Pros: Zoho social is the easiest implementation for social, and the most complete at a great price. Has analytics, team collaboration and social monitoring for the whole team. The visual calendar and drafts are great for team collaboration and strategic planning.

Overall: Team collaboration has been a struggle, even when my team is using slack, we still require a visual tool to organize and schedule our social media presence, and Zoho Social is the best tool for this!

Pros: It has an easy platform to work. It is quick posting and good os scheduling the posts. Simplifies the task of programming posts and allows seeing all the interactions with my brand. It separates each brand.

Cons: I could posts videos; it doesn't allow emojis and it can't connect well with instagram. I couldn't post videos.

Pros: Zoho Social is an extremely helpful app that allows you to organize your work, keep in touch with your followers, grow your fans and analyze how your brand is doing. They listen the clients and as a result they are always improving the app and including very useful updates. 100% recommended

Cons: No video uploading and no direct posting to Instagram or Pinterest. Also it might be a good idea to have the option of posting to Facebook groups

Pros: Features are really good. They are developing most important part of this & adding numbers of modules.

Cons: Automation system really outstanding. Also I love the support of team. I have experiences with this though CRM

Cons: i didn't like several restrictions and limitation the free trial gives. to may whom it may concern the platfom is still a good resource to fulfill your needs

Pros: So I didn't really know what to expect but I thought it was pretty cool. From one system you can manage and update all your social media channels. for example, I was able to post to FB and Twitter and LinkedIn in one place. You can also msg people and view graphs etc. There's another option where you could manage multiple compaies at once but I don't use that.

Overall: I use the free version. I don't know if I'd use the paid version unless I was doing advertising for more than one company.

Pros: The Smart Q gives proposal on optimal time slots. The availability of 5 common social media accounts suffices for a beginner to learn the user friendly tool and use the tool to understand the reports.

Cons: It allows only 2 free social media platform, instead of 3, restricted my ability to post to my usual social media platforms.

Pros: The analytic part in which you can view how your post is performing on all the platforms. You can identify which kind of posts are better on which platform and post them accordingly.

Cons: In the app, you can't view the report easily, and on desktop, you can't share on Instagram via the Zoho social

Pros: Ease of use and its simple interface. I have found other social media management platforms to be clunky and less intuitive. You can use Zoho "right out of the box!"

Cons: The Instagram integration is a little bit clunky, but there are workarounds and I am hopeful there are possible updates in place now that Instagram allows scheduled posting.

Pros: Looking for solutions to schedule social media content, I found this program and it is very good, easy to use and understand. I like the functionality of the calendar, it is ideal to help you organize the content.

Cons: At the beginning, it was not possible to publish more than one image simultaneously, but this has already been corrected.

Pros: it helps you in easy way to view and check all your social apps in fast way, I use Facebook, instagram and twitter

Cons: not real time, once you try to add one social sometimes the website got a bug or something that don't let you add any of your social media apps

Pros: Planning posts and viewing our instagram activity. Coordinating activity could be good if mobile had the functionality

Cons: Too many notifications, way too many. Not easy to take notes on influencers. And mobile chatting needed to replace use of other platforms. Photo download a bit slow

Pros: Intuitive UI, Great UX, very simple to use, I have used Hootsuite for myself and clients, it's was very messy and my team made a lot of mistakes using it, with Zoho Social we started fairly quickly,

Zoho Social's Reports and Monitoring are very useful, very detailed analytics.

Cons: Zoho Social App still needs work, I have to manually add to Instagram,

Pros: I like the convenience of managing multiple platforms in one tool. I can view analytics, publish content and respond to consumers directly from one tool.

Cons: The realtime data update daily is horrible and usually incorrect. The base reporting across all platforms is too simplistic and not informative enough. It should be more detailed with demographics, geographic, engagement, followers, and highlight best practices as posting times, hashtags, and engagement metrics.

Pros: Zoho Social is very easy to use and there is literally no running curve. When I first installed this app, I was able to post and monitor my channels right away. It was that easy. Their Smart Q scheduling is awesome. You are not going to get the perfect result but you can try various time frames based on Smart Q scheduling. It was helpful for me to test different times and days with different options.

Cons: For me, communicating with people on Zoho Social is a little bit confusing. Their communication feature - read, write, comment is not as functional or powerful as other platforms like Hootsuite. I believe that there are some rooms for improvements. Posting on Instagram is very inconvenience. I know it is because of Instagram's policy but I believe that Hootsuite made the solution for Business Instagram accounts so Zoho Social might have the opportunity to try something new.

Overall: I can manage my channels easily with Zohosocial. Smart Q scheduling is really helpful to decide when I need to post and it give me great results. One more thing I am really impressed is they are constantly improving and are user friendly.

Pros: We're new to utilizing a dashboard for our social media platforms, and Zoho social has definitely made that a lot easier. I can track & manage our posts across platforms in very little time.

Cons: My only issues are the same as those I have with other social dashboards, I have to reiterate that I think this is a great dashboard. My only minor complaint is the app usually sends me notifications after I've already reacted to any new comments or messages.

