Pros
Excellent in terms of classrooms, where the screen can be segmented. The cloud system is very good.
Excellent for connecting in real time, especially via audio only. Great features and group room functionality.
The potential is great, it is the perfect platform for continuing education and for cross training. It is all done remotely and many of the agents are work at home agents.
This product is very easy to use and I like how accessible it is. It allows me to express my ideas creatively and share them with other people.
Cons
The chat features are a little confusing and sometimes not intuitive.
As with any technology, it can be glitchy, but it's hard to tell if it's user error or a bug in the system. The only issues I've encountered have been with sound.
What I hate about it is that sometimes when you enable it mostly it won’t work.
There have been some bandwidth issues where the audio will stutter and the presentation will freeze. This has been irritating at times.

"Visual learning platform "
Overall: Compere with other products this is a really useful platform for doing online classes.
Pros: Actually I really like this software because it came with much more useful tool. It has ability to share screen with high video quality than other alternatives. We can create short answer questions and poll to test our participant’s knowledge. Those features are very valuable to do our presentation effectively.
Cons: Until now I cannot find any issues with this software. But, I wish if it can extend their free trial duration. Also monthly subscription fee is higher than other competitors. User interface is little bit complicated. Otherwise there are no any complains.
"Adobe Learning in Action"
Pros: It has simple setups and plugins for cloud virtual learning using small devices like phone. Availability and affordability to all par 24/7. Face to face live video communication.
Cons: I've nothing negative to say I just crown it.
"Works well for classroom training "
Pros: After testing a lot of remote platforms in the past 12 months, I can say that Adobe connect learning is really easy to use which makes your training sessions/meetings or webinars pretty awesome (for both the users and the presenters) . i really like the ability to record
Cons: Once you have more than 50 users it starts getting glitchy (performance issues) and the mobile experience isn't great to be frank
"Adobe Connect"
Overall: We used this product for event and video conferencing for about 2 years. It worked very well, but we have since switched to another product that our users prefer. The current product is more user-friendly, and costs less.
Pros: The software allowed for cloud storage of recorded meetings, and had many useful desktop features for screen sharing. It allowed multiple attendees in meetings.
Cons: It was a little more complicated for the average user to use than our current meeting software. Also, pricing was more expensive than other offerings.
"Very convenient E-learning platform for virtual classes"
Overall: My overall experience with Adobe Connect is pretty good. It helped me educate learners in a pretty convenient way. Layouts were designed in an organized way, making navigation easy.
Pros: As an online teacher, the feature of this software is innovative. Video sharing, and screen sharing runs smoothly. There are many tools to explore and use, the blank whiteboard and annotation tools are also very convenient for teaching and meetings. The software is also good for interactive learning to keep audiences engaged. Viewing documents is also easy. The program is organized and very accessible.
Cons: There are times when audio is a bit blurry to hear on the audience's end. However, I am not certain that the app is to blame it might be due to poor internet connection. Price is a bit expensive.
"Makes my school life so much easier!"
Pros: I love how flawlessly and seamlessly the software works. It never really seems to glitch and it makes it easy for me to ask questions during my online lectures!
Cons: I don't necessarily like the look of it, it's kind of choppy and not very "pretty". It could be much easier on the eyes, but the software itself is very stable and has a lot of features that are yet to be discovered!
"Very useful but some limited functionality"
Overall: Overall positive experience.
Pros: Excellent for connecting in real time, especially via audio only. Great features and group room functionality.
Cons: Extremely small font and limitations on screen viewability made it harder to use.
"It has allowed me to manage the entrance talks to the new staff that is located in other headquarter"
Overall: Facilitate manage virtual classroom, allows to manage the learning rooms publicly or privately, is easy to use.
Pros: I can dictate the talks regardless of where the group of people is, it is compatible with Adobe Flash, which makes my job easier
Cons: It does not have a negative aspect that can express, it is really ideal for online learning activities
"A new tool from Adobe"
Overall: The use of other apps, with better performace for free. Such as Meet, Zoom, etc.. keep low the engament
Pros: Is a great way of taking the new normal virtuality learning to the next level, with new tools, high quality functions and different types to obtain public engagement. Also it work in different devices with a optimum engagement from different devices
Cons: It´s price makes it not as accessible as other of its competitors, also the limiting of people in the webinar in the basic plan. Makes stand out competitors with a minimum of 100 people in the meetings, talking from the point of view of academic webinars that most of the time are more than 100 people. For first timers it is not as easy as it seems, is not as intuitive.
"Great tool to train teleworkers! "
Overall: This program definitely solved the problem of being able to train employees during the teleworking stage.
Pros: I really enjoy the screen sharing feature as well as the various communication features allowable for the participants.
Cons: The resolution from the participant side is slightly blurry, but it could be the internet signal from host.
"L'apprentissage est plus facile désormais !"
Pros: Les outils qui se retrouvent sur le logiciel facilite l'apprentissage
Cons: Pas d'inconvénients à ce niveau. Il suffit d'avoir la connexion internet pour bien en profiter
"open to development, simply."
Overall: Using an adobe institutional product for rapid adaptation during the pandemic process provided confidence. On the other hand, its low tolerance for connection problems causes serious performance problems for more than 10 people when the camera is turned on during the lesson.Overall better than its competitors. but i got the impression that adobe, zoom app is lagging behind in video conferencing performance. Being advantageous in terms of price closes this gap to some extent.
