### "Zoho Social is a must for businesses wanting a Social presence."

June 26, 2026

5.0

Overall, Zoho Social is the best social manager I have found and offers good value for the cost. Keeping everything in one place saves so much time.

Pros

Zoho Social is easy to use; even a novice like me can have a Social presence without stressing or making a mess of things.

Cons

Being unable to edit or remove posts after posting and having to go into each Social site to make changes or remove can be a pain point.

### "Powerful Social Media Management with Room to Improve"

July 23, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho Social has been positive. It's a reliable and user-friendly platform for scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing social media content. It offers good value for small businesses, marketers, and creators who want an all-in-one social media management solution without a steep learning curve. While there's room for improvement in advanced reporting and platform integrations, it remains a solid choice for everyday social media management.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho Social was its clean interface and the ability to manage multiple social media accounts from one dashboard. The post scheduling tools are intuitive, the content calendar makes planning easy, and the analytics provide useful insights into audience engagement. Team collaboration features also make it convenient for businesses and content creators working with multiple people.

Cons

What I liked least was that some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans. The analytics, while helpful, can feel limited compared to some competitors, and occasional delays in syncing or publishing posts to certain social platforms can be frustrating. The mobile app is functional but could offer a smoother experience.

Switched from

[Fedica](https://www.capterra.com/p/166770/Tweepsmap/)

I switched from Fedica because I wanted a more streamlined platform that was easier to navigate and better integrated with the other business tools I use. While Fedica offers strong analytics and audience insights, Zoho Social provided a simpler workflow for scheduling, content planning, and day-to-day social media management at a price that better matched my needs.

### "Too integrated to use on its own. "

March 24, 2025

3.0

I wish it was easier to use. I was left with the impression that if I was not using the entire Zoho Suite then Zoho Social was not meant for me as a user.

Pros

Scheduling Social Posts was pretty easy to do. I also liked how you can add multiple social platforms.

Cons

The integration with the rest of the Zoho Suite ended up being a real issue for me. It was often hard to find the correct login page for Zoho Social, specifically. Many things were also not explained well, with training material too large to navigate easily.

Switched from

[Hootsuite](https://www.capterra.com/p/121701/HootSuite/)

Hootsuite was not able to handle Instagram at the time. It was also too expensive.

### "Zoho Social for the win!"

May 3, 2026

5.0

Zoho Social is a powerhouse for multi-channel management. Its intuitive dashboard streamlines scheduling across all major platforms, while the SmartQ feature optimizes post timing for maximum engagement. With robust analytics and seamless collaboration tools, it’s an essential, cost-effective operator for agencies looking to scale their digital distribution efficiently. 🫡👊🔥

Pros

What stands out most about Zoho Social is how it simplifies the chaos of multi-platform management. It is incredibly easy to use, featuring a clean, intuitive interface that removes the steep learning curve found in other enterprise tools. The drag-and-drop calendar makes visual planning effortless, while the SmartQ system takes the guesswork out of timing by identifying when your audience is most active. For an operator managing multiple brands, the ability to monitor real-time interactions and schedule weeks of content from a single dashboard is a game-changer. It’s built for speed, efficiency, and total control. 🫡👊🔥

Cons

While the platform is a workhorse, the mobile app can feel a bit restrictive compared to the desktop experience. It’s great for quick checks, but deep-dive analytics or complex post-formatting are definitely smoother on a larger screen. Additionally, the reporting customization is solid, but if you’re looking for hyper-granular, white-labeled reports for a dozen different clients, the standard templates can feel a little rigid. That said, for day-to-day distribution and scheduling, these are minor hurdles in an otherwise top-tier system. It’s a reliable tool that just has a few "office-only" preferences

### "User-Friendly Social Media Tool, but Pricing Could Be Better"

July 4, 2026

5.0

Overall, Zoho Social is a useful and easy-to-use platform for managing social media. I liked the interface and features, but the higher pricing and the issue with the free plan reduced my satisfaction.

