Pros: I stumbled upon Zoho Social accidentally when I was looking for a social media software for my company. We are a small company and even smaller social media and marketing team (only 2 strong), so we didn't really a huge budget to devote. Our requirement of features centred mainly on being able to schedule our posts in advance, schedule the same post multiple times, monitor our performance across different channels and create a content and publishing calendar. We had narrowed down to Hootsuite (which we found to be powerful, yet too expensive) and buffer (which was cheap but didn't meet all our feature requirements). I was very pleased when I came across Zoho Social, which offered us the best of both worlds. A host of great features at a much cheaper price point than Hootsuite. It meets most of our feature requirements and is a lot pleasant to look at and easier to use than Hootsuite (which we found to be a little clunky at times). Everything is really accessible, the most relevant metrics are on the home page itself, the reports give a good overview of the KPIs, and it's all so easy to use. One feature I loved is that you can track how many times a user has interacted with your brand on different channels, and then share the same information with your other team members (through the Collaborate tab). All in all, a power-packed software with all the best social media management features built in. I discovered Zoho Social a day before when we were about to make the final call, and I am really glad we did!

Cons: My biggest problem with Zoho Social has been the inability to customise our set of features. The Standard plan offers most of the features, however, the Publishing Calendar is only there in the next upgrade, the Professional plan. I don't really need the other set of features like additional brands and team members, and thus don't see sense in upgrading just for one feature. When I got in touch with their customer support team, they told me that they do not allow any customisation and the features for each plan are set in stone. This was really disappointing, and Zoho Social might have been the perfect social media management software for me if not for this.

Comments: I have tried a lot of social media management platforms and never really considered Zoho Social. I thought of them as mostly a CRM platform, but when I saw their CRM Plus which included CRM Social and many other platforms, I decided to give it a try. I have to say that I have been very pleased with the ease of use, the browser integrations and the reporting. When you log in to your account, you can immediately see how your brand is performing via the Brand Health Dashboard. At a quick glance I can see which platforms and types of posts are getting the greatest engagement. Everything is so darn easy. The performance, the posts and the live stream are easily accessible on the Brand Health Page. Another nice feature is the Smart Q, which will automatically suggest and schedule posting times based on the percentage of top engagers that will see it. If there is not an optimal time on that day, the Smart Q will suggest the next best time. Nice! Another great feature is the monitoring, which allows you to specifically listen for keywords, brands, mentions, users, lists and more for your social profiles. The streams are arranged similar to Hootsuite feeds which can be arranged. The reports features are very nice as well. You can use standard reports for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram or create a custom report which can be sent at predetermined intervals to you, your clients or both. The reports are pretty robust (especially for FB) and at the price point of Zoho Social, you get all of the reports. There is no nickel and diming for more in-depth reports like some other platforms. Their connections tab will let you know who recently engaged with you, as well as who is the most engaged. This way, you never miss an opportunity to engage and build a good audience for your brand. Additionally, the collaborate tab allows you to have discussions with those who are engaging with you brand which can be helpful in broadcast messages or brand loyalty. Zoho Social has so any features that it is hard to believe that you get all of this at such a reasonable price point. If you add on the ability to integrate your social with their project planning, crm, sales IQ, and campaign platforms, the capabilities are ridiculous (in a great way). Zoho Social deserves a serious look from new social media marketers as well as established digital marketing firms.

Cons: -if you have a client that needs to approve the content, then they have to be added as a user at an additional cost -Smart Q will sometimes only have one optimal time for a day, or possibly push your post out a few days for maximum engagement.

Recommendations to other buyers: Zoho Social is a great starting off point for managing your social media marketing. The reports are in-depth enough and the user interface is very user friendly. The price is very reasonable and the fact that it integrates with other valuable Zoho software can help a company manage their social media and business in a very lean way.

I live Zoho Social because it is very easy to use, very friendly in its interface, but still very detailed and effective in all reports and customisation. Being able to manage different Brands and the Smart Q planning options are my favourite treats in this amazing package.

Cons: oho CRM Plus covers 88% of the Sales Force Automation functionality.

Moreover, ZOHO's solution solution offers very similar coverage of these characteristics to the average CRM software package (88% vs 87%).

