to-have.

Learning curve is steeper than Asana. But persist, it is worth it.

Overall: Love love love ClickUp. Support team walked me through migration from Asana. Answered all my stupid questions. And the platform has better functionality than Asana. Migrate today. Thank me later.

Pros: Before ClickUp we were using Basecamp for project management. Basecamp was a great starting platform but as we grew it quickly become apparent that we needed something more robust. ClickUp answered (almost) all of our needs. Clients, projects, and tasks can all be viewed in multiple views. We can also see all project workflow across the entire agency and contributing members in one view, which was impossible with Basecamp. Also, there are a ton more features within an individual task like time estimates, tracking capabilities, and subtasks that Basecamp didn't offer. Overall, we're extremely pleased with our decision to switch to ClickUp.

Cons: The only downside to ClickUp is they are relatively newer compared to similar project management platforms so features are still be added/ fine-tuned. For example, ClickUp doesn't have a Gantt chart feature and their notification system could be GREATLY improved. They also currently don't support client communication. However, they are aggressively working on adding new features.

Overall: We've been using ClickUp for about 3-5 months now and we're noticing that projects are getting done on time more frequently and sometimes even ahead of schedule. That alone is completely worth the switch from Basecamp to ClickUp.

Pros: How I can take the same information and turn into a list, a board, a weekly calendar view, etc. It's the flexibility of the product that I love most. I manage different TYPES of businesses including e-commerce, real estate investing, marketing agencies and personal stuff.... it handles them all in one place beautifully! Light/Dark mode is awesome and so are the ways I can adjust the Spaces/Projects/Lists/Tasks/SubTasks to meet my ever changing needs. They just added a Gantt chart feature and I'm glad they are pushing the mind-mapping as well. So altogether you have flexible AND powerful tool. I've tried all the other tools for YEARS and dedicated myself to each one. They all end up falling short in some way. Not ClickUp, it's so far the best productivity tool I have used to date.

Cons: Sometimes I have to scratch my head to figure out some of the more hidden features, but that's a stretch. Everything is usually VERY easy to find.

Overall: Every time I have a problem, I get a VERY speedy response and they make me feel like my input counts... that I'm part of the process. I love their customer support and their transparency. They share their road map publicly and they are very open and honest about what they are doing behind the scenes.

Pros: I love the different views. Its like Monday, Trello, Ghant charts, Kanban, Lists every method of project management combined into one program and they do it better than them. There are so many small details that you don't consider when evaluating a program initially that you realize when you start using it on a daily basis like the ability to enter tasks rapidly from a single line using forward slashes to short hand comments like due date and assigning the task to people. Ability to link directly to tasks, comments inside of tasks, files inside of tasks. Honestly, I could type 5 pages on all the small slick well thought out details that make this the best project manangment app out there.

Cons: It's a serious app and with serious apps comes an onboarding process and its the kind of software that you won't just get at first glance. It's "intuitive" once you know whats what but you have to use the tutorials and onboarding videos or you will scare your coworkers off if you just toss them into the app cold. But an hour of the onboarding videos and you are never going to look back.

Overall: Amazing so glad i accidentally found this app and along with the app the support team responds in near real-time and are awesome

Pros: Clickup is easy and simple enough for our small agency to get started on, and we know we can utilize features and functionality as we grow. The support has been fantastic, they listen to our feedback and adapt to keep improving. The app is also fantastic. We're happy with the overall value for the price, especially since they are constantly finding new ways to improve our experience.

Cons: This is just me being nitpicky, but I believe subtasks should be displayed by default. I created a filter, keeping all subtasks visibile. The new "saved filter" isn't the default window that we see when logging in. I would prefer my entire team seeing the same window by default every time (ie. Time view with saved filter on). Having the filter off by default could lead to mistakes on our end.

Overall: Purchasing Clickup was one of the best business decisions we made early into our startup. We needed something simple, but weren't too keen on Trello or any of the Office 365 apps. Clickup was recommended by a friend and I'm confident we'll never another PM software.

We are more disciplined with our deadlines and we are less scattered when getting started on a new project thanks to Clickup. As a small startup that is just beginning to scale, it's lovely to use a project management tool that seems to be scaling too.

Finally decent software that does what it should.

Pros: No bloat.

Amazing customer service

They actually listen to your requests

Bugs are actually fixed and quickly

The amount of time it saves me

Cons: If there was anything to not like the iphone app lags behind the desktop app just a little.

Overall: As a software designer and developer I have many systems I have written to help me stay on top of things.

I used Trello for a long time but was always frustrated by it.

I found Clickup whilst searcing for a solution to another problem.

The free version does it all, however, I paid for the full version in recognition of just how good the software is and how amazing the customer service is.

Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. The Clickup team is on a mission to prove something, and it gets my vote day in and day out.

I don't just use it for my business work, but also for other aspects of my life. No more lists everywhere, everything is ion one place and all hooked up to everything else.

