Pros: There isn't much to like about this software except that it allows people to meet by phone and by computer at the same time

Cons: Requires special meeting IDs and phone numbers that are just overly complicated. Browser extensions and desktop software fails to work properly. Use GoToMeeting or Hangouts instead, as you can setup a meeting in one-click.

I utilized RingCentral for all my calls in the office and remotely for a customer service position.

Pros: I appreciated that RingCentral is utilized through my laptop, via my cell phone, and translated into voicemails via email and more. When I received a call on my laptop, the navigation through RingCentral made it easy to transfer calls, create a conference call, and track the numbers I received calls from. On top of that, RingCentral integrated with the Zoho CRM and allowed me to make calls through the CRM, logging my calls and providing the opportunity to document what the call was for, and more.

Cons: I found that after my cell phone was linked to RingCentral, even though customers were not calling my personal number, I started to receive a large number of spam calls to my personal number. I'm not sure if there was a link between RingCentral having my actual phone number and the spam calls but I started to think it could be a possibility.

Pros: I like the flexibility of changing your location along with your desk phone. Also the conference options

Cons: stability can be hit or miss at times depending on ones internet connection. Would love easier ways to do call routing other then logging into your account portal

Pros: Offers a lot of features for your money, customer service is great and very helpful. Account managers respond to inquiries for quickly.

Cons: Sometimes there is static during calls. Have to use Ring Central phone equipment in order for them to help with phone product issues.

Overall: great customer service

Comments: Amazing software, 100% recommended.

Pros: Ring Central is a great way to talk to friends and family in the US, I also it for worf though and it aleays worked great when I had to make and receive calls from clients.

Cons: There is not a bad thing that I can remember from this Ring Central. I had a great experience using it for 2 months.

Pros: With Ring Central, we have one central cloud-based software that keeps us in contact with our customers and vice versa. Each of our employees has their own extension and lets the system know that when they are available to accept calls.

Cons: A couple of times the software has gone down and we had to spend a couple of hours without communicating or responding with our customers.

Overall: The benefits of having a phone service provider to keep in contact with our customers, each employee has their own extension, voicemails, recorded messages, and more.

Pros: Integrates so social media easily. It keeps track of all the contacts that I made. It was mobile and integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud app. EASILY!!! Calls went down with no problems at all.

Cons: It's a bit costly for my small business budget. Set up was a bit time-consuming. Getting in touch with customer service was a hassle due to the wait time.

Pros: The software functions for the most part. Mostly plug and play, and I could usually get someone on the phone which was quite often.

Cons: The company uses shady business practices and has hidden auto renew clauses that they keep to themselves. After 4 years as a customer we are closing the business and wanted to down size or completely terminate the service. We were told we would have to keep paying for another 8 Months because unbeknownst to us they kept auto renewing our 1 year contract that we signed 4 yrs ago. Beware this company Super Shady! BAD!!!

Overall: At the end of our experience with this service we learned to stay away and warn others.

Ringcental has helped our contact center better!

Comments: It's good but sometimes it also helps if the people running it and their customer support would make up for their services provided.

Pros: It has text features that you can use to do follow ups. You can also easily tract calls and create a queue.

Cons: Their customer service is really bad and sometimes there are glitches and bugs that becomes an issue. They tell you that they'd get back with you once they find a solution but you'll be waiting for nothing.

Pros: Fully featured, works out of the box, simple easy to use interface, works with any SIP based hardware.

Cons: The only con I have foudn so far is it doesn't work with video end points which might be deal breaker for some. There work around is to use there meeting software which I believe is powered by goto meeting. There meeting software is a nice included feature but not a replacement for 2 video end points.

Overall: Great quality VoIP platform. Completely unifies all of our communications.

Pros: Many functions for you to manage the contact center info. Flexible and easy to set up and train user.

Cons: it would be great if it could develop into CRM systems, so users no need to manage 2 systems to save time.

Pros: Having utilized RingCentral while performing work as an independent contractor in the oil fields, I can truly say this is the best there is out there! Easy to use, exceptionally straightforward.

Cons: There is not a single thing that I can say in a negative light about this software. We are beyond pleased and recommend it 100%!

Pros: The idea behind thsi program is wonderful. To not have to use a personal number in theory is a very useful tool

Cons: For our company, the easy of use is not well performed. The calls that come in are often dropped or the call does not show up at all. when you answer the other end does not always connect

Pros: I like that this software is easy to download and widely used. I have come across several companies that utilize this software.

