Pros: We use Adobe Connect to organize our video conference calls and it's one of the better software programs we've tried. Easy to share documents during the call and the quality of the call was usually good.

Cons: Setting up the software on everyone's computers and getting the settings worked out took a little bit longer than we would've liked or had anticipated. Sharing powerpoints sometimes looked a little odd but it could have been one of the settings we never really got worked out. A little pricy but it worked.

One more great product from Adobe.

Pros: A web-conferencing tool with greater stability. No voice and video drop with an average speed internet connection.

Cons: Not as simple interface as expected for any user. But they should provide a basic troubleshoot tool to solve basic issues with connectivity.

Pros: I liked the different screens you can use. I also really liked the doorbell feature to know when someone came to my online office.

Cons: I did not feel like Adobe was very user friendly. It was hard to understand how to work. Maybe I just did not give it enough time.

Cons: Adobe Connect will only let the administrator save the presentation. I wish there was a away for the user to be able to access this.

Pros: There is a free trial option where you do not need to enter payment info and this is nice. Customization is a great feature and the presentation is very professional.

Cons: Is a bit on the pricey side and on occasion there is a lag in conversations and sometimes the system freezes and shuts down.

One of the best collaboration programs on the market!

Pros: I've tried several different collaboration programs as our clients have their own preferences for video conferencing, and I've found that Adobe Connect is one of the best options out there. Has several features that other services don't, and the ability to both host video conferences and webinars/presentations from the same platform eliminates a lot of headaches!

Cons: The first time someone goes to use Adobe Connect, they can be a bit overwhelmed by the menus/configuration settings. Once you get familiar with the software, there really are no drawbacks.

Pros: As with most businesses, we value conferencing solutions that are easy to deploy and use. Adobe connect can be used across multiple devices which is great for our field members and remote employees.

Cons: It can take a bit of time to setup and customize, and the interface can be a bit overwhelming for someone who is new to the platform.

Comments: Avoid Adobe Connect and use GoToWeb for webinars/conferencing. Adobe Acrobat may NOT work in Chrome/Firefox for whatever reason so file links may NOT work!

Pros: Nothing really except for simple setup. As long as setup is done properly, audio and video feed should work fine.

Cons: GoToWeb is better for webinars and for file attachments to viewers. File attachments are a problem since it won't allow you to download via links and some browsers (Chrome and Firefox) may not have Adobe Reader set up for Adobe Connect even though it works for other websites!!

Pros: Adobe Connect is a great collaborative tool that is much easier and, at times, much more complicated to use. In having a simple web meeting while sharing a document or desktop, this app shines. Different layouts that are easy to select and also breakout rooms is something we use a lot here.

Cons: Sometimes a document is shared that has some image corruption during the conversion process. We've had to resort to using a PDF at times to be able to display a presentation properly.

Pros: We use Adobe Connect to run webinars of 10-50 people. We are able to set up multiple meeting rooms and set those meeting rooms for different audiences. It is very useful to be able to upload meeting slides and presentations ahead of time. We also have full control over the layout of the meeting rooms.

Adobe Connect offers good recording capability and decent reporting.

Cons: Adobe Connect looks old. While you can customize parts of the experience, a lot of it looks dated.

The reporting for polls can get a little wonky - sometimes you have the same poll on more than one layout within a meeting and Adobe will report that as two separate polls - even though it's listed as the same on in their system!

Uploaded PowerPoint slides look a bit odd in Adobe Connect. Every time I upload a PPT, at least one slide looks off. This could be anything from a font issue to a layout issue.

Pros: I can dictate the talks regardless of where the group of people is, it is compatible with Adobe Flash, which makes my job easier

Cons: It does not have a negative aspect that can express, it is really ideal for online learning activities

Overall: Facilitate manage virtual classroom, allows to manage the learning rooms publicly or privately, is easy to use.

Pros: Very powerful and easy to use tool for meetings, webinars or even online/e-learing courses form desktop or mobile environment. The ability to share screens, data, notes and mostly importantly live chat, makes long distance collaboration very effective.

Cons: If your session is crowded, it will usually use a lot of bandwidth which means that you might not be able to use internet while using this.

Pros: In my Masters profram, we used Adobe Connect in multiple classes to replace meeting in person occasionally. Big plus!

Cons: The concept is great, but sometimes Adobe Connect would not be able to hold a connection for the duration of class or the slides uploaded to Adobe would not work well at all if accompanied with Audio.

Pros: Connect allows you to have privileges with host, moderator and participant roles, in addition, allows you to integrate with Moodle, share files, applications, whiteboard and desktop and schedule with Microsoft Outlook, it is possible to record sessions, which can be private or public with access to guests or registered users and some presenters can carry out the preparation of content, chats and design customization in the background during a session

Cons: A free account is usually required for many of its features, it is still limited in Android and the fact that a host must accept the entry of an unregistered guest can slow down the session

Overall: It's a very good Adobe tool, but not the best of its kind

Comments: Excited to continue to use the product!