Pros

Zoho Social is very user-friendly and easy to understand. The dashboard is clean, scheduling posts is simple, and managing multiple social media accounts from one place saves a lot of time.

Cons

The pricing feels expensive for a small or startup business. The free plan was shown as available, but it did not work properly for me, which made the experience confusing and disappointing.

### "Excellent Social Media Management Tool"

July 1, 2026

5.0

My experience with Zoho Social has been great. Really good customer service from the moment I signed up!

Pros

It's user-friendly and dependable. When I schedule a post, I trust it'll go out to every channel I selected. It also gives you the ability to write the first comment which helps in terms of getting your post seen.

Cons

I wish it integrated with Bigin, their light CRM. Right now, when someone engages with a post or comments on social, I have to manually track that and create the lead or follow-up in Bigin myself.

### "Zoho Social is the best"

June 30, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho Social has been positive. It provides an easy-to-use platform for scheduling posts, managing multiple social media accounts, monitoring engagement, and tracking performance through clear analytics. The interface is intuitive, making it simple to get started, and the collaboration features are helpful for teams. While some advanced features and reporting options are only available on higher-tier plans and could be improved, it offers good value for businesses looking for a reliable social media management solution.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho Social was its intuitive interface and the ability to manage multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard. Scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and accessing analytics were straightforward, making it easy to stay organized and save time. The collaboration features also worked well for teams, and its integration with other Zoho products added extra convenience. And the customer support is amazing.

Cons

One downside is that some advanced features and analytics are limited to higher-tier plans. The reporting customization could be more flexible, and the interface can occasionally feel slow when managing multiple accounts. Additionally, compared to some competitors, it offers fewer third-party integrations and more limited social listening capabilities.

### "A Few Shortcomings But Overall Useful "

April 3, 2026

4.0

I think it's been an overall positive experience. There are a few shortcomings I've had to work around which makes it hard to determine whether the price is worth paying for all of the extra offerings when you could find a much cheaper option that just does the schedule postings (main purpose for our subscription)

Pros

Our company chose Zoho mainly for content scheduling/automatic posting, but I was impressed by the variety of other features it offered. It's very easy to build custom reporting dashboards, giving you a quick glance at your key metrics. Other features like the hashtag recommendations and inbox management were really nice-to-haves. Especially at this price point.

Cons

This may pertain to API restrictions, but I don't like the inconsistencies in offerings between each social platforms. The reporting also says it offers up to "1 year" but much of the data more than 6 months prior does not populate. Even after allowing it a few days to adjust and sync data. There are many holes in the reporting, but good for general overview. Another thing, that's rather small, is that it provides you with a "preview" of your insta and fb posts, but you can't scroll through the carousel to fully preview it. Same goes for longer captions, the previews aren't interactive so you can't click "More..." to see how your caption will display.

Switched from

[Planable](https://www.capterra.com/p/171744/Planable/)

Only used it for automatic posting and it wasn't worth the cost when other platforms, like Zoho, offered more for less.

Pros

### "A Reliable Tool for Social Management"

November 16, 2025

4.0

Using Zoho Social has allowed for more organized campaign planning, clear collaboration, and stronger audience insights. While there are occasional limitations around integrations and reporting speed, overall, Zoho Social is dependable for managing brands successfully and is a valuable part of a digital marketing toolkit.

Pros

Zoho Social makes it much easier to schedule and publish posts across multiple social platforms, thanks to its unified interface that saves time, delivers helpful analytics, and reduces manual effort for day-to-day marketing tasks.

Cons

While Zoho Social is generally reliable, there are sometimes delays in the analytics reports and the integration options are fewer than what larger competitors offer, which can create some repetitive manual work when managing several platforms at once.