Cons: For what it is - a video chat meeting service - I do not have any real complaints about this software. It does what it needs to do.

Pros: The product is extremely easy to schedule and start meetings with the users. Also, since I predominately use the product for client facing meetings.. it's extremely important that the product is easy to access for the client and it is! I have yet to hear any of my clients having issues getting logged into our meeting - which is great!

Cons: I'm sure it's a feature that I don't know how to turn off in the settings but I would like to have the screen camera automatically turned off when I open the meetings.

Overall: Ease of use with my clients - never any issues getting signed in!

Pros: I like collecting data from calls (how many/time duration). It is helpful in analyzing and planning how/who to direct calls to.

Cons: Once you get used to software, it is easy to use. Wish there was scheduling option to change out-of-office during holidays automatically.

Pros: I love that I can insert a lead list and call them way faster than I would on salesforce alone and it works directly with salesforce updating my lead list for me

Cons: It doenst catch duplicates very well sometimes I will end up calling the same person twice in a day

Overall: An ease to contact all my clients making productivity increase by almost triple!

Pros: The company provides great customer service and support, online and phone support is great to setup and configure. connection quality was always good or better.

Pros: I like being able to use it across any device be it my desk top, laptop, tablet or whatever. I also like that my voicemails will go to my email. That is very helpful to me. Their customer support is extremely helpful. I have always dreaded calling any companies customer service except this one.

Cons: The only downside is that with it being cloud based if your internet is down or bad then your phone service will be as well but you are going to have this issue with any cloud based VOIP not just Ring Central. They are a great company and wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Overall: Excellent cloud based VOIP service.

Pros: The system is super easy to manage, You can create unlimited extensions, manage your automatic messages, send/receive faxes, send/receive voice messages and sms, and much more!

Cons: In order to be able to send sms from every extension or receive direct calls, you need to have a dedicated phone number and the price for each number tend to be pretty high.

Pros: I am a recruiter who works remotely and I currently use RingCentral non-stop. It has simplified and optimized my workflow. It has made me dramatically more effective because: - ease of use - reliability - effective product design

Cons: I have yet to find a negative. It would be beneficial if I could set the product to record a call without me having to log on to the conference call and push record. But that is a minor issue. It would be nice if it integrated with my Greenhouse ATS

Pros: the product has a very good smartphone app to make/ receive calls. the features are very good allows for setting custom call workflows and assignments. Since migrating from Vonage we have not had many issues with the service.

Cons: The overall migration process from one provider to the other can be improved, it took us almost 1 week to get setup. Similarly the app is not the best solution to replace a hand held telephone, some flexible options need to be available to make Ring central a power voip solution.

Overall: recommend as a virtual voip solution.

Pros: Texting, having the app from computer to cell phone, create groups. There is more to do then you may think you need, until you start implementing them and realize how much more productive it is.

Cons: Customer service is rough to say the least, it takes like 15 minutes just to validate the account and by then your already frustrated before you even address why you called. It is also glitchy on the ring at random times, no idea why and no resolution given so far.

Pros: what I like the most with ring central is that it has many use, i can call the clients, they can send me their documents thru fax i can record the call

Cons: what I like the least with this soft ware is that my session always expired, its pretty tiring logging in and out of it.

Pros: I like the ability to install in the Desktop App, Cellphone and even on my tablet. The fax feature is very simple, its just the number@rcfax.com, other service use very long fax email in order to send by email, you can print directly to fax, or fax from Desktop App. I can send Pictures from the Desktop App and from Mobile App, this is very useful for my work. They had a promotion for a fee Headset and they delivered. I have used the service for a couple of years already and experienced only one downtime for an hour or two, so very reliable. The cost is higher than most of the other providers. But, I guess its worth it.

Cons: I always get confused with the settings, it is not very easy to get the actual system going. I have experienced some glitches where the app does not open on the desktop, I have to call myself once, then the app stays open after that.

Overall: It helps me with my sales, I could not work without this software.

Pros: Easy to setup phones, the soft phone is awesome I use it all the time. I like getting ym voicemail in email. Simple cloud managed solution. If you have solid internet the call quality is very good.

Cons: Some times administration can be a little confusing. Usually it is decent though. It is cloud based, when amazon had an outage last month, the phones were down for a bit.