In summary, Zoho CRM Plus offers very good coverage of Sales Force Automation functionality, similar to that of its competitors. This means that CRM system buyers for whom this functional area is important are likely to shortlist Zoho CRM Plus. and Zoho CRM Plus covers an average of 75% of the Marketing Automation feature set.

ZOHO's solution offers very similar coverage of Marketing Automation attributes compared to the average CRM solution (75% vs 85%).

Zoho CRM Plus needs to improve its coverage of Marketing Automation functionality in order to compete with other CRM solutions. CRM system buyers who prioritize this functional area aren't very likely to shortlist Zoho CRM Plus.

Pros: I've always been a fan of Zoho products, and Zoho Social is no exception. Very easy to use and has virtually all the features you need to effectively manage all your social media accounts. Based on the cost, Zoho Social has great value for the money. Setup and configuration is easy and straightforward. Love being able to manage Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram all from one dashboard. I like the brands feature as our company does have three divisions with their own social media accounts. The visual calendar feature works great and you can even re-schedule from there. Excellent! The zShare web brower plugin works great too and makes everything faster and easier. The built-in analytics and ability to collaborate with co-workers is also great. Overall, I really like Zoho Social and it's making my daily social media managemet much easier.

Cons: While I love the branding feature, I wish there was a way to see certain information from all three brands we have in one place, rather than having to switch back and forth. For example, seeing the calendar with posts from all three brands at once would be great, especially if they were also color coded. I'd also like to see all my drafts in once place. Second, I would like to see a basic approval feature with a button on draft posts that can be set to approved or not. In addition, when someone comments on a draft, I would like to see that conversation in-line rather than having to go to "collaboration". It's a pain to have to go to two different places when working on drafts.

Pros: Zoho Social is very easy to use and there is literally no running curve. When I first installed this app, I was able to post and monitor my channels right away. It was that easy. Their Smart Q scheduling is awesome. You are not going to get the perfect result but you can try various time frames based on Smart Q scheduling. It was helpful for me to test different times and days with different options.

Cons: For me, communicating with people on Zoho Social is a little bit confusing. Their communication feature - read, write, comment is not as functional or powerful as other platforms like Hootsuite. I believe that there are some rooms for improvements. Posting on Instagram is very inconvenience. I know it is because of Instagram's policy but I believe that Hootsuite made the solution for Business Instagram accounts so Zoho Social might have the opportunity to try something new.

Overall: I can manage my channels easily with Zohosocial. Smart Q scheduling is really helpful to decide when I need to post and it give me great results. One more thing I am really impressed is they are constantly improving and are user friendly.

Pros: Very responsive support, constantly improving features, the ability to integrate all essential business functions; from Zoho CRM to Zoho accounts

Cons: Some features not as advanced as competitors

Overall: I've had a trial of Zoho Social before their Instagram integration with them was a advanced as it is now, and left it to go to a very similar competitor.

When I found that the competitor was not enough for my needs, I decided to give Zoho another try and found that in the 6 months I was gone, it had improved in leaps and bounds, and now could do everything I needed it to do.

The analytics are great in that you can easily and quickly interpret when to post and who your key customers are. Their listening portion is easy to use and a lot more user friendly than other SMM apps I have tried.

I have had one issue to report, and one "wishlist" item I've submitted through the app, and both were answered within 24 hours, so customer service with Zoho is first-class.

There are still improvements to be made, especially to their Instagram service but seeing how responsive the developers are to customer requests, I have no doubt that they'll bring in these features soon.
- when something goes wrong, there is no explanation on the error to tell you what to do differently
- social media actions have set limits (f.ex. Instagram at 60 likes an hour)
- you cannot reply to comments on your instagram posts
- the analytics for Instagram are basic; time and type of post. I'd like to see this expanded to what Zoho has for Facebook where you can find out everything about your audience.
- some other apps show pages and influencers like your brand, which is a useful competitor analytic tool.

Even with these small stumbling blocks, Zoho is great value for money, and as they are so user friendly, they will have my custom over other apps.

Pros: I think that Zoho Social is an effective and very useful tool when it comes to managing our diverse social networks. With this software it is possible to program different post in different social networks like Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. It has a very competitive price in comparison with other softwares in the market. It has an attractive and user-friendly interface which makes it possible for any user to manage it.

