### "Clickup is a great option for creating a virtual workplace, and solve your problem and track tasks. "

November 28, 2021

4.0

Pros

I love Clickup because it organizes and schedules out my daily tasks. If i have repeated meetings and tasks it remind me with them when i connect it to the calender, i can follow my work timeline, and know the due dates. it helps me to track the daily tasks and measure the output of the day, like to do lists. it reminds me with the duedates at the beggining of the that day so i thisnk it helps me to work smart not hard. it has a mobile application also so i can see what is the new when i was away from my laptop. it's really amazing website and application.

Cons

i think it needs more attractive emojis and to add stickers on it, to express my feelind with a funny way. it has some issues in refreshing the notification list like the notifications is not ordered by recent in sometimes.

Reason for choosing ClickUp

because it is more organized.

### "Amazing Offce and Product Management Tool"

February 7, 2022

4.0

There are lots of advantages to using ClickUp. Other apps don't allow us to set the status of specific tasks, such as whether a project is in development mode, testing mode, completed, or closed, for example. In addition to prioritising our tasks, we can track our progress and set reminders in this app. Thanks to ClickUp and the wonderful team out there.

Pros

I've been using ClickUp for over a year now and have found plenty of features to be really useful when working on a project. The best part about this tool is that I can automate tasks, which saves me a significant amount of time. It gives users the ability to report bugs right away, allowing developers to make adjustments as needed.

Cons

Aside from the overwhelming number of features in ClickUp, one thing I disliked about this app is its performance on mobile devices due to the complexity of the app's design. When using it on a mobile phone, it displays a number of issues that lead to a bad user experience. It's much too hard to understand and lacks any features.

### "Clickup Review"

August 14, 2022

5.0

Although it was difficult to grasp at first, over time one get comfortable with all the available functionality of the software. This is when productivity begins to increase markedly. This software has improved and enhanced the over project management experience in our organization.

Pros

ClickUp has a horde of useful customization options. It is known for its customizable options and capabilities. It is a solution that allows you to take a customized approach to your projects. You can adjust and customize the software according to your business model, personal preferences, and any other requirements. It is one of the most flexible solutions available. It offers advanced real-time reporting capabilities. It's easy to create, pull and customize reports with ClickUp. The tool can be used to get more insight into the performance of your team. It will show you each member's schedules, including what projects they are working on, missed deadlines, and completed tasks. It provides easy time tracking. ClickUp helps you to manage your time better by providing flexible time tracking options that allow you to focus on your work while also improving your time management. To keep track of time, create estimates, add notes, and view reports, use the tool.

Cons

It can be difficult to understand at first. Training is essential to ensure that you have the right foundation. It is overwhelming to see all the options and features it has. But, the interface with the software becomes much more intuitive over time. Onboarding is also very lengthy and complex. However, I believe it is necessary to ensure that every user can use the software at their maximum potential. Proper training is a necessary investment.

### "ClickUp: A Customizable Easy to Use Workflow Management Tool for Startups"

July 29, 2022

4.0

I am extremely happy to use ClickUp more than any other tool. ClickUp provides client apps, and even works great with browsers or through mobile. I am so happy to continue this.

Pros

It is so intuitive, feature-rich and user friendly. I am amazed to see how much the ClickUp team has developed this product. It is unlike any other tool, This is very smart and intelligent.

Cons

There is no specific issue I noticed, but sometimes it may feel like "too much of features" and you are overloaded with so many options. But it is not a huge blocker.

### "Incredible Software, but not without quirks"

January 12, 2023

5.0

Overall, ClickUp was a game changer. Tracking our tasks and projects allowed our business to identify our least profitable clients and plan our time better, making us a more profitable company as we learned to pivot to clients where we could make a better impact.

Pros

By far, ClickUp has been the most impactful investment our company made in 2022. The project management tools are what we use every day, with every client and every task.

Cons

ClickUp can be slow and on occasion, have delays in showing changes or new items. The software is set for a big update in Q1 2023, which has promised to address speed.