Pros: Most softphones systems work great, although, what I really love about RingCentral is their customer support. They tend to make calls to me and my co-workers to know about our experience constantly, you can clearly see that they cater to their users, which is something I deeply admire from any type of company.

Cons: As any softphone system, if you internet connection is not working properly, the calls' quality will deminish, so, in general I would recommend you to check your Internet speed before making a call, reset your router or your modem if you're experience a low connection, and then make the call, to ensure the quality.

Overall: A great communication software, great for any company that has a lot of remote users, essential for International Marketing.

Pros: What I like most is that the real time reports that are available for everyone who uses it. It shows performance and productivity which is useful to gauge yourself throughout the day.

Cons: What I like least about the software is the inability to handle multiple calls at once. I'm unable to put one on hold and answer another which can be very difficult in this line of work.

Pros: This is a great program. Easy and simple to use. Numbers get forwarded wherever you like. E-Fax can go anywhere and changed any time.

Cons: Nothing really bad to say. Does exactly what it it claims to do. Very simple, practical, and easy to use.

Pros: Great video quality with remote desktop capabilities built in. You can annotate on screen in real time and whiteboard over video.

Cons: Lacks a linux integration which it's competitors have. As well, its a re-licensed product where the oem license has a linux mode.

Pros: I have been using VoIP for a long time now. As far as service, they are very good. Their system is set up for the end user to be able to set up their own system and arrange it however they want. It is nice that you don't have to call tech support every time you want to change a feature.

Cons: The ALL ACCESS is also a bit of a con for some people. Too much power means you can easily mess up the system. You can delete accounts or rearrange the phone tree if you aren't careful. (This is only for super users/Admins)

Pros: i really like the ease of the system. its very user friendly and its nice to be able to send different rings for different people.

Cons: i have not had anything happen to dislike the product. the only dislike i have, is you cannot not always see where the calls are coming from. It will show us an internal ext and it will; be an outside call and it wasnt transferred.

Pros: Not only does this software use my number, I have an additional number as well as fax capabilities. It also has text capabilities and the RingCentral features like RC meetings and Glip. It can be used through a softphone, computer, or cell phone/tablet. All of this costs as much as I was previously paying for one line through our phone company.

Cons: It can be a pain when needing to use it on another computer. I have to go into the website, deactive the other computer to use it on the one I am on at the time. It's an extra step that takes time that I usually don't have.

Overall: It's saved me money and given me more capability than my phone company ever could. It's also made it so I can be anywhere in the world working and still be able to use my business phone. It's been a great investment.

Pros: RingCentral allows us to host screen shares with our new customers through out the sales and onboarding process. We can walk through their accounts together with multiple people all across the country.

Cons: The worst part about RingCentral is all of the dropped calls and app crashes. We've been in the middle of meetings where calls have dropped or the app crashes on the customers computer. This is especially challenging in the sales process.

Overall: RingCentral allows us to schedule and host screen shares with our potential and new customers.

Pros: Ideal business internet phone system on the market. Everything in one place - telephone, fax, text, zoom meetings, quick chat, you name it - Ring Central has it. The Ring Central App has benefited our business immensely. We can have sales associates on the road and still transfer calls from the office to them; the customer will not know whether they are in the office or on the road. Quick chat function (Glip) makes it easy to set up teams via chat (e.g. Sales Team) to push up daily targets, communicate fast and easily to a specific person, etc. People often respond to a message quicker than a phone call! The capabilities of Ring Central are endless. I would recommend anyone looking at a telephone system to check out Ring Central in detail.

Pros: As a remote worker, it's great for staying connected to the rest of the team. I can quickly start up a meeting because it also plugs in to my email, my Slack, and I use the mobile app as well.

Cons: Changing meeting details or cancelling a meeting feels like a lot of steps. I wish it was easier to just move it in my calendar instead of having to go into the application to make changes.

Pros: If you are looking to get a VOIP system and you need to look around at all of the different options, most of the systems out there have the same features but some can cost you a lot more than others.

They do have a great outgoing fax (email to fax) system, you set up your email address in their system to allow outgoing faxes and simply email your attachment to (faxnumber)@rcfax.com you'll get an email confirmation of the attempt and success or failure.

Cons: Cost, I found a different system that saved me 1/2 each month. I did run into some voice issues with them, but they were able to fix it rather quickly.

