"Great option for nonprofits"

**Overall:** I've worked in Virtuous with many of my nonprofit clients and have overall been very pleased with my experiences.

**Pros:** Virtuous is a user friendly and intuitive system. It's easy to get customized reports and information quickly. Virtuous Marketing and Automation are great tools for creating personalized and segmented communications without sacrificing time. The built in dashboards are also helpful for quick high level reporting.

**Cons:** Moves management for MGO portfolios is a little difficult to do natively in Virtuous.

"Virtuous has been a valuable asset to our organization!"

**Overall:** It is an immense help to our organization to implement an API between Virtuous and our mission-trip tracking platform. Also, having a single location where we can house our contact database and seamlessly interact with our website and marketing efforts is excellent!

**Pros:** In my role, I utilize gift tracking, contact profiles, query tools and reports, email marketing, and campaigns. Each of these features are easy to use and updated efficiently in the Virtuous admin settings.

**Cons:** Campaign integration still feels clunky to me, even after support calls, reading articles, and receiving training. The data represented through the campaigns is not easy to retrieve at a snapshot.

**Reasons for Switching to Virtuous:** Not sure - that decision was before my time, but I believe that functionality was not as comprehensive on the iDonate platform.