### "It has all the required tools."

January 31, 2022

5.0

I use it for project management and project tracking. Since we handle legal matters with deadlines in the office, it is extremely necessary to keep track and be aware of deadlines. ClickUp's dashboard design has allowed me to organize all the day's pending tasks and assign translations to the corresponding area. It is vital for an organization, it has helped me a lot.

Pros

It is a very complete collaboration tool, very friendly, and intuitive to use. They provide videos to help you understand the program as soon as you start. It can be used to plot projects, set daily goals, reminders, time tracking, work progress... it has it all. Super low cost and accessible to everyone.

Cons

It is not available in Spanish, which makes it difficult for LATAM users. While it is true that it has a lot of tools and utilities, sometimes it can be stressful to learn how to manage them all and understand the whole system. They are constantly updating the application, and it is a challenge to adapt to the constant changes.

### "LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE CLICKUP. Can't run our business successfully without it"

September 22, 2022

5.0

I love this tech. We use it with all of our clients, all of our projects, all of our personal house projects as well. It's a great way to manage our business (and our lives).

Pros

We work with a ton of complex projects that have multiple pieces, competing deadlines, multiple review cycles. ClickUp gives us the flexibility we need to get all the pieces into the system, assign out tasks, move projects along, get great visibility into the entire process and communicate across multiple client bases.

Cons

I'd love better time tracking reporting. It's hard to see it from a dashboard. I'd like to have an export of data so I can import it into our billing system (or have some integration to freshbooks natively)

### "Clickup makes Project management a joyful experience."

August 3, 2022

5.0

In overall clickup is a very powerful software capable of making the task of managing complex projects an enjoyable experience. Clickup can be used both in business and personal life. When there is a marketing campaign to be run it can be distilled down to number of tasks that run both sequentially and parallel to meet the end goal of successful campaign. The content making for a blog and youtube channel can be broken in to several tasks that can be assigned to team members to accomplish and finally put together a high quality content that generates a lot of business leads. The different views makes it more meaningful to work with and view the whole process.

Pros

The first and foremost thing that I like about the clickup is the customizability of the whole platform. It does not have guide on how to tailor your project so you can track it on clickup, what they give is a guide on how to customize the Clickup to track and manage your project whatever that might be. The complexity in anything comes with a price. You do need to know what you’re doing and only use what you need without making it over-complex. Hence you can look at it a blessing as well as a difficulty. Therefore the beginning inevitably comes with a steep learning curve on how to use this powerful tool. Clickup is not only for the businesses and organizations. It’s versatile and broad enough to be used for one’s personal life management. Since we all know failing to plan is planning to fail, it makes no difference when it comes to one’s personal life. The functions in it can be easily adopted to make personal routine t to run according to a timetable of your own. Personally I prefer to spend more time on clickup than on social media since it’s much more realistic to see how one’s own life unfolds than anyone else’s. The advantage of using clickup for personal day to day management is that it’s free for such purposes for life. It offers 5 workspaces on the free package and it’s more than enough to track day today personal plan. If the payed version is needed this is not costly as well.

Cons

The first thing I dislike is that the software comes with a lot of notifications enabled by default and no intuitive description where it can be configured to understand what it will do if I enable them. When you have an extensive number of tasks and projects defined the notifications can fill up your phone’s notification bar, email inbox and desktop if you haven’t decided on what to disable. This can be made easy if the notification configuration is made more intuitive and also making the content of the notification with more content that can be expanded if necessary. Another modification that could be done to the way it defines the time and date for a task. Currently the time is selected with a long drop down menu which makes it very difficult to select the time when there are lot of tasks to define. It quickly becomes whole lot of repetitive scrolling to get to the time slot. This can be simplified by inserting a configurable clock face instead of the drop down list. The arms of this interactive clock face can be made to select the hour numbers and then minutes. Just with two clicks the time is defined.

### "I really want ClickUp to dominate my life."

April 12, 2020

4.0

I love ClickUp, and I use it daily. I've had my fair share of days in which all I'm doing is overseeing my team's progress through ClickUp, managing and organising tasks for the present and for the future so everyone can be as productive as possible. Lately, I'm attempting to bring a few clients in so they can at least keep tabs on their projects' current status and have more information about what we need from them. There are a few clear obstacles in that regard (localisation, as I mentioned, but also how strictly limiting ClickUp can be on guests and guest accounts), but I can see a future in which this will be much easier indeed.

