### "Keeps Multiple Projects Organized with Easy Task Tracking"

4.0

November 4, 2026

I use ClickUp to manage tasks for all my projects in one place and track task time.

Pros

I use ClickUp to manage tasks for all my projects in one place and track task time. I like it for task assignment and tracking. It doesn't feel chaotic even when we have multiple projects going on, and I like the notifications about due tasks. The initial setup was easy.

Cons

I still need to explore ClickUp’s meeting recording agent. I’d like a better way to record internal or client meetings and take notes.

### "Seamless Claude Integration, but Time Tracking Takes Too Many Clicks"

4.5

November 4, 2026

I have a hard time tracking time on tasks, and ClickUp helps me track exact time for each task so I can bill clients. With Claude, I can ask about project status and open tasks, update tasks, and add comments or new tasks from meeting notes.

Pros

I like how ClickUp connects with Claude. I can ask about my tasks and statuses, add comments, edit or create tasks from meeting notes, and bring client comments into my projects. I also find ClickUp pretty easy to set up for other people. It takes very little time and is simple once you get the hang of how it organizes things. I like that I can give clients access to specific tasks in a project.

Cons

My only concern is time tracking. I usually track time for a whole week at once, so I sometimes forget what I was doing and can’t find the right task. It also takes a lot of back and forth, switching between tabs and clicking around.

### "Great for Collaboration, but Folders Get Cluttered"

4.0

November 4, 2026

ClickUp gives me a place to store project information that multiple people can access and collaborate on.

Pros

I really like that I can view my previous work and collaborate with multiple people on something at the same time. I also like being able to store information about projects in one place.

Cons

Sometimes there are too many folders and spaces, and I find it hard to keep track of everything I’m doing. Top-level summaries of what’s in the folders would make it easier to see what information is being worked on without having to go into each folder. ClickUp also took some adjusting, though the training courses helped it make more sense.

### "ClickUp Makes It Easy to Organize Tasks and Link Everything Together"

5.0

November 4, 2026

Precisely because I have ADHD, I find that ClickUp’s ability to integrate with documents, other boards, and tasks makes it much easier to organize my daily workflow—plus, it helps me keep track of time.

Pros

I really like ClickUp because it makes it easy to organize my day-to-day tasks, and also because of its ability to link everything together—including documentation, other tasks, and even different boards.

Cons

Nothing so far, though the design might be a bit too cluttered—there’s just so much information. I have ADHD, so it ends up being a lot to take in, and I feel a bit lost; but I’m sure that’s just a matter of getting used to the platform.

### "Super Agent Makes Work and Team Management Easier"

5.0

November 4, 2026

Manage real-time updates with the team and agents, and automatically nudge and remind them to provide updates.

Pros

It makes my work easier to manage, and using Super Agent makes it even easier for me to manage the team.

Cons

I feel that sometimes it’s slow on the web and/or in the desktop app, and it often pops up a “wait” message.

### "A lot of project management in one place"

5.0

November 2, 2026

I tried ClickUp while comparing project tools for my agency and was impressed by how much is included, including on the free/lower tiers. It is a strong all-in-one option for small teams.

Pros

ClickUp packs tasks, docs, goals and dashboards into one workspace, and you can view the same work as a list, board or calendar. Custom fields and views let me shape it around client projects instead of changing how we work to fit the tool.

Cons

Because it does so much, the interface can feel busy at first, and new users need a little time to learn where everything is. Performance can also dip in very large workspaces.

ClickUp provides me with more insight into ongoing sales activities. It is helpful in maintaining collaboration between technical and commercial teams. It requires some time for customization, but after that it is a great tool.

Pros

ClickUp provides me with an opportunity to monitor customer needs, technical conversation, demo and follow-up activity without losing anything. In particular, it allows me to provide updates to the sales team and engineering team in one place. Custom workflows help to maintain deals in the pipeline.

Cons

Configuration of dashboards and automation may require some attempts. An abundance of features may be overwhelming for users who just need task management.
