so far, everything is great. just wish sometimes it would not go down when I am working on files other than that it is a great application.

Pros

is very easy to use, very straight forward. qualia even send out updates about new features we can use.

Cons

sometimes it goes down a lot. we lose connection sometimes we regain connection in secs sometimes it might take a little longer.

I'm very satisfied with any title company that uses Qualia. Qualia's task lists keep everything organized.

Pros

How easy it was to work with their portal. Anytime that I need to take care of a task I am pleased to be notified.

Cons

I don't have any complaints at all about Qualia. Qualia checks all of the boxes for me all the time.

i'm still learning how to use it, so there are areas that i have not used yet. The accounting area seems overly complicated, but i'm sure when i use it on a regular basis it will be fine.

Pros

it is easy to use and understand. it is helpful to be able to open the order by multiple people, however it also has it's draw backs too. The emailing feature works well, however it does not thread.

Cons

allowing multiple people to open the same order and make changes. things get done and undone too frequently. it would be better to only allow one person to make changes and everyone else gets read only access.

Coming into the industry inexperienced, it's very easy to learn and follow step-by-step instructions. You can pick it up fairly quickly.

Pros

It's very easy to use and has really great customer support. It makes it very easy to locate and manage our records.

Cons

Updating existing documents isn't the easiest. We had to walk thru the online training tools to refresh how we needed to update documents we had stored.

Wonderful! I love that we can bring ideas to Qualia and they listen and/or create some kind of system or add on that helps our company. They are real open to learning from the people who are doing title work on a daily basis.

Pros

I love the fact that the company and the staff are forward thinkers and always trying to make the title industry quicker and efficient!

Cons

Really hardly anything. The cost of certain products might be a little higher than the industry standard. Sometimes is takes a while to get a ticket answered or resolved.

I have used Qualia for over 10 years now between 2 law firms I have worked at and I have always promoted it to other businesses as I have always been impressed by them.

Pros

I love that no matter the question you may have - there will be someone to help you within a matter of minutes. The platform is very easy to work within.

Cons

There are no negatives about Qualia. I have no negative comment I can say about Qualia. I love Qualia.

My overall experience with Qualia has been very positive. The software has streamlined our closing and title operations, making workflows more efficient and organized. I find the system intuitive and easy to learn, with Qualia Connect being particularly helpful for gathering information from buyers, sellers, and agents. Their customer service team has also been responsive and supportive, contributing to a smooth and reliable user experience.

Pros

Qualia has been a great tool for streamlining our closing and title operations. One of my favorite features is Qualia Connect, which, through automated messages to buyers, sellers, and agents, collects the information needed for upcoming closings. The system is intuitive, easy to learn, and has made our workflow much smoother overall. Their customer service team is also excellent—always helpful and responsive when we need support.

Cons

A couple of areas could be improved. You can’t currently attach entire emails with attachments included under documents, which was a feature in SoftPro that I miss. It would also be helpful if the Properties screen allowed us to identify properties as either purchase or collateral when more than one property is involved.

Qualia saves time as long as the people you work with use it properly as well. Which may not be the comment you want since that is a personal issue.

Pros

Having all the info in the system so you can share you file with co-workers etc. I love that the premiums all calculate for you .

Cons

There are issues sometimes with the accounting portion. I cannot tell you exactly at this time as it just happens on files.

I am very pleased with the Qualia Software. Actually, Qualia is the best title software I have ever used. The layout and scheduled tasks make work easy to input new orders and track tasks, close and disburse.

Easy to learn all the facets Qualia has to offer. Working up CDs and Closing Statements is so easy. I've become sort of expert at it.

Pros

User friendly. I like that you can use the Qualia University to advance the usage knowledge. Easy to learn and follow steps.

Cons

Can't think of any cons. I think there may be some items I wish offered some more detailed information.
