### "It has finally helped us to connect all the aspects of our marketing effort."

April 27, 2026

5.0

It turned out to be the backbone of our companies campaigning process. Automation of the process manages the repetitive handoffs among the team members and collaboration tools make projects move forward without necessarily having to check-in with team members to sustain the momentum.

Pros

The presence of campaign work, team work, calendar due dates and process automations all in a single location eliminated the coordination overhead that was silently consuming our real creative work each and every week.

Cons

The amount of features is twice as much during the initial stages. To bring our entire marketing team to a unified understanding of how to use it was more orderly than I had originally intended.

### "Versatile all-in-one productivity platform"

December 21, 2025

5.0

Overall my experience with ClickUp has been very positive. As an IT manager coordinating offshore hiring projects, it has helped centralize communication, streamline workflows, and improve transparency across teams. Its adaptability allows us to tailor workflows to our needs, boosting productivity and collaboration.

Pros

ClickUp is an incredibly powerful and flexible project management and productivity tool. I appreciate its customizable views (List, Board, Gantt) and the way it consolidates tasks, documents, goals, and chat into one platform. The built-in time tracking, automation rules, and integrations with tools like Slack and GitHub make collaboration seamless, which is essential for our offshore teams.

Cons

Because ClickUp offers so many features, it can be overwhelming for new users, and the learning curve is steeper than simpler tools. There are occasional performance lags with large projects, and some advanced features are available only in higher-tier plans. The mobile app could also be more polished.

### "Murky UX but otherwise efficient. "

December 19, 2025

4.0

Overall it's just fine. I've used others like Trello and Basecamp - I'd recommend those before ClickUp.

Pros

ClickUp keeps everything all in one place. Assign deadlines, change the scope of a project, assess timelines... you can even submit invoices if you create them right. Chats are easy to collaborate and you can also speak one on one with your colleagues. Overall, it's fairly straightforward, though not the easiest collab app on the market.

Cons

The interact is cluttered and it can be hard to navigate. Everything's there, but it's all there in ONE PLACE - no way to organize by category. For instance, if I wanted to view all of my upcoming article briefs I can not do that. I have to go back and forth to click individually on each one.

### "ClickUp is Powerful!"

April 10, 2026

5.0

We began using ClickUp years ago and now I can't think of how I handled all our tasks for our maintenance people without it. It's basically my partner that sends out work orders, keeps me up to date with what was done and what was missed, and has every option you can think of for keeping track of issues.

Pros

ClickUp keeps our Operations department humming and organized. Every task I think of goes into ClickUp whether it's a one time task or a recurring one.

Cons

Sometimes I think it's TOO powerful. Haha. It has so many options for how you handle task management, it's sometimes overwhelming. But I think that's actually a good thing.

### "Project and billing workflow that makes a jewelry operation run on time."

April 26, 2026

5.0

ClickUp transformed my billing cycle management at Kilarys. The repetitive reminders are automated through process automation and the collaboration tools ensure that finance and operations are synchronized without the need to go back and forth all the time.

Pros

Being able to see my calendar across billing deadlines, team assignments in a single location allows me to no longer lose track of where things are mid-month without having to hunt everyone down to find out the status.

Cons

It has a lot of features, and it can be overwhelming at first. Honestly, it took us longer to get our finance team comfortable than the set up itself.

### "Planning our guest services and maintenance."

January 22, 2026

5.0

Working in the tourism business, there is always a necessity to balance between guest requirements and management of facilities. I rely on this platform in order to centralize our operations. It is unbelievable in terms of its value to money as it offers the replacement of several other apps but the learning curve of temporary employees is high.

Pros

The calendar is an essential tool in planning the schedule of our booking with the maintenance issues, which makes sure that we do not book the same property twice when they are under repairs, which is very important to us.

Cons

Just the presence of too many features puzzles my part-time employees who only require easy-to-use rosters. Customer care is not very responsive to syncing problems.

### "Very thorouhg tool "

May 30, 2025

5.0

It has been a great experience I had almost 5 construction projects at a time and was able to organize myself across all other departments, my team, and stakeholders.