Pros: It's so great to be able to host webinars and training sessions - something we are just beginning in. Seems so far to meet our needs!

Cons: It seems at times that there is a lag in communication which can be annoying. It definitely has a learning curve - we are not fully up to speed.

Pros: I use Adobe Connect in my grad school classes. As I'm a remote student, Adobe Connect has been a great way for me to interact with my teachers and classmates that goes beyond email or texting. Solid and reliable; I've never run into issues with connecting. It's also been a useful tool for us at our small company.

Cons: Drawbacks - a bit pricy and only able to accommodate 25 attendees each month. That's not an issue for my purposes but it could be a drawback for others.

Pros: The ability to participate in meetings without being there in person saves lots of travel costs for small organizations.

Cons: No dislikes but I have only used it for about 6 months as a participant in online meetings and webinars.

Overall: Easy to use and did not require me to install any special software to accept an online meeting invitation.

Pros: I really love logging into Adobe Connect for online classes. Since i'm currently on my second course with Adobe Exchange, I really enjoy the live sessions with this software, since it's really easy to use.

Cons: So far I haven't found any real cons for the use of this software, and the only thing I can think of is that once i couldn't use the chat for the first 10 minutes of the class, but I believe it was a matter of connectivity.

Pros: Adobe Connect is extremely functional and adaptable to any client environment. Whether being used for small-team collaboration to large scale, enterprise applications, Connect is able to flex to accommodate.

Cons: Adobe Connect can sometimes have a slight barrier to entry in terms of being user-friendly. While it is simple to learn and use, some individuals that are not technically savvy have expressed concerns about learning the software.

Pros: Chat function, ability to mute mic and stop video, replay ability, PowerPoint slide projection. I like how once you get it set up all you have to do is navigate to the url which is secure

Cons: Extremely laggy and buggy, mobile function for iOS is spotty and not functional, function for Mac OS is not always functional, Bluetooth headphones connectivity is difficult and glitchy.

Pros: Ability to upload videos and PowerPoints into the meeting "room" and have those available for the meeting, rather than sharing screen. Pods for different types of meetings and content, and even to guide the course of the event. QA pods, attendee lists pods, and others are very useful and unique to Adobe Connect platform.

Cons: Old looking and not intuitive for new users. Can be very confusing. Often slow and choppy video/audio. Recording is kind of terrible as you have to get .flv downloads and it has to run the entire length of the meeting.

Overall: Decent for webinars but not great for small group video conferencing. Weird limitations but overall a decent product.

Pros: I think this is great. I tried out the free trial of Adobe Connect and have been able to play around with it. I have use multiple meeting platforms and I think with the ability to come in and work with it for a month would be useful.

Cons: I don't think there is anything I like least about the software. I think that the ability to have a 30 day free trail before purchasing the software will help me make a decision which will ultimately help me advocate for a new software.

Pros: Adobe connect has a very robust set of tools for hosting meetings. It's easy to manage and switch between different tools and roles. Adobe makes it easy for clients to connect to meetings.

Cons: Broadcast quality leaves a lot to be desired. There's no way to set up crystal clear output for others to view and sharing pre-recorded video makes for enormous lag while it cuts in and out. It also seems to go offline fairly often, and customer service is very difficult to get a hold of to ask questions.

Pros: Adobe is always one of the best products you can get on the market, it almost never has any major bugs, runs smoothly, and tends to be super easy for beginners to work it. Their free trial was pretty nice, but I do not usually need this type of software on a regular basis.

Cons: The biggest issue with Adobe is, like many of its products, extremely expensive for the individual user. It will price most smaller individual users out of the market.

Comments: I've always been a fan of Adobe products and this follows the same quality I have come to expect.

Pros: Adobe Connect has multiple modules that you can present simultaneously which is great when we have a large group. While I personally don't present, I have been a part of a presentation as well as an attendee and would recommend it.

Cons: The learning curve is daunting so if you can get training with an experienced user it makes the transition seamless.

Pros: This video conferance product is fairly simple to use and can be customized which is great. If you sign up for the free trial to try before you buy, you don't have to enter payment information which is also great.

Cons: The audio. You have to use something such as a third party dial-in service for audio. The price. I believe the cost for a month PER HOST is high.

Pros: I love how flawlessly and seamlessly the software works. It never really seems to glitch and it makes it easy for me to ask questions during my online lectures!

Cons: I don't necessarily like the look of it, it's kind of choppy and not very "pretty". It could be much easier on the eyes, but the software itself is very stable and has a lot of features that are yet to be discovered!

Pros: Adobe Connect is a program backed by a major company and with it comes significant features. Sustainable archives are the most significant need for our school. They remain year after year so we can use archives from past school years to train new teachers.

Cons: Because Adobe is such a large company it is often hard to get a quick answer when problems occur. It can take over a week to get an answer.