Pros: This is the first project management / productivity app which I've used that includes everything I want. I've used just about every tool/app out there (Asana, Trello, Meistertask, Teamwork, Jira, Monday.com, Airtable, Workfront, Dapulse, Hive) and none of them are as comprehensive and flexible as Clickup is like with the options they give to be able to switch between lists, boards, calendar, tags, statuses, assignee views (I could go on) and the organizational structure of Clickup makes everything really easy to visualize. Also being able to connect it with Gmail and save emails as tasks or attachments in Clickup. The mobile app is among the best I've come across too. ClickUp also does a really good job about making it easy to access your projects and notes from wherever you are (desktop, mobile, and web browser) and take action right then and there.

Cons: The only downside that I've seen so far is that there are so many features and options to laying out projects that it can be a little overwhelming at times, especially when you're trying to get your whole team set up and using it. Having a defined organization system is an easy fix for that.

Pros: Creating the Private workspace and Creating own Custom Task status. Lastly, time tracking feature added is cool. You can assign a comment to a team member -> meaning you can specifically assign a sub tasks within the comments to different team member. They resolve it and still view which part of the task is left. The reporting feature used twice and is very cool. New Task at top right side is best to fastly create the tasks against respective project.

Cons: Sometimes it performs slow. Mobile app usability can be improved more. Could be a bit tricky for non-techie people. Email alerts, the comments section must be more highlighted rather to the task name. Lot of features present in the product and seems have not used all. So, a very interactive blog will help users. If the blog is present we have no idea. Marketing team must focus on it.

Overall: Managing the projects with all teams across the world easily. Mobile app helps a lot to reply to client queries promptly. We were using Producteev and it shut down. ClickUp came with better product. The reports section helped us a lot to make the weekly reports. We created our own status system which helped our non-techie people. Private work space helped us not to use any other product for internal discussions.

Pros: ClickUp is constantly improving and expanding its functionality and feature set. It is easy to learn, intuitive to use, and provides us with the ability to ensure that we keep teams, projects and the entire organization on track.

Cons: If you are an old school user who wants and application to install that never changes and is exactly the same all the time without improvements and updates, ClickUp may not be for you.

Overall: We use ClickUp to ensure that the entire team is on track with tasks and projects. It also allows management to see what effort has been completed and the ability to shift tasks to other team members without the new team member having to spend a lot of time with the old team member determining what has already been done.

Pros: There's a long list of things to love about ClickUp but I'll try to keep it to just a few. First, they have awesome integration with Slack, GitHub, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. We love that when someone updates a task in ClickUp, not only do they get the notification in their feed within ClickUp, but it also posts to a channel in Slack for that particular client. It helps keep everyone in the loop! Also, watching commits in GitHub through our development Slack channel helps keep project leads up-to-the-minute on development progress. Lastly, the interface is clean, easy to use, and is constantly being updated.

Cons: ClickUp is still relatively young, but it is growing rapidly. There's a few functions we'd like to be able to do straight from ClickUp, such as marking time as billable and creating invoices for clients. It's not available yet, but it's in their To Do pipeline and should be released shortly. Once it is, we can take full advantage of the platform.

Overall: We're about to make the leap over to ClickUp from our old project/task/client management system as soon as the billing/invoicing functionality is added. I'm eagerly anticipating its release because I can't wait to switch over fully!

Pros: My favorite part of this software are all of the sort and filter options. My team switched from Trello to Clickup, and they used to complain that it difficult to find tasks and organize their day. Clickup's organization makes it easy to view as much or as little of the tasks going on within the organization as you need to. In addition, the high level of customization possibilities allowed us to bring all of our departments on board to allow for improved communication throughout the entire organization and not just one team.

Cons: While Clickup offers an amazing amount of features in its free version, the one thing I liked better about Trello is it had a space limitation per card, not per team. With my organizations large number of users yet limited budget we will not be able to upgrade soon, and losing the ability to make attachments to each task hurts us.

Overall: Improved collaboration, communication, and visualization of of everything that is happening within our organization

Pros: Clickup does something extremely well. Manament of tasks. I've tried almost all the great ones out there, like Asana, Wrike, Teamwork and Monday. Clickup is simply better and much more intuitive.

Cons: There's nothing I dislike about Clickup, but I would like to see the ability to assign budjeting features and a Gantt-view. This is planned before end of year though.

Overall: Click up has been a joy from day one due to its simpicity, flexibility and intuitiveness. Their development team puts out new features constantly based on real user feedback.

Pros: I like the flexibility of ClickUp. We had tried out dozens of different PM solutions but they were either too complicated or not robust enough. ClickUp has the flexibility of being as complex or simple as you need it to be. We have varying ranges of complexity from small, one-off jobs with really quick turnaround and single tasks involved, to multi-step, multi-stage projects that can go on for months. ClickUp allows us to deal with either scenario. The ability to have insight into what the entire team is working on right down to individual team members is great. And having the app as well keeps your tasks right in the palm of your hand.

Cons: Would like to see more suggestions or examples of ways to utilize all the features, especially in the task views.
