Using it for 4 months now. Really good and happy using Zoho Social to manage our clients' social media channels as well as our own company socials too.

Pros

So many social media platforms under one umbrella. It's easy to use for all, especially for scheduling the posts for a full month.

Cons

Some social media channels are missing, like Snapchat; rest everything is good to go. Till now I haven't found anything that I can say is considered a con for Zoho Social.

I wish it was easier to use. I was left with the impression that if I was not using the entire Zoho Suite then Zoho Social was not meant for me as a user.

Pros

Scheduling Social Posts was pretty easy to do. I also liked how you can add multiple social platforms.

Cons

The integration with the rest of the Zoho Suite ended up being a real issue for me. It was often hard to find the correct login page for Zoho Social, specifically. Many things were also not explained well, with training material too large to navigate easily.

I'm testing Zoho Social to manage Instagram and Facebook for a healthcare clinic, and the experience has exceeded expectations. Even during the trial phase I can already tell this is a serious tool. The workflow feels natural, scheduling is frictionless, and the learning curve is practically nonexistent. I'm already considering the paid plan, which says a lot about a product you've only been testing for a short time.

Pros

The scheduling tool is intuitive and reliable. The content calendar gives a clear overview of everything planned. Analytics deliver exactly what you need without overwhelming you. Setup was incredibly fast, my team started using it within days with no formal training. The interface is clean and everything works the way you expect it to.

Cons

I'm still in the trial period so I haven't explored every feature yet. The post preview for Instagram carousels could be more accurate, but it's a minor detail.

I think it's been an overall positive experience. There are a few shortcomings I've had to work around which makes it hard to determine whether the price is worth paying for all of the extra offerings when you could find a much cheaper option that just does the schedule postings (main purpose for our subscription)

Pros

Our company chose Zoho mainly for content scheduling/automatic posting, but I was impressed by the variety of other features it offered. It's very easy to build custom reporting dashboards, giving you a quick glance at your key metrics. Other features like the hashtag recommendations and inbox management were really nice-to-haves. Especially at this price point.

Cons

This may pertain to API restrictions, but I don't like the inconsistencies in offerings between each social platforms. The reporting also says it offers up to "1 year" but much of the data more than 6 months prior does not populate. Even after allowing it a few days to adjust and sync data. There are many holes in the reporting, but good for general overview. Another thing, that's rather small, is that it provides you with a "preview" of your insta and fb posts, but you can't scroll through the carousel to fully preview it. Same goes for longer captions, the previews aren't interactive so you can't click "More..." to see how your caption will display.

Pros

Zoho Social has been a solid upgrade for our social media management. Scheduling is simple and reliable. You can plan content in advance and stay consistent without daily manual posting. This saves time and keeps your pages active. The insights are clear and useful. You can track performance, understand what works, and improve your content strategy based on real data. We tried other tools before, but Zoho stands out. One key advantage is TikTok posting. Many platforms still lack this feature. With Zoho, we now post regularly on TikTok without extra effort, and our activity has improved a lot. If you want one tool to manage multiple platforms with strong scheduling and analytics, Zoho Social is a good choice.

Cons

Only negative I can say its not free!!! But Still its worth the money we pay for and customer support is best in the market. We could manage all our task.

Pros

Ease of use is the first thing that comes to mind when one thinks of Zoho social. It has a comprehensive list of features that one can use that makes scheduling, posting, monitoring a breeze.

Cons

On a couple of occasions the scheduled post did not get published. Apart from that everything was a breeze

Great experience, the ease of use is incredibly important to me!

Pros

It's incredibly easy to use, very quick and easy to create and schedule posts. The report page is a great summary of how your social channels are performing. I love the different ways to view your scheduled posts, especially the glimpse of your Instagram layout

Cons

I wish the free version had scheduling as well, when my free trial ended I lost all my scheduled posts. I also wish you could schedule a post to push to the app instead of automatically post, I often want to do a few touch-ups in the instagram app because of the way instagram impacts the quality of images.

So far so good. I haven't had time to see the results yet, but if the results are as easy to get as using the platform then it will be well worth it.

Pros

so many ways to link into your social profiles and it is easy to do. Gives you control over your social profiles and enables you to add customized content to one or all.

Cons

Recreating the same content on alot of the elements that you want included. I feel like this information should carry over to the next element instead of having to keep adding it in one after another.

1 thing that always stand out for me in all zoho applications is the interface which leads to a seamless user experince. Navigating the app is super intutive and very easy for anyone even using it for the first time. There also a certain simplicity about the desing, every thing seems well organised, well laid out and well though through.

Pros

I’ve been using Zoho Social for a while now to manage multiple channels for my brand, and it’s honestly one of the most convenient tools I’ve worked with. The interface is clean, scheduling is straightforward, and I love how it recommends the best times to post based on engagement trends. It’s made team collaboration much smoother too—commenting on drafts and getting approvals is built right in. The analytics dashboard gives me exactly what I need without being overwhelming, and since I also use Zoho CRM, the integration between the two is a huge bonus.

Cons

The pricing could be per channel and not for all channels. being a b2b business we dont actually end up using all the channels that we pay for as part of the premium subscription.

Happily surprised by how much you can do with Zoho Social. I migrated back to Zoho for CRM and was pumped to see their Social platform is so well developed. Great for ease of use, monitoring, managing, and posting to all social channels from one dashboard. I've used it to finally effectively source leads from my social media profiles which can then be imported directly into the CRM. I love it.

Pros

Easy to use Social monitoring Easy set up Integrations Very ease to monitor social mentions and engage with people on all platforms from one dashboard.

Cons

Doesn't have RSS feed import of content to curate. And while not a complete con, it certainly is on my wish list for Zoho to roll out on their social platform.

Pros

I really enjoy the automation and that I can just adjust my posts as necessary. Zoho allows me to still be creative while being attentive to my family as well.

Cons

I haven't come across anything that I don't like about Zoho Social. There were more learning curves on my part but with practice, I have come to learn how to properly use the app.

Easy, user friendly, customizable, and reliable. I was able to log on and use the service immediately, but also as i became more experience with the tool, I was able to easily find ways to individualize my experience so zoho was tailored exactly to my business needs.

Pros

Zoho social makes it super easy to schedule my content of course, but my favorite thing about Zoho is probably how I am able to track activity metrics and make sure that my posts are being as effective as desired. I could always say I am doing well, but its better to back it up with data!

Cons

I can't think of anything rly... I suppose pricing could be a barrier to entry, but they offer trials so you can gain momentum... user choice if thats a pro or a con ;)
