"Beautiful templates for automated reporting from agencies"

**Overall:** Overall, the service is great, the customer service team is brilliant, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to simplify, automate and beautify reports to their clients. I particularly liked the potential in the SEO report as well, but I would welcome more integrations with software that I prefer to use.

**Pros:** Beautiful reports, branded with my agency logo, cover photo customisation options, simple set up, and the templated reports often didn't need much tweaking for Google Ads and Meta Ads at least.

**Cons:** Sometimes a data connection would have expired or be outdated but still count as a data source, raising the cost unnecessarily.

"good tool, extra charging people"

**Overall:** Initially, I thought it was a good tool, but I was charged extra without any notice. When I tried to contact customer support, their response was basically, ‘Well, that’s just how it is.’ Be very careful with your credit card when dealing with this company.

**Pros:** integrations and the app is ok..but that is all

**Cons:** the fact that they will charge you extra, without any notice if you go above the data connections in your plan