Cons: I do not find major problems with Zoho Social. I would just mention that one aspect to improve is that when a post is scheduled, it is not possible to upload more than one photo at a time, which undoubtedly is a limitation for this tool. In general, it is worth living the experience of using this software.

Overall: Zoho Social has become a great ally for every day to make my work more professional. It has allowed me to manage so many personal social networks as those of my organization, allowing it to considerably increase the number of followers. I highly recommend it.

Comments: Zoho Social does an amazing job integrating so many different things from other platforms into one. I was truly impressed with the service they offer. The other reviews don't lie. I love the SmartQ function because it reaches your top engagers when they're on social media, not when you are. I also love that Zoho integrates bitly, which my company uses regularly anyhow. Lastly, I love the simple and yet detailed data provided on how our social media presence is doing. When presenting to the executive director, he doesn't necessarily want numbers just thrown at him. He enjoys the visuals and was eager to sign on to Zoho.

There really isn't anything to dislike about the program. I was confused by the bitly integration at first, but once I reached out to the Zoho team they were quick to answer any questions. I wish there were different notification settings. I currently have my notifications on so that I can post to Instagram, but when I'm not posting I hate having to go into the app to turn notifications on and off. I wish I could just keep the notifications about posting to Instagram on but keep the notifications from Zoho about when people post, comment, and like my social media off.

Just ask questions. The Zoho team is very helpful and quick to answer whatever it is you need to know. I was getting e-mail updates frequently asking how the trial was going and giving me tips on how to make my experience better.

We've seen a lot of great things coming from Zoho in our trial. We feel that it's easier to use than Hootsuite and that tagging businesses and people in our posts is easier. With Zoho, we're finally able to analytically review how our organization is doing on social media. We weren't able to do that before. It's nice to have the opportunity to sit and look at how different posts are affects our target audience members.

Pros: Fundamental feature of Zoho Social, is the ability to permanently monitor social networks. Ideal for the community manager who has permanent monitoring of social networks such as twitter, instagram, facebook, periscope, linkeInd among others. Currently I use it in my professional and personal environment, allowing me to make an ideal outline of products, designs, photographs, publications, repost, promotions and much more.

Its intuitive platform helps the user to position himself in the use of this software.

To use it you only need a standart pc with internet, this makes it quite functional to be used in any pc

Cons: In my country the internet is defective, therefore, the use of Zoho Social is limited a bit, however, I have learned that Zoho Social is making an appointment to be used with low specifications, and thus cover much more the market and allow those countries that have connectivity problems (as it is my case), to be able to use it.

Pros: It's super easy to learn. The differences between Zoho and other management software is night and day. I wouldn't suggest it for a large business, but it does everything you need it to for smaller or even midsized businesses. The price point is perfect if you're on a budget and the analytics Zoho Social offers are great. It integrates well with the various social platforms and scheduling posts is intuitive and pain-free.

Cons: Scheduling posts seems like it should be a feature that's easy to find and use. Unfortunately this, and other features, take a little digging to find. Zoho Social also doesn't offer the best preview for posts. It's often difficult to see what they'll actually look like and I've had to delete and repost more than once to get the desired presentation.

Pros: It's great to have to use only one app to manage and update all your social media accounts. The analytics and social reports are awesome for keeping up to date on your audience active times and preferences. Its especially user friendly and the site provides lots of outlets for help if its needed. Social Media scheduling can take a lot of time as it is so it's wonderful to have a tool handy that can let you automate your presence while still holding true to your brands values.

Cons: I dislike the limiting ability to see how exactly your posts will appear on each individual social media platform and the lack of the use of EMOJI's when trying to fit a message in a certain amount of characters emoji inserts can be quite helpful. Also scheduling posts for Instagram can be quite difficult and I wish there was a better way for the two systems to interact. It would also be interesting to have the possibility to monitor the comments and the answers that you provide on the different social channels. Also not all of the account following monitoring is live so be sure to always double check your numbers - they are usually only ever 2-5 off (depends if they have run a recent review- but if you are keeping a live count be sure to check your numbers against theirs)

Pros: Thanks to Zoho Social we have been able to integrate as a work practice our routine in the company, the monitoring of social networks, necessary for the attention of the people who introduce our health cases to our management to be taken care of.