Overall: Cost too much to get benefit.

Pros: We switched to this platform from another popular one because it has better VoIP stability. It's particularly good for video conferencing and has good options for displaying multiple participants. I like how each participants has a static meeting number available. Also like the ability to enable meetings to begin before the meeting owner arrives.

Cons: Relative to other VoIP solutions, this user interface is a bit more confusing to use, not as intuitive. Particularly confusing settings on mac, like 'minimal view' which I'm not sure who would ever use. Should be able to minimize and controls should not be visible when screen sharing enabled. If there are many video screens on, it can be more prone to crashing on mac.

Pros: All the features of an on-prem PBX but hosted on the cloud: works with IP phones and soft phones, mobile apps. Does not require a dedicated internet line and yet get high QoS. Very easy deployment to remote offices.

Cons: The most annoying thing about this thing is that its a phone software, that never lets you answer the phone....
I can answer the phone maybe 3 out of 10 times, which is really really frustrating.
I contacted their customer service more than once and they dont really have the skill set to help you. I did an internet speed test, (even though i know its not my internet, but their "technical service " instead i do it) and also to restart my phone. So yeah that's the technical service you can expect from ring central.

Pros: I love this tool because it connects directly to the landline, and it tracks all your outgoing, receiving, and missed called. It also keeps track of all the texts that are sent, and I love this feature!

Cons: My least favorite thing about ring central is that there have been a few times that it won't send a text message when I need it too. I have to log out and then log back in, and then it works. It may be an update issue.

Pros: I like the user friendly buttons and tools. Re-sending or forwarding a fax is very easy. The small window keeps it convenient to access on my cluttered workstation.

Pros: It's pretty easy to set up. The team at Ring Central is knowledgeable about single-location offices. Call recording is a great feature, and it's also nice to be able to forward calls to a cell phone when needed.

Cons: For clients with multiple locations, Ring Central techs need time to figure things out. For example, one two-location client we had wanted to use the same phone number for each location. There is a phone tree when you call, asking which location to connect to. Unfortunately, it took about a week after going live for Ring Central to figure out how to route the call correctly. But, once done, the service is great.

Overall: Ring Central is a great service with all of the features you need for VOIP. Call recording and forwarding are generally the most used features amongst our clients.

Pros: I don't pay the invoice, I've never needed customer service, and I rarely use video. That being said, I don't think I've ever had a technical issue with RingCentral. It's great for screensharing and conference calls, signal is fantastic. In fact, I downloaded the RingCentral apps for my laptop and iPhone so I can use them remotely. Very convenient!

Cons: The UX is a bit clunky. Sometimes RingCentral creates multiple windows and goes fullscreen, and it takes more than a couple clicks to get things formatted how you want them. Exiting meetings isn't entirely intuitive either. With a few UX edits, I think this tool would be stellar!

Overall: Easy to use, convenient for conference calls and sharing screens

Pros: Ring Central is one of the best VOIP systems. There are many integrations (with CRMs like Salesforce for instance) and the interface is easy to use (on your computer or cell phone). The features that the vast majority of companies need are available and easy to set-up.

Cons: There are bugs/issues a bit too often. If your business requires constant phone calls, your phone system's reliability is of the utmost importance. Unfortunately, Ring Central has issues quite often. It's most often resolved quickly, but not always. Also, customer support (especially tech support) isn't as fast/efficient as it should be.

Pros: I love the screen sharing feature. We are working on a large software upgrade/redesign at my work and have been able to use this software to easily hold meetings remotely while not sacrificing the necessary visuals. It has been instrumental in our ability to expedite decision making while not having to meet face to face. It has also enabled training and demonstration. The video quality is fantastic and we are able to display it on the large screen in our conference room without a problem. I also love that when someone is talking, it displays who is talking at the top of the screen. This makes it easy to follow a conversation quickly and with minimal disruption.

Cons: There is really nothing that I can say that is negative. I'm sure something will come up eventually but right now, I feel nothing but positivity!

Overall: Easy visual meetings, excellent video quality.

Pros: No need to have anything but a desk phone, computer, or mobile device, and the internet to make it work. It is very feature-rich. They work with many phones, even others like Microsoft say are not compatible. If you have a bunch of old equipment that won't work with another cloud provider, RC will be one of your best bets to work with your hardware. If even they don't work with your devices, you probably need to get rid of your archaic technology. Provision is very quick and easy. Their chat support has less than a 10-minute wait, usually no wait. Their support is very capable. They handle all firmware upgrades automatically, at least with our VVX phones.

