Pros My most like feature of the platform is users can do anonymous reviews and feedbacks. because of that HR can easy to analysis what areas need to update. And also this software is pretty cheap and give good value for money. Cons Like most of software, customer support is not really good, as a upcoming software platform not recommended the customer support, emailed several times to fix some reports they not responded really quick. It's really helped us get honest insights and suggestions for how to become a better company internally. Cons The 360 feedback can be a little overwhelming at times, especially when it's at the time that HR has requested it. Easy to overcome though.