Pros: Zoho Social is surprisingly well organised with a nice UI. It's relatively simple to use and pricing is appropriate. Schedule posts, see engagement, compare your social networks.

Cons: Only complaint is the network connections are limited. So if you use platforms beyond facebook, twitter, G+, linkden and Insta, then you are out of luck.

Pros: I love that I can post to two of my favorite accounts with minimum clicking. Being able to see the responses in one place is great!

Cons: I don't like the fact that I cannot post to Tumblr from Zoho Social. It would be much more helpful if more social media sites were included.

Pros: MOST would be the ease of use. Also love the built in url shortener, bulk scheduler + ability to check notifications simply

Cons: Since I have to say something in at least one hundred characters I will say that it would be nice to be able to schedule the same post at different times on different days as opposed to the same time.

Pros: social comments linked to a contact link with woocommerce en wordpress website use of an app to monitor social and CRM

Pros: It's great to have to use only one app to manage and update all your social media accounts. The analytics and social reports are awesome for keeping up to date on your audience active times and preferences. Its especially user friendly and the site provides lots of outlets for help if its needed. Social Media scheduling can take a lot of time as it is so it's wonderful to have a tool handy that can let you automate your presence while still holding true to your brands values.

Cons: I dislike the limiting ability to see how exactly your posts will appear on each individual social media platform and the lack of the use of EMOJI's when trying to fit a message in a certain amount of characters emoji inserts can be quite helpful. Also scheduling posts for Instagram can be quite difficult and I wish there was a better way for the two systems to interact. It would also be interesting to have the possibility to monitor the comments and the answers that you provide on the different social channels. Also not all of the account following monitoring is live so be sure to always double check your numbers - they are usually only ever 2-5 off (depends if they have run a recent review- but if you are keeping a live count be sure to check your numbers against theirs)

Pros: I didn't need to read a guide or watch an instruction video. The interface is so easy to use that I could start scheduling content right away.

Cons: I would love if it was possible to post directly to Instagram from the Zoho social website on my desktop. However, it isn't that difficult to copy scheduled posts via the Zoho social app and post to Instagram that way.

Overall: Time savings and money savings versus Hootesuite.

Pros: I love its integration with CRM and other Zoho software. It allows for a seamless transition and also setting up projects related to the social media.

Cons: I would like to be able to see more information on those that comment as well as those that like our posts.

Overall: The best is integration with CRM and Email campaigns. I have not found one integration like this.

Pros: I love the how easy it is to use the app. Scheduling is quite a fun to do and one doesnt need any extraordinary IT skills to do it. It is also super cool that scheduling function has suggestions for rescheduling after first broadcast. Suggestions about the best times in the day to post is also a great functionality.

Cons: I dont like the way posts are not displayed on Instagram. It would be delightful to have posts shown on Instagram same way as they appear on the other social media platforms

Pros: We used Zoho on the 30-day free trial and we were hooked from day 1 - ease of scheduling, ability to send to multiple social media platforms simultaneously or send our updates to specific platforms. Scheduling can be done to the minute on any hour of the day. Can easily see when the update will be posted next.

Cons: A little tight on timing flexibility - your updates will go out as scheduled but only on the time you plug. A great add-on, new feature or paid feature would be having variable timing, something like determining the window you want to broadcast (such as 6 am to 10 pm), how many updates to broadcast (say 10 for the day), and how long to delay before resending the update (say like 3 days), and let an algorithm pick an update from random.

Overall: Let's face it - Social Media Management TAKES A GOOD CHUNK OF YOUR TIME without automation. What automation you choose will determine the amount of time you can save and use to focus on other things, like researching for more content. With Zoho, we are in their 20 minutes a day and that's it - 20+ updates a day.

Pros: ZOho social is simple and effective. I would love to have a bit of other features in there but am sure that this will follow. I use zoho crm already quite some time and have been pleassantly surprised

Cons: the fact that there is no package with only the crm included. The integration with crm is not really there yet and the the communication aspects to social user neither...so i am waiting ...

Pros: A good price point with a decent feature set, which is affordable when scaling to multiple brands and team members. Really nice collaboration tools for discussing messages within your team. Very responsive to feedback, with rapid implementation of features. Publishing calendar is a really handy addition, allowing you to see at a glance what is scheduled by the team

Cons: Not quite a full implementation of ACL (e.g. you are not able to give someone write access without allowing them to publish) but this is, I believe, on the road map. Doesn't support Facebook Groups or LinkedIn Groups.

Pros: I really like how easy everything is to use and understand. Its design is intuitive and leading when you don't automatically know where to go. The features make centralization of your social media platforms so easy and it helps you keep in touch with every one very easily. The analytics are great and easily customizable. I don't know why any one would choose anything else! I tried all of the other top and also underground social media management tools and also went through every "Top Tools" lists and articles to finally settle down on Zoho Social. You should too.

