### "Great software let down by slow customer service "

I feel quite let down with , as mentioned above their support just isn’t there fast enough. It’s such a shame because the system itself is great and very user friendly. I told the sales team that my number 1 priority is the customer service and they said they were excellent with it. They’re not, and if they don’t fix the current issue I will be forced to move to another program.

Pros

It’s very easy to use, pretty much a drag and drop software. Lots of shortcuts and clear instructions. Saved us a lot of time from previous PMS systems. We really like the software.

Cons

Sadly their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Upon going live I had an issue and couldn’t get hold of anyone for an entire day so my bookings were wrong. Numerous times we’ve had issues that seemed so simple to solve from their end, but they tell me their technical team is working on it and I never hear back on the issue. I’m currently about to reopen after the lockdown and spotted a major issue, 6 days later and they still give me the line that the technical team is looking into it. This lets them down, there is no phone line to call, their responses are very slow and it’s not ideal when you’re in a fast paced environment such as a hotel.

Overall, i am satisfied with the software. I hope they will be able to actually execute the requests we have made and make the system better.

Pros

Very easy to use and navigate through. Reservation and calendar view / adjustments are very user friendly.

Cons

There are items that we have been requesting for years now, but they are reluctant to execute them. For example in the production report, they don't have a simple total line, we have to export each report in excel and then manually calculate each total.

### "Love everything for the most part except for a few things "

Pros

Ease of the system. User friendly and easy to navigate. Quite simple to train new hires on. Love the PIE.

Cons

\- wish it could stop us from renting rooms that are marked dirty or at least give us a pop-up warning - Don't like the way we have to do group reservations on it. When each room in that group is paying for their individual room it is very time consuming. -Wish we had access to customer/technical support by telephone 24/7. Its very frustrating when we have to send an email about our issues and we have to wait several hours or even at times days before we get a response to our issue.

### "Cloudbeds looks good, but that's about it. Basically no support whatsoever. "

Learning experience. Don't go with companies that only have email support. We lost a few thousand dollars in business from their negligence.

Pros

Booking engine appearance is modern and clean, scrolling calendar on mobile devices, calendar shows today's check-ins and checkouts.

Cons

No support. When you have an issue, you email and wait. Then they say, "that's not possible, but put it on the idea boards so it can get voted on." And there it will sit for years. Daily workflow was terribly inefficient compared to our old system. The check in process took about 5 minutes longer with so many more clicks. Just to print something became a nightmare! Setting up rates and availability is a total pain initially, but then it gets so much worse. Instead of seasonal rate intervals with occasional rate increases for high demand dates, we have hundreds of rate intervals ( creates automatically) that require tedious manually editing for each room type and each interval. All of this means hours of wasted time and energy spent where it should be minutes or even seconds. The cost. There are more robust PMS's out there for much less, period. Don't waste your time!!!

We prioritize our development based on the collective requests from our customers. In this case, you had some fairly unique requirements that we couldn't accommodate on your timeline. We don't offer a call-in support line because we find it more efficient to get the information first and schedule the call once we have the details and can solve the issue, vs. asking our customers to wait on hold. From looking through your case, it looks like we averaged getting back to you within 30 minutes in most cases.

do not provide Thai Menu Bar that difficult for some GSAs who do not understand English well and may create some problem later.

All-in-one package is the most benefit. Actually all staff members don't understand even the difference between channel manager and property management system.

The software filled what it was designed for...

Cons

Cloudbed boasts of having a plethora of people, despite that it is impossible to have a French-speaking interlocutor ... which is far from being a dead language ... As the handling is quite technical it would be good for everyone to be able to exchange in his language. The French market is I think enough developed to offer a dedicated software ... Although this software is very practical, it can be improved, despite the ideas and recommendations sent, never no return. Especially when it comes to changes (in my opinion) easy to implement ...

Firstly our staff are Thai and sometime difficult to communicate with your support in English version however it is ok to learn. Secondly we wonder about history of booking when we change something it is no record at all for example period stay of guest if original booking stay for a month after we changed it for shorter it has no more history for record

La configuración del Software fue muy fácil, así como realizar reservas, cobros . . . fue muy rápida las integraciones con otros canales de reservas, tiene variedad de opciones para cobros. . .

Cons

1.- Valdría la pena que el sistema tenga una opción como un check box con las tarifas de promociones que al momento de activar una, tome esa tarifa promocional; con el objetivo de que dicha tarifa se despliegue en la búsqueda de Google (y no la tarifa base)2.- Cuando se active una promoción, serviría muchísimo que lo envie de forma automática al segmento de usuarios que estan buscando alojamientos. 3.- La Appl Mobile estaria genial!

Pros

The PMS was easy to set up and it works well. We haven't had any problems with overbooking since I started using and I'm saving so much time.

Cons

Though i find it easy to use, some staff are finding it a bit harder. A mobile app with simple UX for front desk users would greatly improve the product. The reporting could be better but it does the job for now.

In summary, they give the impression of offering the most robust software in the market, capable of fulfilling any conceivable requirement. However, the truth is that they are years away from realizing this ambition.

Pros

Exceptionally amiable and skilled individuals are responsible for sales, customer onboarding, and helping you begin.

Cons

The details regarding hidden fees and functionality are vague and somewhat dubious. Like any software, problems emerge, but it feels like I've had to submit 2-3 support tickets daily to get issues resolved.
