Comments: I've been using it at work - SaaS company. We're quite happy with it. Offers a lot of flexibility other NPS providers don't.
Pros: I enjoyed having the ability to tailor the product to my needs and having such a supportive team (from their end) at my discretion. Makes my job much easier being able to target and track my current client book and address their needs proactively rather than waiting until it's too late.
Cons: There is some PD in the pipeline which will enhance the product and make it an absolute must have!
