"I wish we didn't use it..."
Pros: Nothing, really if I'm being honest. We're forced to use it because our association does and it ties in with our provincial association.
Cons: Chat notifications never clear, chat doesn't work if you click on your notification (you have to navigate away then come back to see the messages), data is routinely lost, volunteer section doesn't work, website templates are subpar at best.
