Pros This software is very user friendly and connects everyone involved in the home buying/selling process. Cons It is expensive but totally worth it if you factor in the capabilities. " May 18, 2021 5.0 As a transaction coordinator working 30+ files weekly, Qualia honestly keeps me and my tasks in order for each file. As there are updates to the closing I get notifications via email and in my portal for Qualia. All tasks that are needed for the file are always available and I am able to move smoothly thru my closings with Title. Qualia is amazing !!!! Pros All dates and documents are updated on the Title end. As the file moves you are aware. Easy to navigate. Keeps all parties in the same loop. Cons I have no issues with Qualia. Pros Everything is on the cloud and 90% of what you need is within the software. I receive emails from clients DAILY thanking us for our fast turn time! Pros Qualia has made my job so much more efficient. Our entire office is running smoother thanks to this program! Everything links together seemlessly. Cons One thing we have a problem with is that the title fees "reset" to a default when there are changes to the loan and/or purchase price. We have a lot of different fee schedules for different clients and then we have our standard/default fees. We have to be extra careful to not send out CDs that have accidentally reset. Cons Some of the attorneys in my firm like to use older HUD settlement statements on cash deals. Pros The Access, Organization and Task List. Cons The accounting Section has a lot of safe features in it, but it seems you really have to input everything through the closing statement to get it to work (even with post closing items). June 5, 2019 5.0 Pros It is intuitive and easy to train everyone in our company with this software. The integration with other companies and their software is fantastic. We have also received good feedback from our clients with Qualia Connect. Cons No complaints. Hope that Qualia will integrate with remote mobile closings in the future. Incredibly easy to use and incredibly reliable. Cons Sometimes the software doesn't have the ability to allow me to manually add things to the CD. The system is intuitive and easy to use, and it's super helpful in keeping on track with files and communication with clients. Definitely glad we made the switch! Pros Easy to use and also super helpful in keeping on track of what needs to be done in the file. November 17, 2020 5.0 Fantabulous! From day 1 this software has saved me enormous amounts of time in scheduling and preparing closings. I'd be lost without it. Pros Integration and deployment of this software was fast and easy. It cuts down by 50% of the time to prepare for a closing. Cons Could be a bit more customizable and more multi-transactional friendly. For example for a sale transaction where I rep seller it would be nice if it showed everything from a sale perspective instead of a purchase perspective. Pros One of the office's biggest challenges was having to use multiple different systems and portals to complete each closing, which slowed all of their internal processes down. With the onset of the newly mandated TRID requirements, we knew that a disjointed approach would be unacceptable for meeting their goals. I appreciate the tech support available when the system goes down. Pros The accounting tool for funding a transaction on the purchase/ sale of a home is very efficient! Having options to group pieces together or select what accounts certain checks go to is vital.
