You cannot recover and use old licenses..even when I had the physical machines, the company is not capable of activating the licenses on that machine and charging huge amounts! Customers are provided with license certificate and it is important that customer retains the license serial key. Since the license is a perpetual license you have purchased, the license is 100% owned by you. If you had taken a subscription license we would have control on your license. Normal process is to return a license before you format your system, and in the event of a system crash, you would be able to reset the license on the same system. Pros We've been using Cadmate for exactly 2 years now. Good decision for the company to use the application for cad platforms. Quick adaptability for our users from other branded cad programs to Cadmate. We've received valuable comments to our users related to the ease of use, less utilization of computer resources, cad file sizing. Cons One good thing with them is they are continuously improving their products and they are open to the wish list of the end-users. Anything to improve is being raised to their R&D team.
