The accounting area seems overly complicated, but i'm sure when i use it on a regular basis it will be fine. Pros it is easy to use and understand. it is helpful to be able to open the order by multiple people, however it also has it's draw backs too. The emailing feature works well, however it does not thread. Cons allowing multiple people to open the same order and make changes. things get done and undone too frequently. it would be better to only allow one person to make changes and everyone else gets read only access. The software has streamlined our closing and title operations, making workflows more efficient and organized. I find the system intuitive and easy to learn, with Qualia Connect being particularly helpful for gathering information from buyers, sellers, and agents. Their customer service team has also been responsive and supportive, contributing to a smooth and reliable user experience. Pros Qualia has been a great tool for streamlining our closing and title operations. One of my favorite features is Qualia Connect, which, through automated messages to buyers, sellers, and agents, collects the information needed for upcoming closings. The system is intuitive, easy to learn, and has made our workflow much smoother overall. Their customer service team is also excellent—always helpful and responsive when we need support. Cons A couple of areas could be improved. You can’t currently attach entire emails with attachments included under documents, which was a feature in SoftPro that I miss. It would also be helpful if the Properties screen allowed us to identify properties as either purchase or collateral when more than one property is involved.
