"My Review of Outreach "

**Overall:** Overall I like the tool. I like adding prospects to sequences and having the action notation to Salesforce

**Pros:** It keeps me organized and accountable for my day. As an account executive, this is critical. The automation saves so much time in my day.

**Cons:** Interface navigation can be a little challenging sometimes. There were times where I could not find the button to click to remove someone from a sequence.

"Perfect for outbound "

**Pros:** Great for outreach analytics, automation and sequencing - also helpful to allow dials from different dial codes.

**Cons:** Generally nothing to complain about, however if you do need assistance, sometimes the response rate can be a bit slow.