Previously we had many problems to follow up on the social networks of our management, but thanks to Zoho Social, we have been able to solve this problem, registering a lot more attention to citizens every month.

Cons: The problems we have with Zoho Social in the management where I work is that some members do not speak English, and the platform is not translated 100%, sometimes creating delays in network monitoring and attention to citizens.

Overall: Zoho Social is a fairly complete software, where the interaction of social networks is linked to a multiple monitoring platform, which simply facilitated the attention of people with different pathologies who need to be treated as quickly as possible.

Social Media made much easier.

Comments: I have started using Zoho Social for managing all my social media for the last two months now. It allows me to quickly set up and schedule posts to my main social channels: Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Automating tweets has definitely increased my Twitter followers. As you will know, Twitter is like a ticker-tape constantly bashing out messages constantly, 24/7. You NEED some form of automated posting to get noticed in this day and age. I'm former TweetAdder user, and Zoho Social comes a fairly close second for automating tweets.

Pros: Excellent Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn automation. I love how I can edit a post and the changes are scheduled forward. The Scheduler is easy to use. In fact, as an occasional HootSuite user, I find this much easier. Low cost. As a long-time Zoho customer, they have retained my loyalty by listening to me and their customers and constantly improving their products - this one included.

Cons: Won't post images to LinkedIn (more of a limitation in the LinkedIn API I suspect). Some features (while there) can be a little hard to find and should be more obvious (e.g. scheduled posts) Would be nice to be able to edit the time of posting (seems to take the time you created the post as the ever-more-to-be-posted time)

Recommendations to other buyers: I'm sure you will find this easy to use. If a feature you need is missing, don't be afraid to ask! They are there and listening!

Pros: Compared to other social media integration tools Zoho social is more intuitive and easy to use. Learning curve is not steep and can be used by the not so tech-savvy. Smart Q feature is really helpful with scheduling posts when most followers are online hence increase each. Stats, analytics and monitoring provides all the essential analysis on brand performance in a visually pleasing way. The CRM integration is really helpful since I use some of Zoho products. I can therefore personalize my social media to relevant publics. Team management ¿ collaborating with team members is not complicated. However, this functionality could be better The social share addon for most of the browsers is quite helpful in content curation. The support team is quite responsive and flexible.

Cons: The absence of a media gallery means you and your team need an external gallery management tool. Only one photo can be posted per post! This is quite a limitation especially if Instagram is involved the pages you manage are photo centric. Or you want to create album based phots. Cant compare multiple social profiles of one brand or multiple brands, this is a setback for professional social media managers.

Pros: Integration of all the channels under one roof and extremely user-friendly. It also has great features like scheduling posts and reaching the right audience on right time. I have been using Zoho social and projects and other tools for a while and it has made work management as easy as pie.

Cons: The only difficulty that I am facing is posting on Instagram through the desktop platform. Instagram accounts need to be integrated which will make a lot of difference. Can work on improving notification section (replying/following/messaging), bulk messaging option without losing that human touch.

Overall: A social media integration tool for social media management. Except for the issues with Instagram, Zoho Social is a champion.

Pros: I first used Zoho Slides many years back, and I was impressed by the suite of apps they held then. Now it's even broader. I'm only interested in Social now. I have had generally very quick and informative feedback from Zoho Social, and they've definitely been very good about reaching out to see how things are going. I love that. Posting and Scheduling are quite straightforward.

Cons: It's unclear what kind of plan one demos during the trial, and thus whether the features one's previewing will be available on the desired plan. I wasted quite a bit of the trial on the professional plan when I'll only be able to afford the standard plan. I'm also sorry to see that there's no Firefox Quantum extension, altho I expect (hope!) this will appear soon. There is necessary for preventing switching back and forth between browsers to more easily share content. It's also hard to get at the suite's information without logging out and opening a new tab/window and not signing in. This seems odd.

Comments: I have a small retail business, I sell both online and in-person. I searched and tried many different platforms for my social media marketing, some were better than others but Zoho Social offered me everything that I needed to schedule, maintain and track my social media accounts at a very affordable price point, which when you're a small business owner every penny counts. Zoho offers an easy to use platform, a valuable service, reliability and the availability to cross it into other platforms. It was the best all around solution for my company.

