Pleasure to deal with! Pros Customer service and support readily available and all questions answered -- usually on the same phone call. Seamless transition from year to year, just update the dates! Cons Our league never had any issues with RAMP. There are numerous options available for each factor when setting things up but that means that there are ways to make everything work as desired. Good thing is that all can be carried forward to the next season and/or adjusted at any time. We're forced to use it because our association does and it ties in with our provincial association. Cons Chat notifications never clear, chat doesn't work if you click on your notification (you have to navigate away then come back to see the messages), data is routinely lost, volunteer section doesn't work, website templates are subpar at best.