Pros

I like how much can be done with ClickUp, how much power it gives me over how my tasks are displayed and interacted with, and generally how adaptive it is to the myriad of workflows companies may have. I like how everything can be customised and organised in very specific ways.

Cons

Most glaringly, the lack of localisation makes it harder not only for colleagues but also for clients to be involved. In the same light, the lack of a localised pricing policy also has me a hostage of political-economical fluctuations and often makes the software price skyrocket. The team has often offered me discounts, however, which made for a better experience overall, but it would be interesting to see fixed prices that are more in line with the specific reality of my country.

Alternatives considered

[Pivotal Tracker](https://www.capterra.com/p/227356/Pivotal-Tracker/)

Reason for choosing ClickUp

Pivotal was ugly, and it only gave me Agile, while other workflows were more appropriate for our situation (we're currently in a transitional sort of hybrid state between waterfall/kanban and Agile, but the beautiful thing is we don't ever have to fully transition if it's not interesting to us because ClickUp is so adaptive).

Switched from

[Trello](https://www.capterra.com/p/211559/Trello/)

I wouldn't so much say "switch", but mostly I use Trello for simpler workflows and easier viewing and interaction, because it, unfortunately, is still one advantage of Trello over ClickUp, but I did bring my team to ClickUp from Trello because of how much organising power ClickUp gave me.

### "ClickUp, a tool designed from the beginning to empower the work team and generate value."

November 21, 2022

5.0

A great tool, which we can customize, with multiple pre-designed templates, which also has its mobile version to keep us always informed about the fulfillment of tasks and the progress of the project.

Pros

It is excellent for the prioritization of tasks in a project since it allows organizing the activities based on the needs that are described and thus, effectively facilitating the fulfillment of the planned objectives. With ClickUp we can manage notifications based on our needs and not overload team members with unnecessary emails.

Cons

With the growth of remote work, we have begun to value tools like ClickUp, which have been around for a long time and stand out as new applications, which are useful for increasing productivity and using agile methodologies. This is the case of ClickUp, which attaches great importance to the generation of a product that adds value to the processes, streamlining them and generating traceability of all the activities carried out by the team members.

### "If you don't ever need to be reminded of upcoming deadlines...."

October 26, 2021

5.0

It's a love/hate relationship. I love that if fits every weird situation we throw at it. I hate that every little task and subtask (and there can be hundreds) need to be reviewed or looked at on the daily because something might pop-up that no one is watching and basically we all have to be reminded by almost missing something.

Pros

This is one of the most complete (can you say "complex") project/task management tools I've ever seen. You have every format you can think of and even ones you don't need or know you might need.

Cons

A major flaw with this software is a real "head-scratcher". From what the rest of us can see, ClickUp has a separate "reminder" system. For example, if I have a task to create and submit a document and it's due on the 10th of the month and it's the 1st, I want to be reminded before the 10th because there is work involved. Like every other project/task manager, reminders ahead of the task due date are integrated so one is prepared for the due date. So, if I don't get notified (we have many, many tasks ongoing) of the aforementioned document until the date it's due, that is a huge problem. ClickUp's solution is overcomplicating the process. Especially with so many diverse tasks throughout all the projects (lists).

Reason for choosing ClickUp

Although we've been using ClickUp for a while now, we are on the verge of divorce.

### "Decent tool. Works for my multidisciplinary team."

December 28, 2023

4.0

Fairly positive. Overall it is very useful, we have used it to manage our team work, track and report project progress, do planning, etc. Bear in mind that we are a multidisciplinary work, so we've tried to make it work both for delivery/ tech functions and research and strategy. The only drawbacks are the small customisations we haven't been able to make (e.g. the weekly view to start on a differerent day) and the syncing time / loading time.

