Pros You can easily track projects and collaborate with team members while at the same time create recurring tasks and projects to save time later. I love how it keeps me organized and directs my day. Cons Learning how to use the templates and getting everything initially set up was a challenge. After the initial adjustment period, it became one of the tools I rely on every day. Pros It has everything in one place. I don’t have to juggle multiple apps for tasks, docs, and basic automations. The collaboration features and flexibility are the biggest advantages. Cons Due to its numerous features, it may feel overwhelming at first, but with time and practice, you get used to it. The templates selection is robust and covers many different needs. I am excited to use more of the software as my business expands. Pros ClickUp is one of the best tools on the market today. Their variety of templates available is incredible. My team and I use this tool for project management and CRM needs. They have a variety of plans to fit a variety of needs - from the free forever plan to a small teams plan priced at $7/user, a mid-size team plan priced at $12/user and an enterprise team plan. The available features on the free forever plan alone are incredible and include the ability to use unlimited tasks, have unlimited plan members, use whiteboards, enjoy real-time chat, and use many different views. Also included in the free forever plan is 24-7 support. I'm not aware of any other tool that has such a robust feature offering for a free plan. It's served my team and I very well with our PM & CRM needs at no additional cost. As a small business with a carefully managed budget, this tool has supported my business operations in such a healthy and productive manner. I highly recommend to businesses, from small to large. Cons ClickUp has a learning curve, like all software, that depends on the user's familiarity with similar software and ability to dedicate time to learn. The good thing with the templates though, is that they are marked with levels from beginner friendly to more advanced. That said, creating tasks in the right spot can feel overwhelming at times, and I wish that part was a bit more intuitive. Pros Moving tasks along sprints is super easy. I also like how flexible it is with task statuses, you can set up the exact workflow you need, and updating or changing a task’s status is really smooth. Cons When I create a task directly in the current sprint, it sometimes feels like it just disappears. It also makes it easier to check jobs you have worked on, when completing timesheets and estimating times on new jobs. Pros Click is a great way to manage your workflow and projects. It is a good way to plan your week ahead and allocate time to jobs and projects. Cons I think the closed jobs list is very slow to open and it loads in too many jobs. But the onboarding was just too complex. Pros The power within ClickUp is absolutely huge, it does probably everything you could want from a PM system. It really is 'one tool to rule them all'. Cons It's perhaps too powerful for it's own good. The initial set up is ridiculously complicated and was taking our team weeks to set up to the point it wasn't worth it. Overall, I loved using the app and felt like it could be a game changer for a team or solo company. Pros This is seriously one that would be enjoyable to open every day. An all-encompassing tool that prevents context switching at a price that is more than affordable. Click Up also has a great and responsive customer service, even though they are designed for teams they worked very intentially with me who is just a solo business owner. Cons I did, unfortunately, notice lag in creating tasks. When I would quickly add tasks, subtasks, and quickly add notes and info on those items, it would take a moment to load up.
