This saves time and keeps your pages active. The insights are clear and useful. You can track performance, understand what works, and improve your content strategy based on real data. We tried other tools before, but Zoho stands out. One key advantage is TikTok posting. Many platforms still lack this feature. With Zoho, we now post regularly on TikTok without extra effort, and our activity has improved a lot. If you want one tool to manage multiple platforms with strong scheduling and analytics, Zoho Social is a good choice.

Cons

Only negative I can say its not free!!! But Still its worth the money we pay for and customer support is best in the market. We could manage all our task.

Globalement, mon expérience avec Zoho Social est positive. C’est un outil efficace pour organiser et structurer sa communication sur les réseaux sociaux, en particulier lorsqu’on gère plusieurs comptes. Il permet de gagner du temps, d’avoir une meilleure visibilité sur ses publications et de professionnaliser sa présence en ligne. Une bonne solution pour centraliser la gestion des réseaux sociaux.

Pros

Zoho Social est un outil très pratique pour gérer plusieurs réseaux sociaux au même endroit. J’apprécie particulièrement la planification des publications, qui permet de gagner du temps au quotidien et d’anticiper sa communication. L’interface est assez intuitive, ce qui facilite la prise en main même sans être expert. Le suivi des performances est aussi intéressant pour analyser ce qui fonctionne et ajuster ses contenus.

Cons

Certains aspects pourraient être améliorés, notamment la clarté de certaines fonctionnalités avancées qui ne sont pas toujours très intuitives au premier abord. Il peut aussi manquer un peu de flexibilité dans certains formats de publication selon les réseaux. Enfin, certaines fonctionnalités utiles sont uniquement disponibles dans les versions payantes, ce qui peut limiter l’utilisation pour des petites structures.

Le passage à un autre outil s’explique principalement par un besoin d’avoir une solution encore plus adaptée à nos usages spécifiques et à notre organisation quotidienne. Nous recherchions notamment davantage de flexibilité dans la gestion des publications, ainsi que des fonctionnalités plus intuitives pour un usage rapide sur le terrain. Le nouvel outil correspond mieux à notre manière de travailler, tout en restant simple et efficace au quotidien.