Pros: Affordable Solutions for Social Marketing Reliability & Stability - Their platform works flawlessly and I've never had an issue with any downtime. Very Stable & Reliable Ease of Use - Very important to have a platform that does not require an intense learning curve. Their platform is straightforward, easy to navigate and use.

Cons: I don't really have any dislikes, I would like to see Pinterest Integration.

Recommendations to other buyers: Today it is vital to have regular, consistent social media posting and engagement over multiple accounts. Zoho is allowing me to not only keep up and keep track of multiple social media accounts it has afforded my time that can be spent engaging and growing my business without having to shuffle multiple accounts. Social Media is a vital, necessary resource in today's competitive market, Zoho has given me the tools I need to keep up.

Comments: Our team of 7 absolutely LOVES this app! It makes it so easy to all be on the same page with our social media campaigns and progress. We are a team of 7 and each one of us writes blog posts on our website and we needed a tool that lets us all schedule facebook and twitter posts from one area. Now we all login using our zoho emails and can schedule our posts, see others posts, and oversee how we are growing! It has been so encouraging for our team to see their hard work pay off as they write more posts, our social media audience grows.

Pros: - Easy to use - Great analytics - Our whole team can be on the same page - Connected with other team management tools like zoho email and zoho docs - Oversee what is happening with all our social media, their hashtags and engagement.

Cons: - I wish there was a wordpress plugin so we can schedule posts directly within a blog post - Price is a little high when you have a team of 7

Recommendations to other buyers: We absolutely recommend trying the whole zoho program. It might be a little overwhelming at first but we are blown away with all the features. We currently use zoho mail, zoho docs, zoho connect (to manage our team), and zoho social! It's worth looking into if you work with a team.. plus you can get a free trial and test it yourself. I also work for a marketing company and I honestly believe it will save us so much time if we switched over to zoho with that whole company too.

Comments: I use Zoho for a multitude of business purposes. It offers email, group email, social site, invoicing, CRM, and a variety of other services. Everything I have used on the site so far has met all expectations and then some.

Pros: The easy of use and the many business applications offered by Zoho has made time management a breeze. I have the ability to create business papers, create and apply surveys, track finances and projects. Plus many other applications and services that help me run my business with easy and creativity.

Cons: I have found nothing to complain about with this application and the company.

Recommendations to other buyers: Give the site a try and I will guarantee you will find more than one of the features highly useful. The offer free, low cost and it is 100% quality.

Pros: Zoho social has been a powerful and interesting tool that has allowed me to reach my goals and above all to achieve a better interaction with my clients in a fast, easy and simple way.

I liked it a lot because it also allows me to take better control of my social networks and send the data of my potential clients directly to my Zoho CRM

Cons: At the beginning it was a little complicated for me due to the little experience I had to be able to synchronize or create strategies with the tool, I understand that there should be manuals and explanatory videos that are easy to access for those clients who use the tool for the first time

Overall: Many because it really allows me to conjugate a complex system or several applications in one place. I understand that this tool helps me to be able to help my clients to give them faster, more efficient and better argument answers

Pros: I have recently taken over the social media side of our business, and as a small business, how we present ourselves, and how we present our brand is hugely important. It used to be quite difficult to monitor our various social media accounts, and it could be difficult to understand the information that we were being given. Using Zoho Social, we were able to see a clearer overview of our account health, and which features were working compared to which features weren't, and we were given active suggestions for the best time to post, and send emails out, and launch campaigns, which has already been very useful to us. Being able to schedule posts and edit them, easily, as well as see previews of how they looked live was also a massive help to us.

Cons: I honestly haven't found any features of the app that I would change as yet, and hopefully, it will stay that way! This app has been such a huge help for us, and I plan to keep using it.

Pros: Zoho social is easy to use,alongside an intuitive user interface. Zoho social makes it easy for our social media team to be able to manage our different social media accounts simultaneously by making it easy to schedule social media posts, track conversations and measure the level of engagement on each social media account performance from a single dashboard.

Cons: Currently Zoho social does not cover Pinterest amongst the social media platforms that can be manage with the Zoho social tool.

