I particularly liked the potential in the SEO report as well, but I would welcome more integrations with software that I prefer to use. Pros Beautiful reports, branded with my agency logo, cover photo customisation options, simple set up, and the templated reports often didn't need much tweaking for Google Ads and Meta Ads at least. It's been great to use Swydo. I have used Looker Studio, adalysis and others for reporting before but this is the easiest to template and set up reports quickly. I export very smart-looking PDF's which clients benefit from. It's easy to connect multiple different advertising platforms and put your own branding on it. Pros Ease of reporting, it doesn't break. it's so quick to load. The templates that you can apply to multiple accounts that you manage. It's extremely easy to setup the Google ads connections so you not wrestling with it like with Looker Studio. COO Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: 2+ years ### "My Go-To Reporting Solution That Clients Love" January 19, 2024 5.0 I love the company, but am fickle enough to invest in multiple solutions if they make my life easier, and I can't find any in its class that Swydo doesn't equal or better. I would absolutely run a second solution alongside Swydo, but I don't because no one else is close. Instead, I'll get the data myself and do the analysis if that's what is required. I can't imagine leaving Swydo for any reason. Pros The ease of use rivals anything on the market. Most people will use a point & click interface that is far simpler than Looker Studio or other involved solutions. The data connectors work every time, cost only a few dollars per month, and there's enough customization to address 80% of my needs. When I have questions or suggestions, the service team is one of the best I work with. They're really good. Cons There are a couple of minor features they can't replicate, but they're truly minor. One example: Facebook Ads allow for multiple filters of the same type (e.g., two campaign name filters). Swydo hasn't matched that or a couple of others yet, but that's a minor issue that only comes up every few months. I spend over 5000 dollars per month on various software tools for my digital marketing agency and now I will be spending more to launch my new AI Optimization agency, and virtually nobody shows they care about maintaining a business relationship like Swydo. Pros Simplicity of use, and ability to handle 32 clients that I have. I have tried multiple reporting software tools in digital marketing agency and my new AI Optimization service- and Swydo is the best. Cons At this point I have no real dislikes. I would like to be able to customize the appearance more of the dashboard, but thats a minor point. Where we saw short comings, she explained and walked us through how to fix the issues and helped us expand across channels. She's a rockstar, and having support on these items are incredibly valuable and sets swydo apart from all other reporting dashboard systems. Cons Limited interface editing. In 2023, the ability to modify the dashboard needs to be expanded badly. Looker Studio is gaining a lot of ground here and swydo has been kind of a one trick pony regarding the end user interface. Within minutes you can connect your ad platforms and start segmenting data. Making complex filters to separate out ad campaigns is extremely easy. Monthly reports is as easy as just changing the report dates. Cons One con would be to create more customizable rows. i.e stretch sections out wider or contract them to save space on reports. Reason for choosing Swydo Google Data Studio is something we use but the complexity for some client reports is not something that is needed and the clients don't need the level of detail from GDS. Pros I like the prebuilt reports as they make it easy to customize as opposed to having to create a report from scratch every time for each client. They have pre-built reports for SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and many more. All of them look great in terms of formatting and they are updated often as new metrics become available. Cons Occasionally some of the widgets break or fail to pull data via API, but I have always had a quick response from their customer service. Pros Swydo is simple to use for many applications and integrates seamlessly with a huge number of digital platforms. Report styling is both aesthetically pleasing and clear for users and end-clients alike. Cons The integrations are amazing, though social media reporting can be problematic - I have encountered issues with KPIs from all managed Facebook pages (from a single manager account) to be pulled through, and as far as I am aware, there is no way to select a single page.