Pros

1\. Helps us manage our workload and set the expectations right. It allows us to plan and forecast work: we get to understand the pace at which we move on projects, it allows us to understand what blockers have occured and how long it takes us to deal with them. 2. Allows us to see clearly where we have dependencies (so that no task or person on the team blocks another person to do their tasks). We use it to optimise our sprints. 3. Supports productivity and team collaboration: during the sprint check-ins, we refer to teh burn-down charts to see if we are on track and if anyone needs help.

Cons

1\. Syncing takes time. E.g. Once we have planned our month, we input all information in ClickUp and so it happends that a few people make changes in parallel and we refresh and give time for the changes to appear. 2. Some of the views don't load propearly occasionally. E.g. In the Workload view, the users with their workload for the week disappear and we cannot see our workload. Refreshing the view helps, but can be annoying. 3. We haven't found a way to track time for personal projects and not have them appear in the reporting. E.g. I want to time tracked for volunteering, which is separate from our work and my time utilisation at work, but this doesn't seem to be possible. All time tracked goes to utilisation. The same way we need to track time for time off. It would be good if this gets implemented. 4. There is a weekly view, however it would be better for us to get a view not starting on Monday, but on the first day of our sprint (in our case Wednesday).

### "The most amazing project tracking and business optimizer application on the planet!"

June 21, 2022

5.0

I love everything Click Up is doing with its software, messaging, and positioning in the marketplace. They really do save me and my time a week of productivity! We love them and they make us smile every day on Twitter! Click Up has the most amazing software and team!

Pros

I liked how full-featured the project management tools are to manage my project categories. You can slice and dice the tasks any way you need to so that you can visualize and organize the most critical paths to success. This tool is a life-changer!

Cons

If there was a con, is that it has so many features you can get lost in them if you are not well trained. My recommendation is to make sure to go through the onboarding!

### "Simplifies project management and supports the workflow"

March 7, 2022

5.0

ClickUp has made it so easy to quickly find the information I need. I can be on the phone with a client and immediately find answers to questions, check due dates, find notes from previous calls, etc. It was very easy to set up and maintain - with recurring projects, I can simply duplicate one and update the few tasks that change from one project to the next.

Pros

ClickUp has a clean, easy-to-navigate interface with collapsible sections to make it super easy to see high-level projects or quickly dive deep to find specific tasks.

Cons

So far, nothing about ClickUp has been disappointing or hard to figure out. It has actually made me realize what other online project management tools are lacking.

Reason for choosing ClickUp

ClickUp has the cleanest, most intuitive interface. I like having all of my clients and vendors in an accordion on the left so can quickly find the project I'm working on, enabling me to switch easily between clients, projects, and tasks on the fly. Applying ClickUp to my existing workflow was almost seamless, whereas with the other products, I felt as though I had to make too many compromises and workarounds to feel comfortable with them. I can confidently work with and manage my clients, partners, and vendors.

### "My new best productivity friend"

June 17, 2020

5.0

What's not to love? I started using ClickUp as a way to help organize and provide structure to my day. What originally drew me in was its ability to take tasks and break them down into subtasks (with checklists and notes), to turn tasks into calendar items, and to create task-level estimates that can then be tied back to time tracking (with Harvest integration!). I've since started to recommend it to everyone I know, because it's filled that need \*and so much more,\* without getting difficult to use.

Pros

I came for the features, I've stayed for the customer support. The ClickUp team is constantly taking (and asking for!) feedback and feature requests \*and then acting on those requests.\* Their request/bug site is full of requests and a very large portion of them have responses from ClickUp and have been implemented. And they have cracked the challenge of having all these features in an easy-to-use interface.

Cons

I really only have two issues: 1. The browser extension has trouble with any cookie blocking settings, and the official solution is to turn off blocking all third party cookies. That's totally not acceptable, because it defeats the purpose of the setting. There are ways to allow the extension to work without opening that gaping hole, and those solutions need to be made the "official" way and the devs need to find a way to make that not necessary to begin with. 2. The desktop application is Electron. It works, and it's kind of nice to have continuity between the web and desktop app, but I think it would unlock so much more power (and reduce its resource footprint) if they invest in making native-code applications. In this day and age, it's easier than ever to be able to do this, so while it is certainly an investment, I think it's a worthwhile one.

