Single sign-on does not work at all. Choosing single sign-on integration requires an additional fee, but it is completely unreliable and support for the feature is terrible. Absolutely not worth the additional cost. **Pros:** A pre-built forum that functions almost as well as other online forum tools. It seems to possess functionality most users expect in an online forum. **Cons:** Their application support team, and support process, is terrible. Availability is inconsistent and anything beyond basic troubleshooting is handed off to a support person in India. Issue resolution is unstructured and takes too long. No support over the weekend.