Pros: The web interface is very user friendly and simple to navigate right off the bat. Scheduling and publishing posts is surprisingly simple, and setting up your various platforms to publish to also very straight forward. The dashboard is great with immediate feedback and stats on your recent posts.

Cons: However, I wish there were a way to draft a post and do a little more customizing for each platform before scheduling. For instance, I'd like to be able to upload a key image for Facebook, Twitter, etc. but then add additional images to the post for Facebook only. It's also not very intuitive where the posts you've scheduled but not yet published are hidden on the dashboard. And a weird thing: if you leave Zoho Social and manually schedule a post in Facebook, it will appear in the Zoho Social dashboard not as a scheduled post, but as a live post collecting zero stats. Would be nice if Zoho could know that it's in Facebook and still scheduled to be published.

Pros: I love that I am able to control multiple accounts in one place! I can also schedule repeating posts which helps me be more efficient.

Cons: Unfortuantely that you have to pay for certain features, though this is completely understandable. The price is reasonable though I wish there wasn't such a leap between the prices for certain features. As a non profit we have a limited budget.

Overall: As a single employee in a business that promotes 1 county, 4 cities, and countless businesses ZohoSocial makes it easy for me to plan and organize my social media advertising and control my reach. I actually use it for both of the organizations I work for and it creates a seamless process for both of them to use social media to market.

Comments: I work as a social media and marketing manager for a food delivery company across two countries, consonantly marking almost 200 restaurants is never easy and while I've tried several other SM Managers such as Hootsuite and Buffer (I'm currently testing out Meet Edgar) Zoho Social has so far been the best cheap social media manager. It's easy to use, meaning there's no stumbling around trying to acquaint myself with their features and even better it's cheap as compared to HootSuite and Buffer $10 monthly plan I like the ability to send out posts at the time my follows are more likely to see and interact with my posts. I also love the automatic link shortener, Brand health, analytics, Keyword research and social listening and the Direct Message twitter feature.

Pros: It's easy to use, meaning there's no stumbling around trying to acquaint myself with their features. Recommendations to other buyers: If you're unsure of whether it's right for you? you can start with the free plan. Test out the features, the free plan has some limitation to its features but I love the ability to see your brand health at a glance, as well as live stream of your recent post. To be honest the free plan doesn't offer more than a basic SMM but the paid plan offers great value for money

Pros: The Bulk uploader is a great tool, I've used it on a different service earlier but I felt this one was better. However, what really stood out was SmartQ. It saved at least 30 minutes per team member every day. In our industry (news and magazines), that's a significant amount of time because we have to be ready to get a different story out. SmartQ allowed us to focus on content while leaving the scheduling to Zoho so we could just put a few posts onto the timeline and then move on to the next story. Save the team a lot of time and also made it a lot more hassle-free.

Cons: The only problem I had with ZohoSocial was that it took time for SmartQ to activate. I had to contact them via Twitter to get it sorted. But once it did, it worked well. While it might be fine for trial users, SmartQ was the reason we decided to try out ZohoSocial. If I were a paying customer and it didn't work, it would be a problem.

I have been using Zoho Social for the last 2 plus years. It is amazing!

Overall: I've been comparing different tools for managing my clients accounts on different social media platforms amb Zoho Social is one of the best I've seen with an affordable price.

It is very easy to use, simplifies the task of programming posts and for me, the best, to be able to see all the interactions with my brand and to know more about each interaction: who is and what relation has with my brand (old interactions ). The Connections section allows me to see my most engaged or recently engaged followers.

Supervision section is like having Hootsuite inside, great! Although browsing this section is sometimes difficult.

There is only one thing I do not like: the way to visualize publications. Personally I like to see a more visual calendar, more than the list of posts. I prefer to see a month or a week with the posts I have programmed with the naked eye, more visual.

Cons: I would recommend to anyone to give the 30-day free trial a shot. This solution is heading up and in the right direction and have full confidence in Zoho. The time spent on integration, which literally takes minutes, will be paid back 10 fold in the data aggregated for your business to make informed SM decision.

