It's not bad at all, but something just feels missing. There are some pros but it most certainly feels limited compared to something like Buzzstream. However, the reports, visually, are better.

Pros

The reports are visual and pretty cool to be able to get a macro-overview of your campaigns and sequences. Also, being able to directly connect your SMTP of choice is a great and welcome feature.

Cons

Navigating around Outreach is a pain. Things aren't always in the place you think they would be. So it's not that intuitive. They need a bit of a UX overhaul.

Pros

Tracking capabilities along with being able to organize and execute tasks by sequence. Great way to reach out to hottest contacts. In addition great way to ensure you don't double down on sequences with the same contact.

Cons

The tool is so complex it can be difficult to master at first. It will take about 2-3 months of daily use to master importing, and executing multiple sequences.

Faster Access to move Prospects down the Lead-Path-Funnel

Pros

Templates and Sequences easy to add one-off info on the fly to customize responses...Luv Tasks Dashboard and easy to make follow-up Tasks/Call-backs...view into Open/Clicks is great to prioritize Leads and gain insights to interests

Cons

...hmm, pain to deal with Duplicates in SalesForce (Our fault for such a Duplicate-ridden database, bah!)...not real-time database updates to Outreach is a time killer...Nice to have Header Prompting an Opt-Out with date but not including the Year is sub-optimal...some tasks Imperva wants requires going back to Salesforce to populate instead of being Integrated (working in 2 Databases is time-killer)

Pros

I like that is syncs with Salesforce and has a lot of different tools within to really break down your campaigns and business development to keep everything organized.

Cons

I don't like the fact that the tools are great to use but they over complicate a lot of it making it much more difficult to use then some competitors. Price wise I think they are about double what I pay for t he competitor and I just don't see the overall value of the tool.

\- Ease of use in conjunction with Salesforce. - Sequences are the way I think about communicating with customers now! - Integrated sidebar - Ease of uploading new prospects - Email scheduling intelligence - Daily Outreach email updates - Much more...

Cons

Continue to improve the email editor. The features are of a good quality but I often have erroneous formatting issues, like hitting backspace and it overwrites words or does not perform as anticipated. I've had font and size issues in the past. I usually draft my emails in Word to avoid this then copy/paste to Outreach.

We've been having some issues with sales hitting their sales goal. The program helps keeps on track with tasks and not being overwhelmed for the day.

Pros

I love that this web based tool isn't just targeted to sales. It includes the management team and the operations team. It is focused on outbound sales which is what is needed within our company.

Cons

Sometimes if things don't go through, you aren't notified of the failure. There is also a bit of learning curve. Sales must be engaged and ready to adopt.

Pros

Outreach allows Sales to continually follow up with leads via email sequences without the necessity of manually sending out each and every email. It's a time saver.

Cons

If you have mandatory fields that are attached to certain lead statuses, you really need to make sure the Outreach setup is accurate. Otherwise, it's very easy to lose data integrity.

\- Best email sequencing system that I've came across - Power dialer along with voicemail drop (currently in beta) - Great reporting features out of the box

Cons

\- UI is a bit clunky due to all of the features offered - Can be difficult to navigate

Pros

Relatively easy to use, good integration with Salesforce which eliminates a lot of duplication for admin work.

Cons

This software has a lot of potential, but there are still bugs in the system. This wouldn't be an issue if their customer support team got back to you quickly to resolve issues, but unfortunately I've had a few issues where the response time was more than 3 days. This is simply unacceptable in my opinion.

Pros

The software itself runs smooth with no experienced downtime. This software seems to have a huge focus on outbound sales & retention - which is very important for me. Very good task management and reminder system.

Cons

For what I utilized it for, I really can't indentify any cons at all. I had some minor issues using it on a separate device, but I believe that was on our end.

Pros

Outreach is a nice software for creating mass outreach email sequences. It's easy to connect it to your database and start getting some interesting insights into how the campaign performs.

Cons

Outreach provides some rather outdated and ineffective templates. Also, their support is overpriced and the free support is often rather slow and can be ineffective.

The ability to call extensions directly without having to dial them in. Having clear steps in a sequence of what to do is helpful.

Cons

The program frequently crashes, drops calls, fails to save data, freezes, provides terrible audio quality, fails to sync with Salesforce, becomes dysfunctional. Forces you to refresh tabs regularly. Fails to connect to headsets, muddles audio at times as well.

I manage one of my client's email campaigns through Outreach and I love how easy it is to upload spreadsheets and get email sequences going.

Pros

I love how Outreach keeps me organized and I can stay on top of different email sequences while analyzing different open/respond rates.

Cons

Occasionally I will click to manually send an email and then it will show up as a draft. When I click it again the 'draft' message will go away.

Love it! It has helped us increase our outreach to prospects significantly. Unlike other programs we've used, we have no issues with lock-outs on our emails.

Pros

Ability to edit templates mid sequence, ability to see mapped fields before sending, insights/ reporting

Cons

It is a little complicated for those who are not tech savy. But the knowledge base is extremely helpful and easy to navigate. Templates could also be better.