Cons: Cost much more than a locally-hosted system but I think if money is not an issue, it's much better to let your company do what it does best, and let RC do what it does best. Don't try to be a VoIP provider company just for yourselves. Let the pros do it (unless if you're a VERY large company maybe).
Don't pay crazy more for phones from them, just buy them on Amazon and provision them yourself in about three minutes. For rare, advanced problems, sometimes their support drops the ball and you need to contact your account manager. Sometimes he'll be out of the office for several days though. Anytime we've had more than two phones down, they have been able to solve our problems by the next morning, even for CRAZY issues. Most of the time support is very great and I recommend it.

Overall: If you are starting out, you might want to try a cheaper provider first, or bundle with Office 365 if you already have that. I know this is a solid solution. I've never had the chance to use anything else for VoIP, but I know this will get certainly get the job done well. I would have no reservations going into this at all if you need to make a quick decision. This company will be able to handle your system and do everything you need within reason.

Cons: Without physically going in and changing my status, I could receive calls 24/7. Never really found out where to change my "ring" tone.

Overall: I looked at several VOIP services and Ring Central seemed to have "it". Since I work from home I didn't want my personal home number or work cell number out there because then I'd have a difficult time weeding out business vs personal calls. With forwarding I was able to set up different tones depending on the call type, without having to pay for "vanity" numbers.

Pros: Very quick to set recruiters and employees up with their own extensions. Fairly easy to work on call forwarding (ex: 1 for recruiting, 2 for dispatch, etc). Call quality is also fantastic.

Cons: Lots of bugs seem to pop up, also goes offline a little more than I'd normally prefer. Tech support seems to fix the issue, only for it to arise again for a few days.

Pros: I like being able to track calls on a call log that I can download into Excel. I can download call logs and use the Find option in Excel to check for numbers to prove the presence of calls. I use the RingCentral app on my smart phone. The ability to text as well as call is very helpful because so many people will read a text ahead of a voice message. Multiple users were not difficult to set up after support walked me through the process.
Support was always helpful, although they did encourage me to learn to do things without them.
Security is good; there are multiple places requiring a second login to reach.
Having the fax option is most helpful.

Cons: The interface is a little intimidating until you have worked with it for awhile. The tutorials were outdated when I began.

Overall: The calls come through efficiently and effectively. I don't think I've ever had to say "RingCentral has messed something up." Consistently, quietly efficient.

Pros: Once it is set up, it can handle all the telephone needs of a SMB. Rich feature set - most of what you could possibly want is available.

Pros: Call center analytics side is fantastic, reporting is a sink, it takes sometime to get used to but afterwords its great.

Cons: Customer service when you do need something, can be quite challenging - this company has not scaled its support to sales very well.

Pros: Records my calls when I need it to, sends calls to my cell when I'm out of the office. It also sends voicemails to my cell when I am not in the office. So overall it takes care of all of my phone needs.

Cons: Sometimes the reception is spotty. This is very frustrating because I am a salesman and I need my voice to come off positively or else I can lose a sale.

Overall: Making phone calls, recording call in case I forgot something, showing my calls to my boses for them to grade me, for coaching purposes, etc.

Pros: Using RingCentral you'll be able to set up a professional call forwarding system to keep your customers and potential customers in good hands faster.

Cons: It will take some time to get this set up properly. The customer service is also spotty. You can spend hours on the phone with them working out issues.

Pros: The ability to have a central office number for all communication and texting is great! It is so helpful to have the app not tied to a single phone, so depending on who is working, they can log in and monitor the office remotely.

Cons: It could be nice to have all of ring central's solutions in one app. I realize they have reason for having them separate, but it would be nice to have them combined so I'm not jumping from one app to another.

Pros: Our office utilizes RingCentral for all of our faxing needs. The program is very easy to navigate and is very reliable. We love the almost instant notification when a fax fails so we can remedy the issue immediately with our clients.

Cons: The program does take a little longer to load at the initial start up but other than that, the program works great.

Pros: Very powerful solution that can be fully managed through their online interface. I like the support of all of the Polycom phones, support for presence, call queue setups, schedules, etc. It's a very comprehensive system that does a LOT.