Pros

It has a lot of templates that you can adapt for the needs of your project. The dashboard is very friendly and allows you to customize it as you like. I like the options to visualize the projects: list, GANTT charts, etc. To be able to download the GANTT chart you have to pay.

Cons

It has a lot of information that can be overwhelming at the beginning. It has many tools and options, which can be a lot for teams that are just getting started with the implementation of this type of software.

### "ClickUp has saved me a lot of time"

March 16, 2026

5.0

Since it houses the files in one place, I’m not having to dig through 500 emails like a lunatic. I can visually see how much work the creative people are doing and whether or not they are drowning. It’s nice I no longer have to manually repeat the same tasks each Monday morning because the automation actually works.

Pros

It was very fast to set up for our group of ten people. The person they sent to teach us was relentless and so everybody eventually figured it out. Connecting to Slack wasn’t as bad of an experience as I thought it would be either.

Cons

The entire screen will freeze while I’m moving cards around sometimes and it gets me to the point where I want to throw my mouse across the room. I also wish that the proofing add on would allow me to do frame by frame review, as right now, it’s not detailed enough for the video team. There are far too many menus to google through.

### "So much better than Jira"

August 21, 2025

5.0

Overall I love it. Love it for the simplicity yet effectiveness. It's a great tool, that I even want to convince my current employer to start using it

Pros

It's user friendly, it's simple, yet effective for a ticketing system. Every job I worked used Jira and I always hate it. ClickUp literally made me like ticketing product

Cons

I received lots of notification for tickets that I commented on, even once because I was added as I watcher. And even if I removed myself, sometimes still received a notification. And then even if someone created a ticket and assigned to me, I would still not receive a notification about it. I also didn't really like the thread style for comments, but that's just my personal preference

### "Every Tool You Need in One Place -- Good looking too!"

June 16, 2025

4.0

Overwhelmingly positive. ClickUp is by far my favorite Project Management tool. My only regret is not pushing it harder for more job -- internally we use a different software now. I used this tool for over 2 years as an HR Generalist. I used this for recruiting management, project management, event planning, calendaring, and personal block scheduling. I reached the first level of proficiency in the University - I regret not doing more before adopting a new software. Did not have a great opportunity to try the collaborative features, but even solo this is the only tool you need.

Pros

I really loved the layout, customization, UI, organization, views, and templates. Simply the best project management tool out there in terms of depth and customization. Best look and feel also. I have used over 5 different sofwares

Cons

The complexity and depth of customization can be daunting for new users. I found myself overwhelmed at times and struggling to understand certain layers of views and status effects. However, ClickUp does have its own University with well-made educational content.

### "Organizing our multifaceted event campaigns."

February 23, 2026

5.0

Event marketing needs careful planning as a coordinator. I apply it in collaboration of projects. It is extremely value-heavy but requires weeks to train a team to get the best out of it.

Pros

The collaboration and automation of the processes between the teams is amazing, and we can automatically delegate the marketing design work each time a new event contract is signed.

Cons

The platform loses simplicity in favor of strong customization, and the calendar view can easily overwhelm and slow down when dealing with multiple simultaneous event schedules.

### "Overwhelming but comprehensive"

April 1, 2026

4.0

I enjoy evaluating these kind of apps if not for now for future use and this is one I would use. My full time work doesn't use it so my experience with teams in it is limited but I have started using it for freelancing work

Pros

I like it's comprehensive and has a lot of stuff for tracking. I like I can include documents and it's internal guidance

Cons

It's way too busy - throws to much in your face at once. Needs to be more focused. If I could change one thing it would be the UI/UX

### "Good software, helpful support"

March 8, 2026

My experience using Clickup is positive. While I attempted at first to use it in place of NotionAI, I eventually started using the two for different things.

Pros

I really like the way clickup allows you to collaborate on projects, and their automation makes things so much easier

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve with this software. Luckily there are many articles and how tos that can close the gap!

