Pros I love how good it is for keeping track of how many different tasks there are. Cons Sometimes... it can be quite slow, even the app. Also, there is SO much, it can sometimes get confusing. There have been a few hiccups here and there, but it's definitely helped with team collaboration and staying organized and getting tasks completed and assigned. Pros ClickUp is relatively easy to use and it connects to my Gmail and other apps making it very simple to create tasks. Cons There are a few things like task priorities that I wish I could customize, but other than that, I think it's great. Overall, it helped us increase productivity, but with some growing pains and if you're going to go all-in with ClickUp you need at least one person dedicated to making sure things keep working and team members are using it. Pros Clickup allows you to build out processes and workflows where you can manage them from a single place while also allowing internal/external members to see "where things are at" in terms of deliverables. Cons Clickup has an insane amount of customization and that can be overwhelming if you're coming into it cold and if you start building things as a newbie, there's a good chance down the road or when you go to scale that you made some poor organizational decisions (speaking from experience). Alternatives considered [Jira](https://www.capterra.com/p/19319/JIRA/) Reason for choosing ClickUp We ended up going with ClickUp over Jira because of cost. Plus, with the mobile app, I can easily monitor progress and provide updates on recruitment or any other related issues. Cons The interface may feel a bit overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it, the benefits far outweighs the initial complexity. Pros Lo que mas me gusta de ClickUp es su panel de control, ya que cuando se esta involucrado e varios proyectos es facil perderse si no se esta organizado y en este sentido, el panel de control te ofrece una vista completa del progreso de los proyectos en los que estas involucrado. Cons Algo que me frustra un poco de ClickUp es que el uso de la inteligencia artificial es de pago para todas las funciones incluso las mas basicas, las cuales podrian ser gratuitas.
