### "Easier task tracking once you learn your way around"

4.0

November 6, 2026

ClickUp helps me keep track of work that used to get buried in messages. I can see who’s responsible for each task and when it’s due, so I spend less time asking for updates and can plan my day more easily.

Pros

I like being able to open a task and see who’s working on it, when it’s due, and what the latest update is. That saves me from searching through old messages.

Cons

It took me a while to figure out which view worked best for my tasks. I would have appreciated a simpler starting point

### "Helpful Calendar, Files and People Collaboration, but Too Many Tabs Can Be Confusing"

3.5

November 6, 2026

Helps me connect with people and show them what I have done and what I would do as well as what they are doing. From that, I can keep track the progress of project.

Pros

Collaboration with Calendar to plan tasks and organize the tasks in order of importance.

Cons

There are so many tabs and I easily get lost without instructions

### "Powerful AI Task Automation, but Organization Needs Clarity"

4.0

November 5, 2026

I use ClickUp to assign tasks cross-functionally and build timelines with dependencies.

Pros

I like ClickUp’s new AI features for automating more work, especially the AI notetaker that replaces OtterAI. I value being able to turn notes into tasks, and the initial setup was relatively easy.

Cons

I find the distinction between tasks and lists a bit confusing, and Monday.com has better clarity around these features. I also wish ClickUp connected to SharePoint better, since using both requires a lot of duplicate work. It would be great to have more industry-specific resources showing how other companies are doing things.

### "Powerful All-in-One Work Hub, Though Overwhelming for Beginners"

4.5

November 5, 2026

ClickUp makes managing tasks and projects much easier. Keeping track of tasks, deadlines, and work updates used to get confusing, but ClickUp brings everything together in one place, saves me time, improves productivity, and makes teamwork more organized.

Pros

I like that ClickUp brings my tasks and projects together in one place. I can organize tasks, track progress, set deadlines, use reminders to stay on schedule, and collaborate without switching between apps. ClickUp AI helps me with writing, brainstorming, and summarizing, which saves time on everyday work. It makes managing work easier, keeps teamwork organized, and helps me be more productive. I also like that I can use it alongside Google Drive and Google Calendar to keep my tasks, documents, and schedule organized. Getting started was simple, and the initial setup was smooth.

Cons

Sometimes I find ClickUp a bit overwhelming because it has so many features, especially as a new user. The interface could be more beginner-friendly, and some features and workspace customization take time to understand. I’d also like faster loading and simpler navigation.

### "One App for Everything, with Room to Improve Mobile and Offline Access"

5.0

November 5, 2026

I use ClickUp to handle document-related problems, calendars, job applications, and tracking.

Pros

I like that ClickUp replaces four software apps with one. I can use it for calendars, CVs, tasks, goals, chat, and whiteboards.

Cons

ClickUp has been good for me so far, but I’d like a better offline mode, WhatsApp integration, a low-data mode, ready-made templates for jobs, and a simpler mobile app. I’d also like it to cover more tasks in one app.

### "Keeps Multiple Projects Organized with Easy Task Tracking"

4.0

November 4, 2026

I use ClickUp to manage tasks for all my projects in one place and track task time.

Pros

I use ClickUp to manage tasks for all my projects in one place and track task time. I like it for task assignment and tracking. It doesn't feel chaotic even when we have multiple projects going on, and I like the notifications about due tasks. The initial setup was easy.

Cons

I still need to explore ClickUp’s meeting recording agent. I’d like a better way to record internal or client meetings and take notes.

### "Seamless Claude Integration, but Time Tracking Takes Too Many Clicks"

4.5

November 4, 2026

I have a hard time tracking time on tasks, and ClickUp helps me track exact time for each task so I can bill clients. With Claude, I can ask about project status and open tasks, update tasks, and add comments or new tasks from meeting notes.

Pros

I like how ClickUp connects with Claude. I can ask about my tasks and statuses, add comments, edit or create tasks from meeting notes, and bring client comments into my projects. I also find ClickUp pretty easy to set up for other people. It takes very little time and is simple once you get the hang of how it organizes things. I like that I can give clients access to specific tasks in a project.

Cons

My only concern is time tracking. I usually track time for a whole week at once, so I sometimes forget what I was doing and can’t find the right task. It also takes a lot of back and forth, switching between tabs and clicking around.
