Cons

The Customer Service reps are 9 times out of 10 clueless and extremely unknowledgeable about the software system.

I like the way that this ties the transaction together and coordinates the parties. It keeps everyone on the same page (no pun intended) instantly instead of relying on the old school email/calling back and forth.

Pros

As an end-user in real estate, this software kept everything together and all parties coordinated for a recent closing.

Cons

I have only used this once. Not really much not to like. There was a feature of messaging where the processor sent me a message, and didn't necessarily want the seller to see. Maybe a little more privacy for document and messaging sharing?

Customer service is outstanding and love the web based design. Special kudos to repr.

Cons

Fed Ex integration has not been resolved, not working for over 2 months now. Keep following up with my open ticket # and keep getting the same response that "engineering" is working on it.

I like the ability to have all connections in one file, as well as documents and needed information.

Pros

I like being able to have communication with my business partners in one platform, where they can assign tasks for me to not forget. I can update contact information and send messages on each file.

Cons

The thing I like least about this software is just having to log into another account. After the initial set up, I haven’t had much issue.

Pros

Filling out the agent/customer information online vs. filling out a form.

Cons

Emailing. We handle hundreds of emails daily and having to log into Qualia to send an email is very inefficient. In fact, I often have to send an email through Qualia and send the same email to other recipients via Outlook, so I've got two email trains going on the same topic.