Overall: We are a lifestyle blog of 7 girls and we've been desperately looking for a social media planning tool that works for us. We have tried so many and spend more money than we had and FINALLY found Zoho Social! The reason we love Zoho Social is that we can all log in as different users and we can schedule our own content (great since we write our own blog posts), see the overall 'health' of our social media accounts including detailed analytics, and see an overview of all engagement. This is incredibly encouraging for the team to see! They are able to witness our social media growth in proportion to their blog posts! I am also able to quickly overview all the posts going out and able to make changes to anything before it goes live. We love being able to schedule our blog posts and now our social media posts one month ahead! This allows us to grow our brand and focus on growing. We highly recommend you try the free trial AND get the rest of the zoho tools. It will change your company, and this is coming from a social media expert (I work for a social media marketing company as well).

Pros: I love the publishing calendar with the drag and drop feature. The monitoring setup is really nice and easy to scan, also like the emphasis on Google +. The best is the integration with Zoho CRM, although I'm not completely sure yet what all you can do. I'm still finding out more about this feature and how our company can make the most use out of it. I like the filtering of networks for scheduled posts, published, etc. The reports are very detailed which is really nice, and the fact they can be shared or scheduled is even better.

Cons: Currently, I wish the SmartQ feature would pick up on our networks peak times quicker, and if multiple networks are scheduled, scheduling them separately based on their best peak times. It will however, measure days in advance, but Twitter needs more post times especially, and currently the SmartQ only shows 4 possibilities per day. I think this tool could be more streamlined. Also, video capabilities, but I saw that is a future update.

Overall: Still benefiting, but I'm enjoying the organization and interface. Makes it easy to scan and monitor.

Pros: What I like the most is the possibility to monitor keywords and have easy access to all the relevant information. Plus you can connect and manage all the major social networks, interact directly with people and see what is happening in real time on all your channels.

Cons: I encountered some problems in sharing gifs and receiving sound notification from the app. Also if you are writing a post on the app, you should remember to save it as a draft if you need to close it momentaneously. Otherwise, you will lose the message. It will also be interesting to have the possibility to monitor the comments and the answers that you provide on the different social channels.

Overall: I can have everything at the tips of my finger, manage all the channels efficiently, do research and gather useful information. It is also helpful to better understand user preferences and to start valuable conversations with people.

Comments: I tried Zoho Social before going on vacation. I wanted to have at least 3 Twitter posts and 1 LinkedIn post daily for my company, but didn't want to worry about it while on vacation. I was able to schedule all my posts with corresponding links via Zoho Social. It's also great for seeing overall brand performance at-a-glance.

Pros: At a glance reporting and brand performance. Scheduling all posts for all platforms in 1 place. I like the email updates that go out so I can monitor what the Marketing Coordinator is posting without logging in to each social channel.

Cons: Reporting not as in-depth as I would like. Also, it is not easy to update a post that has already gone live. And I don't think you can post pictures with LinkedIn posts, but I could be wrong.

Pros: having tried so many social media management tools got hooked on it from the day one.. Really loved the Ease of managing different brands under one roof, the way its shows the brand health under home page - to see how the brand is performing and the engagements levels.. its also shows how every post is performing and quick notification on actions and engagements .. app is good too on the go !! Report capturing and custom options available . Smartq options to tell you the best time to post, reports - showing the engagement , stories created . very user friendly product. Another feature that i enjoyed is listening / monitoring - keywords on SM platforms.. its helps to see it in feeds I am an agency managing for different clients.. its gives me the option to switch between brands, and focus on them accordingly

Recommendations to other buyers: Zoho is an excellent time-saving social media solution. All of my platforms (bar Instagram) are available in one place, and much like Apple, it just works. Well worth the investment.

Pros: Compared to other social media integration tools Zoho social is more intuitive and easy to use. Learning curve is not steep and can be used by the .... not so tech-survy.
The smart Q feature is really helpful with scheduling posts when most followers are online hence increase each. This feature together with the analytics provide valuable information.
The CRM integration is really helpful since I use some of Zoho products. I can therefore personalize my social media posts and enagagement to relevant publics.
The social share addon for most of the browsers is quite helpful in content curation
The support team is quite responsive and flexible.

Cons: Two notable limitations are: (1) the absence of media gallery, and (2) the inability to post more than one photo per post! This is significant a limitation especially if Instagram is involved or the pages you manage are photo centric; Or you want to create album based posts.

