Da dicembre 2024 stiamo utilizzando il nuovo software di Sengerio per la gestione completa delle attività legate alla vendita dei titoli di viaggio per i nostri servizi di Trasporto Pubblico Locale, articolate in tre principali ambiti operativi: •Vendita tramite rivendite autorizzate •Vendita online attraverso portale web •Gestione delle attività di back office In ciascuno di questi ambiti, la piattaforma si è dimostrata altamente performante, affidabile e ampiamente personalizzabile, rispondendo in modo preciso a tutte le nostre esigenze operative, sia in termini di vendita che di rendicontazione. Nonostante la complessità del sistema che gestiamo — con quasi 11.000 tariffe diverse e circa 267.000 relazioni tra tariffe e tratte — il software garantisce un’eccellente fluidità di utilizzo, supportando efficacemente sia le operazioni di vendita che quelle di gestione e aggiornamento (come variazioni tariffarie e produzione di reportistica). La piattaforma dedicata ai rivenditori, ticketing.sengerio.com, è stata progettata con attenzione all’usabilità, offrendo un’interfaccia intuitiva che rende le operazioni di vendita semplici, rapide e con un margine di errore minimo. Il portale web per la vendita online consente invece agli utenti registrati di gestire in autonomia il proprio profilo e di acquistare i titoli di viaggio con facilità, offrendo un’esperienza d’uso immediata e fluida. Infine, l’area di back office accessibile tramite tickets.sengerio.com, dedicata agli operatori aziendali, consente un elevato livello di personalizzazione nella gestione delle tariffe, dei titoli di viaggio e delle attività di rendicontazione. Il vero punto di forza di Sengerio è l’essere stato sviluppato in stretta collaborazione con gli operatori del settore — personale di biglietteria, commerciale e contabile — garantendo così una soluzione realmente costruita su misura per chi lavora quotidianamente nel mondo della mobilità pubblica.

Il software è dinamico e completamente customizzabile in base alle proprie esigenze, risulta funzionale sia per l'utilizzo degli operatori aziendali che per le rivendite autorizzate

Non ho svantaggi da elencare dato che tutti i punti deboli sono stati corretti e modificati su mia richiesta

So far really good, we are looking forward to being able to review the invoicing and driver app and other areas for product integration

Pros

Product is clean and good looking, it appears simple to use but has some complex areas which we have found challenging, being a small company with limited resources we have leaned heavily on the customer support team and they have been very good.

Cons

Slight inconsistency with ability to customize areas, for example quotes and communications relating to orders are customizable with the ability to create templates, however this does not follow through to invoicing (although support have offered to help) There is some lack of clarity when it comes to data import and export but again support have helped us.

Pros

\- Excellent scheduling features - Brilliant QuickBooks link for accounting and invoicing - Driver App and driver sheets easy to use - Customer service and support are next to none - online knowledge bank helpful - Being a software developer Sengerio always listen to ways in which they can make the process faster or more efficient

Cons

I found it quite difficult to critique the software but if I'm being ultra picky, having the scheduling diary more mobile friendly for all the team to see would help but even in its current it works from an operations perspective.

Uso sengerio da qualche anno, ottimo programma di gestione totale d'azienda

Pros

Prodotto molto intuitivo e funzionale, ottima la convisione dei servii con autisti/fornitori

Cons

La parte del noleggio con conducente dovrebbe essere più sviluppata. Nel complesso comunque fa il suo dovere egregiamente