Cons: Two issues we have.....

1) We used to use phone.com and we found we had better control of the call flow using their system. We've run into some call flow planning issues due to limitations of Ring Central.

2) WOW their customer support is bad bad bad! At least I just had a terrible experience. We hired a new employee and I needed to setup his phone. We had an existing line setup that we weren't using. I just needed to update the line to use his new phone. It wouldn't let me add his phone to the existing line and wanted me to make a new line. I did that and then I had two lines on the extension. I tried to delete one of the extensions and it said I cannot. I call support and the lady on the phone said she "Ok I can fix this for you but don't ever let this happen again". She was dead serious. I got upset at her about that comment. Long story short, she kept me on hold for 35 minutes then said she couldn't do it and they would call me when it's done. I called back in the next day, talked to someone else and within 10 minutes everything was fixed. What the hell!

Overall: Overall good product but there is a learning curve on the setup (Complex interface) and their phone support isn't great

Offers a more effective option for business communication.

Pros: My favorite feature is the faxing capability. I love that I don't have to print anything! I can upload files to fax them out, and I receive .pdf files that I can view and not have to print.

Cons: It is very simple to use. I haven't encountered a problem yet, and have not had to contact customer service.

Comments: I use RingCentral in our business every day. I can easily determine who has called during the past 60 days, and how often. I can also evaluate how many calls I'm missing, and I have the capability to quickly reference all of those calls that need to be returned. This software is a bit pricy, but if they could incorporate a better data function for customers it would be more than worth the cost.

Pros: RingCentral provides a valuable resource for companies with high call volumes. I like the fact that you can have multiple users and each user can be set up with their own Voice Messaging. The ability to create multiple greetings depending on if there is someone there to take the call, the time of day, if you are open or closed, or gone on vacation. I'm certain that RingCentral is more than most small businesses will ever use, but enough to take care of nearly every telephone need.

Cons: There is no way to maintain a useful database for your customers. Although there is a Contact feature, it's very basic. This Software would be a home-run if it had a useful database feature. For example, when a call comes in, it would be able to pull up a customers record on-screen that could be edited while speaking to the customer. It would also be useful to be able to import a CVS file to capture existing customers.

Pros: Ring Central is an affordable option to use. We have used it over the last several years. What we liked was pricing, features and ease of use for non-technical users.

Setting it up and having it look like you had a whole team working for you rather than our smallish staff was a nice plus. In addition, we easily had one account that was used for a couple of different businesses without causing any confusion for our clients.

Pros: The software is thoroughly accurate and reliable. If you're often OoO and travel frequently, Ring Central does a great job of managing your phone calls. It's also incredibly easy when accessing calls in your email queue.

Cons: For reasons unbeknownst to me, the app is much easier to use from your desktop computer or laptop. Whenever I need to access the app during travel, it's more difficult to navigate the features. I've resorted to playing the message in my Gmail account, which works much easier than accessing the mobile app. RingCentral needs to sync devices far more seamlessly .

Comments: I would not recommend this software as I feel there are other options available with the same features.

Pros: The features on the application are user friendly. You are able to call, text or fax through one application. There is also an application for mobile and tablet devices as well as a desktop version.

Cons: I've been using this software for over a year now and the customer service is lacking and the website is difficult to maneuver to customize the settings which typically resulted in me having to call customer service. They are overseas and there is a lag time in responses and an average phone call for support was never less than 30 minutes. There were several times that my customized settings were cleared out and I had to set everything up again.

Pros: Easy to set up the automatic recording of inbound calls; quickly can set incoming and outgoing calls to record; can set up automatic recordings for any number of users; will save a large number of recordings; ability to customize announcements; automatic emails are sent when a call is recorded automatically; download/playback for up to 90 days. Digital fax enables you to send faxes right from email. Ability to check voicemails from phone/email is great for remote employees.

Cons: None - I think this feature is fantastic and great for any type of business. Keep in mind that this is internet based, so if internet is down, the phone system will be also.

Overall: Staff can receive work calls/voicemails while not sitting at their phone.

Pros: I like that it totally removes the need to take notes during phone calls and try to pass them on to other individuals within the office. It takes away a lot of steps that would be needed, and is also a safe back up for any issues that may arise from discrepancies.

Cons: It can be extra work trying to toggle between recording and not recording calls as there are some instances for confidentiality that we can't record phone calls.
