Pros: One of my favorite features is the ability for employees and customers to submit anonymous feedback if they choose to. It's really helped us get honest insights and suggestions for how to become a better company internally.

Cons: The 360 feedback can be a little overwhelming at times, especially when it's at the time that HR has requested it. Easy to overcome though.