Pros: Ease of Use.Ability to switch between presentation files uploaded during the lesson.Ability to make changes in authority and role quickly.have a nice whiteboard
Cons: Inability to write on the presentation with ipad and ipen, low resistance to connection saturationProblems in sound and performance when used without installing an applicationexpensive for developing countrieslack of ready-made templates when you want to share with the whiteboardinterface design and colors can be distracting in long-term use
"Awesome platform for Learning"
Overall: The potential is great, it is the perfect platform for continuing education and for cross training. It is all done remotely and many of the agents are work at home agents. The possibilities are great.
Pros: This is a great platform for learning. You feel like you're in an actual classroom with the ability to raise your hand, ask questions and give feedback. In my training for a call center, we spend a full eight hours in this virtual class. There is a white board for taking notes and sharing, a "parking" spot to put questions for later. Great for when a question runs across your mind but you don't want to ask it now because it it off topic but relevant for later.
Cons: Occasionally, and I do mean rarely, there was an issue with the sound and the entire class had to exit and reenter the class. This happened twice to the best of my memory.
"adobe connect learning"
Pros: It is easy to use , friendly and simple for me
Cons: It is super easy to find buttons. it was easy to navigate how to use the software
"Adobe Connect gets kids in virtual classrooms"
Overall: In this age of digital learning, Adobe Connect is a good solution for children and teachers who need to connect. It offers what is needed to replicate the classroom experience as much as possible. I've been impressed with it.
Pros: I like that different parts of the screen can be used for maximum benefit. The teacher can be presenting from one part, while she shares her screen in another part, and there can also be a chat box for questions open at the same time. A screen share doesn't take over the entire screen and bump out the other views, which can be very helpful for learning.
Cons: As with any technology, it can be glitchy, but it's hard to tell if it's user error or a bug in the system. The only issues I've encountered have been with sound.
"The Best for Online Learning"
Overall: We used this product to facilitate online learning and certification.
Pros: Great functionality to do polls, open-ended questions, show slides, videos, breakout rooms, and activities. Shows video fantastically!
Cons: There is some time for the initial setup of what you want your learning pods to look like. But once they are set up you don't have to do them again.
"Great product "
Overall: I used Adobe Connect to do company wide trainings and How To presentations. It worked very well!
Pros: I love how much you can do with this software. I switched from Go To Meeting, and love Adobe Connect so much more.
Cons: It took a little while to learn how to toggle back and forth, switching controls, and everything it offers.
"Easy to use, easy to learn"
Pros: As we know, since 2020 digitla learning is most important than ever. This software appeared to make this learning much easier. As Adobe customer it was easy for me to understand how it works, but I could see some people having trouble with that. The truth is, when you start with Adobe, it's a brand new world, until you really get used to it. I've never have any issues with connection, sharing or using the app (Thumbs up) It's really a good solution in this age, and if we keep moving on presence+digital learning, this will be a great tool to use.
Cons: Such as every Adobe software, this one is quite expensive to use. If you gonna choose this tool for personal use, I will suggest something cheaper. And if you're a teacher who wants their students to use it, you must be sure their parents can afford it, or work in an institution that takes care of the payment.
"Great product to have"
Pros: This makes virtual learning a breeze as it's part of the same platform as adobe connect so if you know how to use one learning how to use the other is seamless. You can record webinars live or you can record them for later use. The options are many for administrations and moderators and you have a couple in your presentation. The connection is always crisp and beautiful. A must have for any company that does distance learning.
Cons: Like i've mentioned in other reviews the suite in general can be expensive and you need to do the research to determine your needs.
"Excellent but needs some training"
Overall: In general, regardless of the use, it made my learning and practical experience easier in terms of shortening the time and completing the task
Pros: 1- Excellent in terms of classrooms, where the screen can be segmented 2- The cloud system is very good 3- Comfortable in meetings in terms of sound
Cons: 1- The user interface needs an introductory guide 2- The user must attend educational lessons to benefit from the programs
"I am using it at University and I am very happy about it"
Pros: I am using it at Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) for studies in remote and me and my University are very happy because Adobe Connect got all needed functionality for remote learning. There are possible to see teacher and student presentation, mute someone, write comments, etc.
Cons: Everything is really good apart that sometimes it crashes. It was couple times that my browser crashed during lesson.
"Is a program that allows you to create information for general online learning presentations."
Overall: with this application I could go to see lectures and classes during my academic preparation
Pros: I used it to see an online subject in an institute where I studied design, this program offers a live classroom experience, which generates learning, besides this it contains a support for the students through tutorials, facilitators and informative websites, making possible to participate in informative and discussion classes and forums.
Cons: in my experience I have nothing against the functions of the application, on the contrary it seems to me of the best to see classes on the web.
"Great Training Application"
Overall: When the connection has been solid both on my end and the presenters end this tool has worked well.
Pros: I was able to join my class easily and start learning on the first day of class. It has worked well throughout the class.
Cons: There have been some bandwidth issues where the audio will stutter and the presentation will freeze. This has been irritating at times.
"This program is a useful tool!"
Pros: When you're stuck in the middle of a project, this software is there for you. It provides an awesome way around the typical customer service route.
Cons: Connect Learning was sometimes hard to figure out. It's almost as if you need a guide to just learn how to use it.
"Adobe Connect Learning is an excellent learning tool"
Overall: Worldwide reach to multiple users is awesome!!
Pros: I absolutely love Adobe Connect Learning. As a trainer in a corporate organization, Adobe Connect Learning has made my life simpler by reaching our worldwide network of employees.
Cons: The setup of a webinar can sometimes be cumbersome, but once I got used to the software, the issue became obsolete.