Cons: They may have it but, I think that it would be nice to be able to preview what each post will look like on social media. That is the only thing I could think of and it might just be me not knowing how to do that!

Pros: Zoho has the key features a social media scheduling app needs. I think there is a lot more there than I am using. I like the calendar view so that I can visually see the posts and maneuver them around as it makes sense.

Cons: The app is constantly unlinking our social accounts and we have to relink constantly. They should just remove Instagram as an option - it never works, but that is Instagram's deal because they don't want people to pre-schedule anything.

Pros: I love the publishing calendar with the drag and drop feature. The monitoring setup is really nice and easy to scan, also like the emphasis on Google +. The best is the integration with Zoho CRM, although I'm not completely sure yet what all you can do. I'm still finding out more about this feature and how our company can make the most use out of it. I like the filtering of networks for scheduled posts, published, etc. The reports are very detailed which is really nice, and the fact they can be shared or scheduled is even better.

Cons: Currently, I wish the SmartQ feature would pick up on our networks peak times quicker, and if multiple networks are scheduled, scheduling them separately based on their best peak times. It will however, measure days in advance, but Twitter needs more post times especially, and currently the SmartQ only shows 4 possibilities per day. I think this tool could be more streamlined. Also, video capabilities, but I saw that is a future update.

Overall: Still benefiting, but I'm enjoying the organization and interface. Makes it easy to scan and monitor.

Pros: I first used Zoho Slides many years back, and I was impressed by the suite of apps they held then. Now it's even broader. I'm only interested in Social now. I have had generally very quick and informative feedback from Zoho Social, and they've definitely been very good about reaching out to see how things are going. I love that. Posting and Scheduling are quite straightforward.

Cons: It's unclear what kind of plan one demos during the trial, and thus whether the features one's previewing will be available on the desired plan. I wasted quite a bit of the trial on the professional plan when I'll only be able to afford the standard plan. I'm also sorry to see that there's no Firefox Quantum extension, altho I expect (hope!) this will appear soon. There is necessary for preventing switching back and forth between browsers to more easily share content. It's also hard to get at the suite's information without logging out and opening a new tab/window and not signing in. This seems odd.

It has been pretty simple to use.

Pros: This great web app really helped me to have a better ideal and general overview about what kind of posts are more attractive to my audience. The knowledge acquired from reports that ZOHo Social gave me, helped me to improve my presence on social media.

Cons: Need improvements in mobile app and have to show all the post shared in every social media when we scroll down the web

Pros: Easy way to monitor social media networks in one place with great stats provided by the tool and integrated into our Zoho CRM.

Cons: Wish is was less costly. While there are other options out there I still wish this one was a bit less expensive.

Pros: Super simple to use and get your tweets posted and planned out. Easy to get them on the calender and post again in the future. Love it for it's ease of use.

I live Zoho Social because it is very easy to use, very friendly in its interface, but still very detailed and effective in all reports and customisation. Being able to manage different Brands and the Smart Q planning options are my favourite treats in this amazing package.

Cons: oho CRM Plus covers 88% of the Sales Force Automation functionality.

Moreover, ZOHO's solution solution offers very similar coverage of these characteristics to the average CRM software package (88% vs 87%).

Pros: This app gives up access to how are 3rd party social company is doing and we can monitor the effectiveness of their content in one place.

Cons: I really like the ability to connect with people that have interacted with posts but the app never finds the right person which is a shame.

Pros: What I like the most is the possibility to monitor keywords and have easy access to all the relevant information. Plus you can connect and manage all the major social networks, interact directly with people and see what is happening in real time on all your channels.

Cons: I encountered some problems in sharing gifs and receiving sound notification from the app. Also if you are writing a post on the app, you should remember to save it as a draft if you need to close it momentaneously. Otherwise, you will lose the message. It will also be interesting to have the possibility to monitor the comments and the answers that you provide on the different social channels.

Overall: I can have everything at the tips of my finger, manage all the channels efficiently, do research and gather useful information. It is also helpful to better understand user preferences and to start valuable conversations with people.

Pros: Great app for social media. If you are starting to work with Facebook and Instagram, it can help you find the better time to publish your content. It's great to for read and respond messages an comments.

Cons: It can be tricky for first time users... Need improving with the reports and with the design too. Not accept videos and gifs files...

Pros: This is perfect for what I need it for. I can schedule posts, and the analytics are a huge bonus. We don't do a ton of social media here, but this is keeping our group on track and engaged.

Cons: There are not any cons to ZOHO social. If a company was running a highly sophisticated social program, they may want to upgrade or look for another app, but this works very well.

Pros: Automates my social media presence which in turn helps free up time I need for other tasks. I like that I can log in on Monday, and create a schedule for the week, leaving me hands-free.

Cons: I have not experienced anything that I would note as a con for this software. I would prefer if it was free, but then that's for all things in life.

Pros: I like the ease of use and they give a lot for the price when compared to other social media management software.

Cons: I wish the app had a little more capabilities. I use the "collaborate" feature a lot but I have to log into my account on a computer to communicate with the team.
