I love the technology to be able to track calls answered/made on graphs. Plus, the ease of call forwarding/redirecting is great. With vongage you can answer and transfer calls with ease. They have a great call forwarding option where you can select multiple employees to receive calls. But as we grew the call quality we received continued to get worse. We would try to work with the support to figure out what was going on but we could never fully resolve the issues. Installation, customer service, tech support, failure from start to finish. I do not recommend them. Pros It was very hard to get the equipment working properly Cons I never had a chance to use the software. Pros Cost efficient, and phones are good grade. The person I dealt with was very informative and really easy to understand Cons With the Portal it is not at all first time user friendly. It was very difficult to understand how to setup your dashboard to work your system. When you tried to get any type of help was told to go to another department.
