Using Zoho Social helped me become much more disciplined with my content posting. Being able to schedule content in advance kept me consistent and organized. Overall, my experience has been positive, and it made managing my social media much easier.

I love being able to schedule content months in advance. It saves time, keeps me consistent, and reduces stress.

Great scheduling features, but the analytics could be more detailed and the mobile app lacks some of the functionality available on desktop.

My overall experience with Zoho Social has been really positive. As a real estate agent and new mom, my schedule is unpredictable — I can go from a client showing to a diaper change with no warning. What I needed was a tool that works around my life, not one that demands I show up at a specific time to post. Zoho Social does exactly that. The scheduling feature is the core of why I love it. I sit down when I can — sometimes between showings, sometimes during nap time — plan out my content, and let it run. My audience sees consistency even when my day is anything but. The interface is clean and not overwhelming. I didn't need a tutorial to figure it out, which matters when you don't have time for a learning curve.

Pros

I manage showings, client calls, contracts — and a baby who has strong opinions about nap schedules. Finding time to post consistently felt impossible. Zoho Social changed that. I batch my content whenever I have 20 minutes with my laptop, schedule everything in advance, and my feed stays active even on the craziest days. The interface is clean, intuitive, and genuinely easy to use. If you're a realtor, a working mom, or anyone trying to show up online without burning out — this is the tool. I'm still very early into my experience, but overall it's been pretty good for what I need, and makes managing content much easier.

Pros

Being able to schedule content ahead, and how easy it is to use. I like that it also ties in with other Zoho products that I use.

Cons

The features on the free plan are pretty limited, so you do have to upgrade to get a decent basic use.

Quite okay i love it and prefer it over other smm platforms. Zoho gives a simplke way to post on all platforms and scheduling.

Pros

I love ow simple the dashboard ois and easy to post and track posts as well as reaction metrics on the dashboard .

Cons

I do not like the fact that images cannot be resized or edited fomthe application dashboard would be cool if large images were automatically resized for platforms.

Zoho Social is a powerhouse for agencies and small businesses alike. It’s affordable, user-friendly, and packed with enough "smart" features to save you hours of manual work every week.

Pros

The visual planner is a game-changer. Being able to drag and drop posts across a calendar view sounds simple, but Zoho’s execution is flawless. It gives you a bird’s-eye view of your entire strategy, making it easy to spot gaps in your content schedule.

Cons

The bulk upload can be a little tricky, but usable if you get over the sticking points. I have used it, and I normally have to go back and fix a few small issues

My overall experience with Zoho Social has been excellent. It has completely transformed how I handle digital presence for multiple brands. Instead of jumping between tabs, I have a "single pane of glass" that handles everything from high-level strategy to daily execution. It strikes the perfect balance between power and simplicity, making it indispensable for anyone managing serious digital growth.

Pros

The SmartQ scheduling and the visual content calendar are game-changers. Being able to see the entire month’s strategy at a glance—and drag-and-drop posts to different days—saves hours of manual work. I also love the Canva integration, which allows me to design and attach visuals without ever leaving the dashboard.

Cons

While the reporting is very clean, I’d love to see even deeper historical data (beyond 6-12 months) for long-term trend analysis. Additionally, the mobile app is great for quick checks, but I still prefer the desktop version for complex multi-channel scheduling.

Pros

The platform is clean, easy to navigate, and the scheduling tools save us a huge amount of time across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. The analytics dashboard is especially useful for tracking engagement and identifying which content performs best.

Cons

So far, we haven’t encountered any major issues with Zoho Social. Smooth and reliable experience. Recommended.
