There is nothing out there that can currently compare to its level of service and competence. Pros It's extremely user friendly. You have the ability to learn the system on your own without the need of a formal teaching setting. Cons There are several state-specific needs and guidelines for our business that are not included or already built into the software. I highly recommend at least trialing the program. Pros Qualia Connect is a great feature that I use several times a day. The program is well integrated and although it takes some time to set up, you will save a significant amount of time on the back end. Pros is very easy to use, very straight forward. qualia even send out updates about new features we can use. Pros Qualia is intuitive, user-friendly, and understands our industry. It works with our other business partners so that we can do everything in the program and it's ACCURATE! I've tested it. Qualia Connect saves us an unbelievable amount of time reaching out to our customers and partners getting information that use to take us hours to obtain. It saves us time and money and costs less than both of the other programs we've used. Cons Nothing. We like it all. I wouldn't change anything. I am very happy about the overall turnaround time in resolving issues. The reps are always very pleasant. Pros It's integration with other closing software. We have not come across any discrepancies with rate calculations or endorsements. Cons There is no way to customize the software to your specific needs. For example, I handle title policies only so I would like the Policy Info & Rates page to be my default page when pulling up a file. There also needs to be a note section added to the existing Activity portion for the user to add specific notes & updates to the file. That way, I (and others) can see exactly where I left off on the file and refer back to the last note (Example: Spoke to the lender on 12/23. They need to update title commitment by 12/28. I previously had to use different software to do different things. With Qualia, I can do everything from organize and hold documents, have documents e-signed, process payments and link that to bank accounts, order necessary vendors, communicate safely and securely with clients, and so much more. Pros This software is very user-friendly. It's fast and simple. Have been using it for some time now and I can't think about using a different one. Support is very accurate and fast as well. The look and use of it is simple as a user but covers all of the bases that we need to fully function as a title company. I use Qualia throughout every step of my job. My favorite part is that it connects to the courthouses that I record through, making recording documents a breeze! Cons The only con that I've found with Qualia is that homebuyers have to accept the invitation to receive messages/emails through their Connect portal. Sometimes buyers overlook this step and have trouble finding the documents that we send them, when it would be easier if it was simply sent directly to them. Review Source JK JESSICA K. When I started with our company they had been using it for a little under a year so it was still newer to them. It's a very easy program to navigate - everything is laid out nicely and once given basic instructions it's not hard to be able to dive in for yourself and mess with it and easily figure out where everything is. Cons The things that could probably stand to be improved are lag time. You will enter an address in the address field and select one that auto populates but it cuts out half of the address. Very minute details. Pros As a new user of Qualia, I have found that I enjoyed its ease of use and how quickly I have been able to learn how to use it. Cons The main thing I dislike about Qualia is its occasional bugs. Qualia greatly improves employee productivity with its automations and intuitive structure. Without Qualia, I would need a larger staff. Also, because of the ease of use, employee morale is higher, as opposed to places I have worked where people seem to constantly complain about issues with other software programs. Pros Having only used older title software, I was amazed at Qualia's features when we began using it at my new firm. The software alone can do the job multiple people did manually at my old firm, especially if titlework is ordered through Qualia's marketplace. Integrations with title companies, shipping providers, and more drastically save time from not having to switch from website to website, login to login. Cons The most difficult part of Qualia is getting all the automated features set up as you want them. However, once things are set up, the automatically generated settings and documents save tons of time. Review Source CP Cheryl P. Pros My favorite featire of Qualia is the Task tab. I love being able to create a task for myself or others and check it off when complete.
