Overall its been a great working relationship. My only complaint would be the slowness in getting some corrections done.

Pros

I had been using a previous software for several years. Knew it very well. After a few days of familiarizing myself with Qualia it was very easy to jump in and get started.

Cons

There's still some corrections that need to be made to owner and lender policies

It has been a very enjoyable experience working with the Qualia people and learning more about the system.

Pros

I can not name one area of Qualia that I like better than the other. It is amazing piece of software for our industry. I started in this business before we used computers so I have depended on others to teach me the software. This SYSTEM is so easy to use that you do not need to stress over accomplishing the tasks for any file that you are working on. You can switch easily from 1 file to another without losing any information. The Company that I work for , DV Abstract, has been using this system for about 5 months now and we are constantly learning additional ways that this system . Your work is never lost. I have a daughter that works for a title company in Orlando that I am trying to get them to look at Qualia. They deal with a lot of New Construction and this system would be amazing for them. IN FACT , I will be in Florida the end of December into 1/2019 and I hoping that maybe I can get a chance to show them this system.

Cons

The only thing that I wish that I could do is drop and drag in my drop box folders from Qualia. I can drop and drag into Qualia but not the other way around.

Pros

This program is easy to use and offers a variety of options with regards to customizing templates/emails/documents. Allowing multiple users to access one file is amazing and allows for efficiency throughout our office. Thank you ,Qualia!

Cons

There are no “cons” for me. If I have any questions, the Qualia staff can be reached very easily!

Customer Service horrible, they do not assist, instead they tell you to go to their Qualia University chapter .... to read how to do anything. You do not have support even if you are at closing.

Pros

How they advertised their product and made me pay to sign up even to try out

Cons

Not fully customizable, the forms provided very limited, you have to upload all your forms and customize (takes forever). Even emails were not pulling any info from the file. Accounting - either pay for each service or you are stuck uploading daily positive pay reports for all your accounts. Same thing for other services. They advertise how easy to use, all automated, just wait after you pay, then you get to pay more for each additional service.

Qualia interfaces with CAD and we are able to locate properties faster, the file folders are all together and anyone can look at a file and see what has been done. Has great checklists. Came from a different program and this one is so easy to use. Also has great customer support who respond in a timely manner.

Pros

This product is easy to use, has great tutorials and make the whole process super streamlined.

Cons

We use marketplace and sometimes the interface doesn't seem to work and wants credentials. We use templates so when this happens it can be a pain.

Daily and weekly reports that are set up automatically. Compared to our previous software, i would call this the cadillac of title software.

Pros

The features seem easy to use and follow. We have not been on the software long but it seems to be exactly what we were looking for when we checked out the demo. This helped solve our title insurance splits. We like that clients can log on to the portal and view the title tracker. You can move to each section with ease. Also the integration with our underwriters is amazing. it is a one stop shop without have to leave and go to a different website to obtain info to input. the Support time and training have been amazing and very helpful.

Cons

It is time consuming to get our specific docs loaded and smart tagged.

I love the ease of using this program. My favorite is being able to print out envelopes & labels all from the same site, as well as being able to email people within the file. It's organized and easy to use.

Cons

The set up of documents was a little time consuming, however, once I figured out how to do it, it wasn't too bad.

Pros

This software is very user friendly which makes learning how to use it very easy. It integrates with companies we use like UPS and Simplifile, which cuts down on processing time. It allows you to create custom email templates and email documents directly from the software, which is also a time-saver

Cons

The accounting functions could use some changes. It is frequently difficult to balance the escrow files, and the bank reconciling does not always work.

Overall I have like the software there are just several glitches that need to be worked out to make the software such as their fed ex shipping feature is hit or miss most days.

Pros

The software does its best at making everything as simple as possible for you like how it auto populates so much for you saving you hours of mindless work.

Cons

In the year time we have experienced several glitches and the qualia help team is not what I would call quick to solve the issues.

Qualia has made my introduction into loan closings seamless and easier than I feared. I cannot recommend this team and this product enough!

Pros

This software is smarter than I am and knows what I need even before I do. The onboarding process helped me to set up for success and the customer service is the absolute best. They even gladly help with things that aren't software issues and help me correct mistakes I made on my end. So helpful and friendly every single time!

Cons

If there are features missing, I don't use them enough to even remember what they are!

Qualia is far more intuitive and easy to use than all of the similar software I have used in the past while working in the RE law industry.

Cons

Only thing to complain about is that it takes a long time waiting for checks to print from files. Slows me down during the day.

Overall, I, along with the rest of my coworkers love Qualia. It makes our work so much easier and our communication seamless.

Pros

I love the user-friendliness of Qualia, and how it keeps all my conversations organized in each specific file, as well as the Tasks list to make sure I'm on track with my tasks for the day.

Cons

The integrations with FedEx have been troublesome, although I know Qualia is not really to blame.

Pros

My company uses Qualia to keep track of upcoming closings. It's a nice place to go if I have a question about the progress of a contract.

Cons

The layout of the app and website seems a little older. It doesn't feel like its been tailored to modern day phones.

Pros

I love this software! It makes working as a team on files so much easier by being able to see who has what tasks assigned. The workflow is awesome for anyone currently trying to be paperless or already paperless...the efficient of the software makes it so easy.

Cons

For the most part its user friendly. I wish there were more docs and phrases for the CA files though.

It's been the best experience even in terms of using title software.

Pros

I use Qualia on the daily basis, I love it, I like all the features and things we can do from starting title works all the way to funding, accounting, recording, etc.

Cons

Some of the documents or tabs freeze from time to time but we always get good customer service representatives that solve any issues.
