We have used this system for our front desk for the past five years! We have been very impressed when using this operating system thanks to it's user friendly layout and advance functions. I recently noticed they updated the switchboard page and made it even easier to use. Transferring calls, sending people to voicemail, and seeing others phone availability has never been easier!

We have had Digium for over 10 years. We used to have them on premise and have recently switched over to their hosted platform. Very reliable-Great company. We also love our softphone mobile app for our lawyers to be able to work remote or on the go.

Not much to complain about

I use digium in my office. If the quick dialer isn't crashing, other features will.

Never working at 100%. Something is always failing or down, if not the whole system.
