It is simplifying the meeting/conference room reservation for staff & faculty Pros It was easy to customize and manage. The customer support are amazing and very helpful. The initial price was acceptable as well as the yearly maintenance fee. Cloud based, you dont need to worry about the server security or performance. Cons The vendors need to invest more in graphics. The number of modules overwhelms how they have covered everything that happens in an Autonomous Higher Education Institute.