Switched from

[Asana](https://www.capterra.com/p/184581/Asana-PM/)

From Asana, specifically, the UI is hands down the big thing. I find Asana's interface to be confusing and have long held the belief that Asana tries to be far more than what it is and should be, and its user experience suffers horribly as a result. A very tech savvy person like myself shouldn't be having tasks fall through the cracks and yet that's exactly what happens for me in Asana -- and exactly what \*doesn't\* happen for me in ClickUp.

### "ClickUp Review"

November 16, 2022

5.0

My experience with ClickUp has been very excellent. Overall, ClickUp is a very powerful of software that can make the task of managing complex projects more easier and simpler. It is a great tool for time management and collaboration with the team. It also lets you store important files and documentations of processes. I use it in a daily basis with my team for sharing ideas while also doing project discussions and further tasks divisions.

Pros

The thing that I liked most about ClickUp are as follows, - It hugely helps in creating reports, assigning projects, setting deadlines, and interact with team - It provides real-time information and reports which in turn helps in making quick decisions - The "Free Forever" plan is completely free and offers you access to all of its fantastic features - It helps in viewing data and information in different and multiple visual formats for better clarification

Cons

The things that I liked the least about ClickUp are as follows, - It might be a bit overwhelming and difficult to learn using ClickUp for beginners - When trying to create a new list, I occasionally encountered an error and couldn't locate any online solution - The user interface of ClickUp might be improved

### "Great collaborating task app! Takes a minute to learn, but changes everything once you do!"

September 25, 2020

4.0

ClickUp has revolutionized our agencies ability to track tasks and to be able to collaborate as a team! I have multiple "Spaces" set up within my workspace that help me keep my life and job organized. Here are some of the spaces that I have: 1. Work tasks - private list that only me and who I add can see (shared with my direct boss so she knows where I'm at and can collaborate w me), Sorted into lists based on topic 2. Personal tasks - I put to-dos here for my personal life, so I don't forget to do those things either! Even though I'm in the "Workspace" for my employer, I can set up a list for myself that only I can see! 3. Administrative Staff shared workspace - this is a space where all of the administrative staff at the agency can collaborate, organize tasks, assign between each other and maintain our productivity! 4. Accreditation Space: Our agency is accredited through an organization called CARF and in order to maintain this accreditation, we have to comply with over 1,500 standards! It's a huge job and a lot to track! Our most recent project has been to enter, set tracking and assign all of these standards to members of our "CARF Team!" My job is to basically be the secretary for all of the information and make sure it's completed on time and to track all of the paperwork and data, so it's available when our next accreditation survey rolls around. There is NO WAY that this level of tracking and organization would be possible without ClickUp! This is a game changer!

Pros

This is a great task app! For me, one of most important feature is the ability to collaborate with others in your team! We have multiple "teams" of people throughout our agency and we have various "Spaces" set up for the different teams to track tasks and make sure we aren't missing details! Here are a few of my other favorite features: 1. Tasks can be assigned to specific team members within the space 2. Folders can be shared with those not on the team to make collaborating easier 3. There is a ton of customization options for tasks to help you such as: priority level, due dates, tags, creating dependencies in tasks (which links tasks so you know you can't do one until you do the other), leaving notes/comments on the tasks so you remember where you left off or to @mention someone and converse with them. 4. There are multiple ways to view tasks like in a list or on a calendar, board view, etc (or multiple views combined!) 5. You can view all tasks assigned to everyone or just those assigned to you and you can sort how the tasks are organized on your "view"

Cons

It takes a minute to learn the features and understand the possibilities. The fact that there are so many options is amazing! However, there is definitely a learning curve in understanding how the program works and getting a feel for how to set things up and utilize them in a way that is best for you.

