Pros: Pro about installing the software was that the Implementation was well managed by Halogen staff. They are very customer focused.

Cons: Another point of accessing data. People may get confused on how to access and when to access the software. It may be too soon to tell since we are just rolling it out.

Very clear and straight forward

Pros: I like that it's not difficult to understand and the way it is broken down by sections for concise answers.

Cons: My dislikes are not connected to the software and how it functions but more so "additional" internal rules that are applied alongside Halogen.

Halogen is an awesome product it helps me organize and evaluate employee performance in an easy way.

Pros: I love having year round access to add notes and build employee profiles. I also like that it incorporates personality tests and uses that info to support profile development and that we can choose to share all of this info with others.

Cons: Not much to dislike with Halogen. If I could change anything I would suggest adding an interface with Microsoft products to better facilitate communications and the import of data or reports

We use Halogen for our performance appraisals. Really easy to use!

Pros: Love that it allow our HIR department to include reminders. Also that it has all the previous objectives, compensation history, evaluations, etc.

Cons: It seems the software is "down" quite frequently. Especially when we need it for our objective setting and appraisals.

Overall: Great organization of our HR information.

Excellent Customer Service and philosophy. Rather labor-intensive to use.

Pros: I really appreciated the customer service and philosophy that Halogen provided. Their software is VERY customizable and can be configured to meet specific company needs.

Cons: Perhaps because it was so customizable, it was also fairly labor-intensive to use. I spent a lot of time setting up and specifically configuring review processes. I also frequently worried I might be missing something because the system was not always intuitive - sometimes you just had to be told and to memorize where to know where to find the fields to adjust a certain feature.