### "ClickUp is brilliant product with masterly in work planning."

May 14, 2025

5.0

ClickUp has given us a great experience managing our key accounts allowing us to become the masters in serving our customers. It allows us to plan effectively for all key account actions and to set clear goals which keep us all aligned to serving our customers with greatness. ClickUp has helped us to improve our relationship with our key customers which has made it possible to retain them for long.

Pros

ClickUp gives us access to the most productive task planning features like to-do lists and Gantt charts which are efficient in keeping our work organized. It has clear dashboards that allow us to monitor the progress of our work in real time. ClickUp comes with task automations that has enabled us to carry out the repetitive tasks with much ease and lesser time. It also has task prioritization features which allow us to to put first emphasis on the urgent key account actions. The progress tracking features help us to evaluate how far or close we are from achieving our goals.

Cons

No cons to report for ClickUp. We have never found any aspect that does not sit well with us.

### "A valid solution to organize the job."

February 3, 2026

5.0

In general my overall experience with ClickUp is very good. I find this software well-made and pretty useful.

Pros

I use the software ClickUp at work, to organize my team tasks. I can easily set a calendar with all the tasks we need to do, so we can collaborate to multiple projects, helping us to automate the working process. The free version we use is perfect for us, and no money are required. I never used the customer support for now. ClickUp is a valid solution for our team and it's easy to use.

Cons

I would like to see a simpler and more friendly interface page. Sometimes I need to check a couple of times to find what I need.

### "Too much tool, not enough adoption"

April 10, 2026

3.0

We moved away from it. Not because it's a bad product, it just never fully clicked for our team. The flexibility that makes it powerful also makes it easy to set up poorly and hard to enforce consistency across users. If you have someone dedicated to maintaining the workspace it probably works great. If you don't, it quietly becomes a mess.

Pros

Flexible enough to fit almost any workflow, which is both the appeal and the problem. Task management, docs, goals, and calendar all in one place looks great on paper. The customization options are genuinely impressive and it's affordable relative to what it offers.

Cons

Too many features working against each other. The interface is overwhelming and onboarding new team members takes longer than it should.

### "From Promising to a Complete Letdown"

June 30, 2025

1.0

At the beginning of this year, I acquired ClickUp licenses for my entire team. Everything seemed fine at first. The platform worked like it was supposed to, and I figured I made a solid choice. Then, three months ago, we were no longer able to use the “Notes” feature. Every time we clicked it, we received a prompt stating that we needed to upgrade to the Business Plan. That’s $19 per license instead of the $10 we were already paying. No heads-up, no explanation—just locked out. Naturally, I contacted support. They said they’d “look into it” and get back to me. They never did—radio silence. Fast forward a few weeks, and someone from ClickUp asked how happy I was with the product. I told them the truth: I was frustrated and disappointed. They said, “We’ll fix it.” Nothing got fixed. Then someone else from their team followed up, claiming the issue was resolved. It wasn’t. I replied again, let them know. Still broken. And just when I thought I’d seen it all, someone from support reached out today with this confusing explanation: apparently, for workspaces created before June 11, there's a “legacy paywall” that only allows 100 uses of some advanced time-tracking features—even on the Unlimited Plan. Whatever that’s supposed to mean. Feels like they’re just making up rules as they go. Here’s the kicker: I manage a bunch of tools for my team—tons of licenses from different companies. And out of all of them, ClickUp is the only one that’s ever pulled this kind of nonsense. Confusing policies, no communication, and a total lack of accountability. That’s it for me—I’m walking away.

Pros

\- Good project feature for marketing projects - Easy to organize the projects - Intuitive dashboard and usability

Cons

\- Hard to figure out the workload on each team member - Lack of transparency - Downgrade features that you had before

### "Good project tool that actually gets used by the team"

April 14, 2026

5.0

ClickUp replaced a few tools for us and mostly delivered on that promise. Once people get past the learning curve it sticks, and the customization options mean it adapts to how your team actually works rather than the other way around.

Pros

Flexible enough to work for different teams without forcing everyone into the same workflow. Task management and collaboration features are solid, and the automations save real time once you get them set up properly.

Cons

Can feel overwhelming at first with how many options there are. Performance occasionally lags with larger workspaces and the mobile app still has some rough edges.
