With cartridge website, this has given my business a chance to have an online store. They keep it up to date the best they can, if I find printer models missing I contact the rep and he will sort this out within 24 hours. If there are issues or things that I feel I can be improved to the site, to make the consumer life easier when ordering, I contact the rep and he looks into it with his team to sort out. It's just become mobile/tablet friendly which is great news as well. the very friendly team that do the best with customer service and support.