Pros: I love the fact that this takes presentations to a whole other level, my days of using powerpoint left me frustrated and the process was time consuming, Connect is much better for creating quality presentations that work

Pros: As with all Adobe software, Adobe Connect is feature rich. You can conduct conferences or training seminars with large groups via a traditional desktop or a smartphone

Cons: I find this software tricky to master and set up. It does not always work smoothly and there is a longer than necessary learning curve.

Pros: I have to say that I'm already an Adobe fan and have used their suite of creative software for years. Their UI works great for me and Adobe Connect delivers. We use it exclusively in several offices for all our conferencing.

Pros: I love a lot about Adobe. From the different layouts that allow sharing of all kinds of uploads and content, to the interactive environment it supports. After being a regular user with 20-30 users in training rooms at one time, facilitating the training, I feel I have as good of an impression using Adobe Connect as anyone... It is very easy to keep engagement high when using adobe as the transitions and features it supports can keep any type of learner engaged with it's interactive features.

Cons: That being said, there are a few things that I'd hope Adobe Connect can fix in the future. The biggest one has to be the audio issues that continually repeat themselves, week by week. I notice that users either cannot get an audio connection set up, it disconnects for no reason, the quality is poor, or the mic works but speaker doesn't, and vice versa. I normally would chalk this up as user error, but it is probably an Adobe issue as these issues don't repea t themselves on Skype or GotoMeeting.

Pros: The ability to host webinars and online meetings and the ability to either upload documents or share screens. Once in the meeting/seminar room, the system is increadibly easy to use.
Customer service is very helpful.

Cons: Somewhat difficult to use in the back-end. Setting up webinars/meetings is tedious and confusing. Getting reports from the system is also difficult and I have a hard time trusting the numbers as I get conflicting numbers depending on how I generate the reports.
The online account system seems overly complicated. It does get easier, but it is really helpful to have 1-2 people on staff who REALLY know the system well.

Overall: We gain connectivity to our membership by offering educational webinars. We also gain the ability to host online meetings with screen share abilities for presentations when required.

Cons: The cost of this software complex is quite high, but if you buy it for the entire office, it's fine.

Pros: From time to time I conduct online webinars using Adobe Connect, the program helps out very much, you can use it in conjunction with Power Point. Excellent, that there is an opportunity for communication in a special chat, and I see feedback in the presentation. You can use it without installing software on your computer.

Cons: There were difficulties with installing the program, so I had to use the web version, it was distressing, because the program would still be more convenient. Perhaps the problem is in my computer, not in the program. In the rest I see it as excellent for working moments, especially for negotiating and presenting.

Able to use quickly and effecively.

Pros: I enjoy the ease of functionality. The platform is very user friendly does not matter if you are new to computers or a techy like myself. Everyone can use this software! It is a great way to deliver an effective experience and creating connections within my school. It is a great way to get supplemental instructions from teachers.

Cons: The only thing that bums me out about this product is the lack of ease in type interactions. I wish there was a better way to do both messages and videos with this platform.

Comments: Overall, it's a great tool to have but be sure to speak with your account manager about getting demos and details around functionality, and understanding how well this tool will match up with your business needs.

Pros: It's a great tool for live sessions: webinars, virtual lectures, and real-time demonstrations are ideal in this learning platform.

Cons: There are a lot of connecting parts - hybrid and online learning are possible but it takes some work to make it happen on this platform.

Pros: Highly customizable meeting spaces. Free trial doesn't require payment information. Very easy to use. anyone in our office can jump on and use

Cons: Can get a little pricey when you start adding multiple users. wish there was a better package deal. other than that no issues

Pros: Several of my employers have used Adobe Connect which I found very easy to use. My scope limited as I was the one joining rather than initiating, but if you are hosting this, you will find that your guests have and easy time.

Cons: I did not find this to be as intuitive as go to meeting. I think this have more features available which end up congesting the primary purpose of using this program.

Pros: ease of use for setting up webinars that are engaging via the use of polls and chats. the use of video within the webinar is also great.

Cons: the amount of time spent on setting up a webinar can be daunting without training. there are a lot of tips that you learn after using the software a couple of times.

Pros: Adobe Connect can be used to host conference meetings, webinars, virtual classrooms, and on demand training classes. We are using it to train technical support agents who will be working from home and it works quite well for that purpose.

Cons: With so may options available to us the interface can easily get a bit crowded or messy looking at times but that is manageable by paring down the number of options you use at the same time.

Pros: Adobe Connect does a good job of making your organization look professional once configured correctly. Is mobile friendly and works on electronic devices.

Cons: Email and event management can be cumbersome. There is a plug-in that is needed to share the screen.

Pros: This makes virtual learning a breeze as it's part of the same platform as adobe connect so if you know how to use one learning how to use the other is seamless. You can record webinars live or you can record them for later use. The options are many for administrations and moderators and you have a couple in your presentation. The connection is always crisp and beautiful. A must have for any company that does distance learning.

Cons: Like i've mentioned in other reviews the suite in general can be expensive and you need to do the research to determine your needs.
