I wish though that you didn't have to upload different list for different groups of people and that you could upload one list and have it designate the different groups based on your affiliation. Pros I love how user friendly it is and that you can access it anywhere on your phone. I also love that multiple people can work on it at the same time and it's easy to train staff on. Cons The fact that you can't do large theater seating by dragging and dropping. I wish Zkipster would also upload existing theaters that many groups use into their system instead of having to build theaters as a user. There are just a few updates I wish you’d make. Pros Creating forms for guests to fill out and having automated confirmations sent are two things I like most. Cons I wish you could customize forms more, even just simple text/color options and I always have issues when it comes to couples. Often the salutation is Dear x and y but there isn’t a way to do it unless you add both names to the first name field. The support team are very helpful and the resources are always great tool to access. Pros I appreciate how user friendly Zkipster is and that it is an easy learning curve. Once you understand and get used to the interface, it makes for seamless event support. Cons Zkipster has addressed most of my issues and resolved them as they continue develop. My ongoing feature that can be a hurdle is the relationships vs. plus ones and how to best use those with seating, RSVP responses etc. I know the team is working on bettering those to integrate together. Pros It is super easy to use and has a nice interface. The seating tool is incredibly easy to use and great! Cons I think the subscription (monthly and yearly) is way too high. As an event agency you can't estimate how many events you will host in a year where you need zkipster, as the planning becomes more and more short notice. It is easy to use, multi-functional, and customizable. The customer service is great, and the product hasn't given us any trouble. Pros We signed on for the table-seating functions, and upgraded and stayed for all of the other event management features! Cons Like every system, it has a few nuances you have to get used to (like where to find a menu item); overall though, it is easy to use. Pros This software is very user friendly. I love that multiple users can be on it at once. It's super mobile friendly, works great on laptop or PC, and works on iPads! All in all, it's basic and gets the job done. Cons You have to be connected to GOOD WiFi. If not, it will be very slow and bug out on you. I recommend either a personal hotspot or company wifi. Hard to believe how we coped without it before. " July 10, 2017 5.0 It made our check-in process much smoother and created a much more professional and calm atmosphere at the event. It also helped us to keep track of changing table numbers for dinner, for which the sincing element was vital. Pros It's very simple to use - both uploading the data before an event, and also at the event itself. The fact that all tablets in use sinc together is it's best feature. As the person in charge of the events we've used it at, I'd taken time to really get to know the programme beforehand, but we found it only took about 15 minutes to brief the team registering guests on the night, for them to completely understand it. Every single one of them said it was 100% easily to register guests using Zkipster rather than the usual paper guest lists that they're used to. Cons I haven't tried the table planning aspect yet as I still believe in a stressful environment before a big dinner, when guests are cancelling, not showing up, or just turning up, and table plans need to be quickly amended, actually having paper versions in front of me are easier to deal with.
