I particularly liked the potential in the SEO report as well, but I would welcome more integrations with software that I prefer to use. Pros Beautiful reports, branded with my agency logo, cover photo customisation options, simple set up, and the templated reports often didn't need much tweaking for Google Ads and Meta Ads at least. It's been great to use Swydo. I have used Looker Studio, adalysis and others for reporting before but this is the easiest to template and set up reports quickly. I export very smart-looking PDF's which clients benefit from. It's easy to connect multiple different advertising platforms and put your own branding on it. Pros Ease of reporting, it doesn't break. it's so quick to load. The templates that you can apply to multiple accounts that you manage. It's extremely easy to setup the Google ads connections so you not wrestling with it like with Looker Studio. COO Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: 2+ years ### "My Go-To Reporting Solution That Clients Love" January 19, 2024 5.0 I love the company, but am fickle enough to invest in multiple solutions if they make my life easier, and I can't find any in its class that Swydo doesn't equal or better. I would absolutely run a second solution alongside Swydo, but I don't because no one else is close. Instead, I'll get the data myself and do the analysis if that's what is required. I can't imagine leaving Swydo for any reason. Pros The ease of use rivals anything on the market. Most people will use a point & click interface that is far simpler than Looker Studio or other involved solutions. The data connectors work every time, cost only a few dollars per month, and there's enough customization to address 80% of my needs. When I have questions or suggestions, the service team is one of the best I work with. They're really good. Cons There are a couple of minor features they can't replicate, but they're truly minor. One example: Facebook Ads allow for multiple filters of the same type (e.g., two campaign name filters). Swydo hasn't matched that or a couple of others yet, but that's a minor issue that only comes up every few months. Pros I've been using Swydo for over 4 years across both digital agencies and in house reporting. I find it very useful indeed. My favourite features are the: online dashboard and the integration with Google Sheets. This allows me to completely automate my reporting, schedule reports and just makes for an easy life. I was also pleased to see the recent integration with HubSpot. The automated reporting market is highly competitive and I've dabbled with other tools. However, Swydo is the best I've used. Their support is very good. They are always very responsive and polite. Cons There can be discrepancies of FB organic metrics - examples FB Likes and IG Follow kpi's don't seem to be consistent with FB or IG. I think there is a reason for this - but as a user I just want it to work first time! I would also like to see automated invoicing emails with the invoice attached as a pdf. This would allow me to set automated rules between my email and Xero - my financial system for my Swydo bills. Review Source EL Ellen L. Pros I love that I can customize the data I want to show and in the exact formats that I want to show it in. Its super easy to use and I would be lost without it. Cons I wish I could change the way the Google Ads Descriptions look when imported thru the widgets, they take up too much space in my report. Pros Swydo is really useful for quickly generating a set of reports for multiple clients to show them the results of their digital marketing; for example, SEO and PPC. It has a large number of integrations with a whole range of third-party services, allowing us to show almost all stats in one consistent format to the client. Cons The tool lacks flexibility. The widgets they provide are very fixed. As an example, a 0.1% decrease in a stat from the previous period would show a red arrow, which makes the client think it is down massively, as it doesn't show a comparative number, when in actual fact it could be down by only 1.