Reason for choosing ClickUp

Microsoft To-Do's can collaborate, but it is clear that it is not made for the same level of ability as ClickUp. The functions of ClickUp far supercede To-Do's and the interface is much smoother. We can to To-Do's cheaper, but it wasn't everything we needed. Syncing is poor between devices and the app is "clunky." I do still use To-Do's but just for my grocery shopping and packing lists and very basic items like that. I also used Asana briefly and this was a pretty comparable product to ClickUp in terms of prices and features. However, ultimately ClickUp seemed to be the more user friendly and had one of the best and most understandable interfaces.

Wunderlist discontinued their services and transferred over to Microsoft to-do. All of our administrative team used this program and we were forced to look elsewhere when support was discontinued for this app.

### "Game changer for work organization"

March 23, 2020

5.0

I use ClickUp daily for my work as a Product Manager of a software company. I keep track of everything to manage product development, like my own UX and Product tasks and coordinating upcoming releases with extensive checklists. I even started setting it up to manage the product backlog with a connected form so users can submit feedback and using Docs to plan future product features and brainstorm ideas. I also set up ClickUp access for my boyfriend to manage his small business, keeping track of his schedule and tasks, what customers need to be billed, and business development planning. I feel like I've finally got my work organized and a system built on the product that helps me stay efficient. I plan to use it for new businesses I'm hoping to start too, and recommend it to other businesses as a consultant. So I've used ClickUp extensively for different purposes and can't say enough good things about it.

Pros

I most like that the product is so easy to use, very clean looking, and can be highly customized. Being able to set up different views and select settings that work best for me (multi-sort order and custom statuses per list are just two examples) allow me to continue adapting ClickUp to my most efficient setup. Checklists and checklist templates have also been extremely useful! I love is the regular Friday releases, as I look forward to seeing new features offered and have confidence the product will keep improving, so really appreciate the fast development cycles.

Cons

The UI with opening tasks in a modal and having to go back afterwards can sometimes make things feel a little slow. Version 2.0 has greatly improved performance, so I feel this is fast enough to not be an issue, but a split screen view for tasks (from a board or list) would go a long way in making me feel I can jump around and make edits to items quickly. Aside from that, I wish it had a calendar that didn't require tasks to help manage my team's schedule, and some features to make linking to other records easier (like AirTable), which would allow me to drop other tools and consolidate even more of my work within ClickUp.

I switched from TickTick for task management and Airtable for my company's product backlog because ClickUp had a lot of features I needed, I could have everything in one place, it let me run my own task management Kanban style, and offered a ton of functionality in the free version.

ClickUp is arguably my favorite project management tool. You get so much value out of it even if you use the free version. The software is very intuitive and easy to use.

Cons

There aren’t too many cons I can say about ClickUp. It really satisfies all the needs that I need from a project management tool

### "I could not run my business without ClickUp"

May 15, 2023

5.0

I would not be able to organize, plan, and execute anything in my business without ClickUp. The functionality within this tool has become a sandbox for me to build internal tools for my organization that are unmatched.

Pros

ClickUp is a great multi-purpose software that not only helps me manage my work (projects, tasks, events, appointments, sales, development...), but allows me to consolidate all of these things into one place.

Cons

There has been a lot of promotion of new features and upgrades for almost a year with little result. This can make it feel like false advertising.

### "ClickUp - The gem of Massive Individual and Team Productivity "

Managing tasks and overdues was quite challenging which would lead to stressful workdays. But with ClickUp the story is different. I enjoy my time at work because ia m able to organize my workstreams and work swiftly with my team to deliver quality results

Pros

ClickUp is a platform that is quite affordable for any business. It's intuitive UI makes it easy to adopt and use in any workspace. ClickUp is an indispensable tool for everyone due to it's comprehensivity. Accessibility in a mobile app is amazing that Iam able to update a task or even have a glance over my work from my phone. Customization allowance with the flexible inbuilt templates that saves me time when making task entries is awesome and create an appealing dashboard . Also I can have an overview over my overdues, tasks in multiple ways. Where I can sort them using the time factors or even filter or group them . Another feature I find majorly important is seamless collaboration between teams working on certain financial reports. We get to know who is working on what, converse through realtime chatting, get notifications updates, can send email directly send any document attachment and assign action items to team members which has greatly improved the productivity of our accounting team . Real time creation and visualization of reports is impeccable and the Gannt Chart feature makes it easy to report each details to our seniors

Cons

I have been able to overcome any issue I have encountered with ClickUp using the loads of information available online and with the help of it's world class technical support team that responsive 24/7

### "best management tool in the market"

December 21, 2021

5.0

Overall our experience is very good because we solved several management problems for the company in just 1 software that has a reasonable cost and for this reason, we ended up recommending for everyone to use Clickup.

