There are a lot of features we desire for a booking platform that are unavailable with Cloudbeds software.

Pros

Cloudbeds is not the cheapest PMS on the market, but it is one of the cleaner solutions from an UX perspective, and the support is top notch! You get what you pay for!

Cons

Nothing to complain about... it's a great PMS.. maybe the price?

Easy to use for both beginners and professional users of the software. Customers are assisted at the front desk where they can get their keys for the rooms. Assists in inventory management to the organization through automatic checks. Helps in checking in and out of the guests.

Cons

Cannot work without the internet and power supply. System overload can cause malfunctioning. Requires a lot of maintenance to increase working performance.

Pros

Ease of integration - the Cloudbeds team helped get everything working with their software, and now it compliments my website. Cloudbeds helped increase my bookings!

Cons

Support requests took a little getting used to, but I LOVE how easy it is to communicate through email now that I understand the reasons behind their process. :)

Overall, our experience with Cloudbeds has been great. Customer service is great and there is always someone to respond. The set up was easy and it has really solved some of the greatest challenges we were facing. We'd highly recommend it to similar businesses.

Pros

Cloudbeds has allowed us to expand our reach on multiple platforms and welcome more guests to our new hostel. It was a real game changer for us!

Cons

Some additional features would be great - being able to set a booking window or to drag and scroll the calendar left to right. A mobile app would also be a huge plus.

Pros

Since I use Cloudbeds I am must less stress about overbooking which is a relief! We can easily modify prices and availability in all the OTA through cloudbeds so it save time and reduce the risk of mistakes. It is also really useful for the billing part regarding each room.

Cons

Maybe some part of the software still complicated to use and it took a while for the team to understand how cloudbeds worked but now it's all good.

It is more than a CM, guest folio can also be done and auto create it when check in a guest and it gives us efficient

Allows inputting of many different channels and calendars while still allowing for flexibility of "back end" work- editing folios and reporting.

Cons

There was a pretty big learning curve with imputing reservations in- that might have just been me trying to realize how accounting works! Got it after a while but there are definitely a lot of voids where a simple undo would have been probably better...