Comments: I use Zoho Social to manage the social media accounts for my consulting firm. We use it for scheduling, curation, monitoring and much more. We have found the software to be easy to use and plenty of great features. I would recommend this software for anyone that is trying to find a cost effective solution as they are getting started.

Pros: Love having the online and phone app to be able to work from wherever I am. The scheduling features are great and really easy to use.

Cons: I wish there was an easier way to search within the app or online for users that I'm trying to tag or talk to.

Recommendations to other buyers: This is a great solution for small business owners and is extremely cost effective for small teams. I would recommend this product to anyone who is searching for a great social media management product.

Pros: It's easy to get up and running ¿ and very intuitive. You don't have to generate API apps/keys or connections like some other social media management software out there. The ability to monitor posts, mentions, likes, etc. is excellent, plus, you can follow people back and comment right in the app. Scheduling to multiple channels and going back in to edit scheduled posts all work great. I often keep it open on my desktop but I have the Android app too.

Cons: I have personal profiles and pages for some social media channels. As far as I've learned, you can't connect both. I wanted to be able to connect my personal LinkedIn profile (had to use my recently created company page which has one follower - me). Same thing for Google Plus. I had to go to my Plus page and re-post to my personal page.

Pros: We used Zoho on the 30-day free trial and we were hooked from day 1 - ease of scheduling, ability to send to multiple social media platforms simultaneously or send our updates to specific platforms. Scheduling can be done to the minute on any hour of the day. Can easily see when the update will be posted next.

Cons: A little tight on timing flexibility - your updates will go out as scheduled but only on the time you plug. A great add-on, new feature or paid feature would be having variable timing, something like determining the window you want to broadcast (such as 6 am to 10 pm), how many updates to broadcast (say 10 for the day), and how long to delay before resending the update (say like 3 days), and let an algorithm pick an update from random.

Overall: Let's face it - Social Media Management TAKES A GOOD CHUNK OF YOUR TIME without automation. What automation you choose will determine the amount of time you can save and use to focus on other things, like researching for more content. With Zoho, we are in their 20 minutes a day and that's it - 20+ updates a day.

Pros: Easily the most user-friendly platform I have used. Connecting the social media platforms was done in seconds. The bulk scheduler is hands down the best tool to utilize!

Cons: The only con I have is not being able to schedule the same post on multiple platforms at different times. Other than that I have no problems or cons found.

Overall: Zoho Social is a relatively new app from Zoho. It can schedule (and repeat) posts to your favourite social media services. I use it to post to Facebook, Instagram, Google+ and Twitter, but it can also post to LinkedIn.

Using the product is easy enough - just upload a photo, or add a link, then type some text - and you're done. Well, almost...

You can opt to repeat a post. I like this feature - I use it to repeat a post several times per week.

There is also a smart-schedule feature - the app will submit your post at the optimal time to reach your biggest audience. This feature intrigues me, and I haven't yet figured how it does that.

Zoho Social comes in at $10/month, but that's only for three social media channels. I think they should increase this to five if they want to compete with HootSuite. I personally prefer the UI of Zoho Social (I find HootSuite to be rather counter-intuitive). Zoho Social has already undergone some major improvements in the short time that I have been using it. It will be interesting to see where it will be in 6 or 12 months from now.

Recommendations to other buyers: Part of the amazing Zoho suite of products.

Pros: This app is by far the best choice for anyone who's already a Zoho client. Yes, there are other apps out there that are probably a lot better in their own niche way, but it's important that every time you integrate with an API another app that's not natively part of a platform, you're risking broken links far more. I use it more to monitor content I've pushed out natively rather than a publishing platform but it does have one thing I really like that I'm likely to start using it for the most... Instagram! Yes, this program lets you post to Instagram from your desktop. This is a very rare feature out there and I hate Insta on my mobile. It's a pain to use. How's that coming from a photographer! I've literally not used Instagram because it's not desktop friendly and as a result, very likely losing a lot of exposure. That's hopefully going to change soon, thanks to this one very important feature.

Cons: I've tried other social platforms and all they did was feel like a lot of work. In the end, so does this one. So would I recommend it if you're a dedicated social poster without already having other Zoho apps or Zoho One? Maybe not. So once again, I recommend you look at Zoho products as a whole and not individually. On its own, it's a bit clunky and visually not appealing (bad UX and UI).
