Pros

GIVES YOU AMBITION TO DO SMALL ACTIVITIES. REWARDS FOR EXERCISE IS A FANTASTIC MOTIVATOR. GREAT SOFTWARE FOR PEER CHALLENGES.

Cons

THERE ARE A LOT OF ACTIVITIES THAT ARE REPEATED. THERE ARE LESS EXERCISE ACTIVITIES THAN DESIRED. SOMETIMES THE STEPS ARN'T COUNTED PROPERLY

this software was very easy to use, even the older people at our company were able to navigate it with some help.

Cons

not enough variety of challenges, I used it every day in the beginning but slowly got bored with it. Maybe it needed more small rewards

I like the variety of activity. There's some exercise stuff, some diet tips, some financial tips, etc. I learned a lot with this application.

Cons

It was a bit confusing to use at first but when I got the sense of it became easier and now it's great.

What I like best is that it gives new ideas for activities and sometimes, it will give me ideas for what to make for supper

Cons

I dislike taking pictures of myself and taking pictures of my food to be posted for people that I work with can see.

Pros

I'm able to get real-time updates. When the exercises are completed, I can see the points awarded. The good thing is that I can do the exercises anywhere and at my own time. I do most of the exercises at home.

Cons

Even though the exercises are good, I'm unable to complete most of them. Sometimes when I remember, I'll do some (at home). I depend on the sync with Fitbit to get my points.

Pros

I enjoy that wellness is the first priority in this app unlike the direction of most fitness and health apps out there.

Cons

It still hasn't reached out to alot of groups where I live. I wish more of my friends would be using it.

Pros

It's easy to use. It's customizable. The service was friendly and prompt. The price was okay although some users stated they would not personally by it at that price.

Cons

It's hard for some employees to get into the habit of using it - a pop up notification was enabled but never showed up for multiple users. Some users felt some of the activities were repetitive.

Pros

I believe that the software is extremely easy-to-use, and offers great functionality. I also like that there are rewards for living a healthy lifestyle!

Cons

Although I enjoyed the social aspect of the software, I believe that it can be improved to facilitate easier connection with friends/colleagues.

Overall, this app is a great tool to get people to move more. Many individuals are sedentary throughout their day, and this app provides incentives to get people to become more active on a daily basis.

Pros

Great way to incentivize healthy behaviours, especially for individuals with a more sedentary job/lifestyle. It is a great reminder to become more active throughout your day.

Cons

The app itself can be difficult to navigate. Additionally, there is no proof that needs to be submitted when an activity is completed.

The health tips, facts and recipes provided. Great information is on the app, I would just like to read it on my own without all the goals that we need to accomplish.

Pros

I liked the tips provided on the app. Really good information that is useful. The app was also very user friendly.

Cons

I try to spend less time on my phone, the app was time consuming. I did not like the competition side of the app and that our goals was shared with everyone. I wanted to use the app for myself only.

Hard to determine outcomes. There is a leader board but it is not clear as to what happens if one reaches the top or how the top is determined

I like the functionality of the program as well as how interactive it is. It is great to be able to compete with your friends

I found the pop-up notifications to be a bit excessive and was forced to turn them off, which is turn made me stop using the app. as frequently as i was before

Pros

It has okay graphics and interesting stock photos that are used. It has improved since the initial launch but still not the best.

Cons

It is really not that ergonomic and the links/directions can be confusing at times. Often glitchy, doesn't refresh well. Leaves new messages even after being viewed. Not user friendly.

Pros

the daily challenges give us ideas of how to improve our health. They are easy and short, therefore I pay attention to them.

Cons

I am not sure what my rating means and what causes the rating to be what it is. I would like to see what are the low hanging fruit that would allow me to lower my rating.

Interactiveness, competitiveness, team building, etc. The concept is great, working together towards a greater goal of being healthy.

Cons

Lacks the basics. There is no gym feature. You cannot properly log your gym time... Doesn't connect to my fossil Q app, which tracks my steps. All in all, it makes the optimity app useless to me.