Pros

It is a very complete software which has many uses. In our company we use clickup in several different areas such as the common project management, financial management, register of employees and contractors, among others.

Cons

Because it has many functions and uses, it becomes a little complex to create new areas of use and sometimes teach the team how to use the software.

### "Solid, constantly improving, one to rule them all"

April 5, 2022

5.0

One of the few SaaS I chose to pay for instead of using the (well featured) free tier. Recent job needed non-user people to submit dietary requirements, 2 minutes later I had a form that crated tasks that were assigned to the catering manager who could then update their statuses as they made the necessary changes. Click-Up is almost a platform upon which to create custom line-of-bisiness applications, so rather than being bound to a particular tool's workflow/constraints you're always able to tweak any feature to fit your own way of working.

Pros

Like lists? Click-Up does lists. Like Gantt charts, done. Kanban boards? Yep. Need to see the calendar or some kind of timeline? Yep. Mind maps? Got'em. Whiteboards? Yep. Public forms? You guessed it. The bit where it gets useful is that they're all just views on the same underlying data, so everyone can work how they prefer. Automations are functional and included, big plus for project management. Updates are constant, with new features and integrations available to add/vote on.

Cons

The default UI is very low contrast and horrible. There are high contrast and dark modes, which I suggest for anyone wanting functionality. The power can make the tool seem a little daunting when you're getting started, but start simple then explore.

Right balance of price and functionality, and the active development of user-requested features means you always feel like you're getting value. It replaces a few other tools, too. Bug tracking, project management, etc.

Trello hit a ceiling pretty quickly - automations or getting data out or custom fields etc. Simple but inflexible by comparison.

### "The Ultimate Guide To ClickUp: Everything You Need To Know About This Powerful Task Management Tool"

March 25, 2022

4.0

Overall, my experience with ClickUp has been positive. The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which makes it a great choice for both individual and team use. Additionally, the features are robust and customizable, which allows users to tailor the platform to their specific needs. Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever I've needed assistance, which is also a plus.

Pros

There are a lot of things to love about ClickUp. Here are some of our favorite features: 1. The ability to customize your workflows to match your specific needs. No other project management tool offers this level of flexibility. 2. The intuitive and easy-to-use interface. ClickUp is simple enough for beginners, but also has plenty of features for more advanced users. 3. The wide range of integrations with other tools. This makes ClickUp the perfect solution for any business or individual who wants to manage their projects in one place. 4. The great

Cons

There are a few things I didn't care for about ClickUp. The first was that it was difficult to get an overview of all my tasks in one glance. With so many features and customization options, it was hard to quickly scan my task list and see what needed to be done. Another thing I didn't like about ClickUp was that the interface could be a bit overwhelming and confusing at first. It took some time to get used to all the different icons and functions.

Reason for choosing ClickUp

There are a lot of project management tools on the market, but ClickUp sets itself apart in a few key ways: 1. It's easy to use - even for people who aren't familiar with project management tools. 2. It has a variety of features that allow you to customize your workflow to fit your needs. 3. It's affordable - and there are free and paid plans available so you can find the right fit for your business. 4. The team is constantly working to improve the tool and add new features.

### "Great project management software once you get it setup"

January 27, 2022

5.0

Pros

I've used both Asana and Trello and found ClickUp to be a great combination of both tools in one. ClickUp has a variety of ways to view and use data and tasks that's input into the app. I love the integrations available and found that it's being used daily in my workflow.

Cons

If you've used other project management software, it may take a bit of time to wrap your head around the hierarchy and get setup. But once you understand the difference between them all and how they work independently and together, there's so much you can do.
