Pros There is a lot of set up, but once done the work flow is smooth. Cons The final balancing and input of the CD/HUD is a little confusing. Pros It makes filling out forms much easier than printing and filling them out. It also takes some of the responsibility of getting the information out of my hands and puts it into the client hands. Cons If your needs don't fit right into the box, it can be confusing on how to complete the forms. Also, while it is a pro that it puts the information gathering into my clients hands, I sometimes prefer to help them complete it so I know it is done quickly. Review Source AA Alicia A. Attorney Law Practice Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Great Software and Great Customer Support" October 10, 2018 5.0 We have used Qualia to not only make our work easier and more streamlined but it has also made closings with our firm a more pleasant experience for our clients. They also seem to be continually improving their product and making upgrades in order to stay ahead of the times. My only regret is that we did not know about and sign up with them sooner. I highly recommend Qualia. Pros It was so easy to use from day one. We were up and running in no time. Cons We had one bad experience with the Marketplace. The title company (which turned out to be out of state, which I think was the problem) said that we would have a title search back within a certain time frame, and it was significantly longer. I have only been using it since October 2020, so someone else may be able to give a better review. Pros Qualia connect is a good part of the software. I really like being able to download everything and upload with ease. I love the connect features. Once you get use to the software it is pretty easy enough to get around. So much faster at finding a file and sending out e-mails with a click of a button. Qualia is definitely the most user friendly one which I have used. I have only used it for two months as that is how long I've worked at this company. July 18, 2019 5.0 Overall it's a visually appealing and user friendly service that I can refer to easily for anything I need in my real estate transactions. Pros I love when title companies and real estate brokerages utilize qualia for our transactions - it's a one-stop shop for our clients, our agents, our transaction team, the title company, the lender, and all other parties to enter information, share messages, and even store documents. Great features and it makes it very easy to check on the status of documents or title review during the transaction, even with post-closing tasks! Cons The messages feature is a little clunky sometimes when threading and replying to multiple parties. But overall it's still simple to use when just having a simple back and forth. I was fully functional my first day at my company, even though I had never used Qualia before. Cons Sometimes, it does things that are weird and unexpected, and not repeatable. Pros Easy To use - Consumer based platform for clients to view progress on file (Connect) - I also really like the reporting features, especially for the revenue/payee labels. You can store documents, prepare documents, send emails (secured and unsecured), make tasks, do your trust accounting, prepare closing disclosures and HUDs. On top of that, the software does all of these things very well! Cons They could definitely do better with their help section. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone.
