I like that you can integrate with UPS, Simplifile and Word. It's very fast, easy to edit, sending emails and scheduling settlement is a breeze. The integration with Simplifile is amazing. Pros I like how easily the information flows into other sections of the file. I really like the Edit in Word feature for PDF documents, and the fact that the Parcel ID is searchable right in the software. The autofill for property addresses is great because it also includes the county. Tagging coworkers in notes is really helpful. Assigning tasks is very easy. I could on and on. Cons On section E of the closing disclosure, when you answer the questions about taxes, the prices for the recordings won't change unless you click Start Recording Fee Calculation. Also, if you use that feature, there's automatically a Lien Cert, even though we put the Lien Cert in section B, not E and you can't remove it. Cons On my end of processing, there are minor things I do not like. Certain docs do not pull up all information. Pros I love that everything is right at your fingertips. Do not have to use multiple systems to achieve the end goal of closing. Cons Might be too many emails and reminders. Pros Every aspect of opening, processing, settlement, recording, and post closing are all in one place. Cons Not many clients want to utilize connect because they're happy to just use regular email and I don't know how to turn connect off. This is the first time I have used Qualia and I have not had any major issues with learning how to navigate around. Cons As of now, I don't see any cons. What more can I say. March 26, 2018 5.0 It has been a huge time saver for us, which has allowed us to focus on the bigger issues that tend to hold up settlement. We have also shortened our turnaround time on commitments. Pros The greatest benefit that I have noticed from switching over to Qualia is that it allows us to focus on the bigger issues that take up a lot of time. Since we have drastically cut down the time it takes to create a commitment due to the ease of the Qualia software; our processors are able to solve our clients title issues quicker, so there are less delays in settlement. Cons One change I would like to see is if you could drag and drop emails from Outlook into the system to save them, instead of having to print it and then save it into the system. October 19, 2018 5.0 Qualia has allowed us to prep and close a file in 1/2 the time. We set our file up, order our title, issue our policies and commitments, mail our UPS etc, all without leaving Qualia. Pros It is integrated with nearly every system we use, save us so much time (and time is money) allowing us to handle more transactions in less time! Cons Only con is you cannot move fees (Except for Lenders title and CPL) from one section to another without deleting and re-typing. Review Source SC Samantha C. Definitely recommend Qualia to all title companies that aren't already using it. Pros This software is great for title companies to keep all parties informed in a real estate transaction. I love the fact that it's easy to use and you can communicate with other parties within the platform. Cons No cons that I can think of at the moment. Pros I love the ease of everything populating where it needs to be. Not much manual entry is needed. Example: you receipt a check that is over what is due and it automatically makes a check for you to refund. that is just one thing. There are so many positive things every week we are like qualia does it again as it does something automatically without manually going in to create it. I also really like that I am able to get on to Qualia from home.