### "No frills, and exactly what is says on the tin."

June 8, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Zoho Social has been mostly positive, though not without its frustrations. On the plus side, it’s a genuinely powerful all-in-one platform that brings together scheduling, unified inbox, analytics, and CRM integrations in a way that saves a lot of time once you get comfortable with it. The smart scheduling suggestions and detailed performance insights have noticeably improved my content strategy and engagement rates. That said, the interface can feel cluttered and overwhelming at times, and there’s a noticeable learning curve compared to simpler tools. The mobile app is quite limited, publishing can occasionally be delayed, and some advanced features feel unnecessarily complex. Overall, I’d rate it 7.5/10. It’s an excellent choice for growing teams or businesses already in the Zoho ecosystem who need depth and integration, but it may not be the smoothest experience if you’re looking for something quick and lightweight. With a few UI/UX improvements and better mobile support, it could easily become one of the best in the market.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho Social is how incredibly intuitive and all-in-one it feels compared to other tools I've used. The unified inbox brings together comments, messages, and mentions from every major platform in one clean dashboard, saving me hours of switching tabs. I especially love the smart scheduling with optimal posting times based on real audience data, the detailed analytics that actually help me understand what content resonates, and the seamless integration with Zoho CRM and other apps in their ecosystem. It's powerful yet beginner-friendly, with excellent customer support that responds quickly. Overall, it has genuinely streamlined my social media workflow and boosted engagement for my brand. Highly recommended!

Cons

What I disliked most about Zoho Social is that it sometimes feels a bit clunky and overwhelming with too many features packed into one interface. The learning curve is steeper than expected, especially if you're coming from simpler tools like Buffer or Hootsuite. I also found the mobile app noticeably limited compared to the desktop version — scheduling and detailed analytics are frustrating on mobile. Another big pain point was occasional delays in publishing posts and slower loading times when managing multiple accounts. The reporting, while detailed, can be overly complicated to customize. Overall, it’s powerful but could definitely use more polish and speed to match its ambitious feature set.

### "The Ultimate Growth Engine for Multi-Channel Social Management"

May 12, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Zoho Social has been excellent. It has completely transformed how I handle digital presence for multiple brands. Instead of jumping between tabs, I have a "single pane of glass" that handles everything from high-level strategy to daily execution. It strikes the perfect balance between power and simplicity, making it indispensable for anyone managing serious digital growth.

Pros

The SmartQ scheduling and the visual content calendar are game-changers. Being able to see the entire month’s strategy at a glance—and drag-and-drop posts to different days—saves hours of manual work. I also love the Canva integration, which allows me to design and attach visuals without ever leaving the dashboard.

Cons

While the reporting is very clean, I’d love to see even deeper historical data (beyond 6-12 months) for long-term trend analysis. Additionally, the mobile app is great for quick checks, but I still prefer the desktop version for complex multi-channel scheduling.

### "Zoho Social great tool for tracking social information and metrics"

November 21, 2025

5.0

Great I can't really complain! The set up of everything from published posts, scheduled posts, notifications across all areas, and insights on everything make this a great tool to consider for your managing of social media feeds!

Pros

I loved how you can track your social brand (in my case a podcast) across all social feeds (instagram, facebook, x/twitter, etc.) and be able to post and schedule out your posts for set times of the day. I really loved also how it gave you the opportunity to additionally set other times to repeat those posts and have them rescheduled at set times. Other elements that this had that were nice were engagement trends showing growth in specific feeds. Times it appeared the feed posts were heavily engaged, and how you could see comments and replies without having to go into each specific website and app. The interface was very nice and easy to follow. The customer support was really cool. There is someone who reaches out and is available should you have any questions or concerns. They offer a free 15 day trial and during that time they have amazing tutorials but also a rep who will check in on you and offer you help and assistance where needed. I love the task management and insights this site had. I cannot say enough good things about it. It can be a lot to take in but if you just come in with the right frame of mind, look at tutorials, and reach out to the person assigned to you you will find that this product is amazing!

Cons

A lot of stuff to take in initially but there are tutorials that help with it. Just have to be patient.

### "Robust Scheduling and Great Analytics for the Price"

April 10, 2026

5.0

My experience has been excellent. It provides a "big-brand" feel for a fraction of the cost of competitors like Sprout Social or Hootsuite. It has streamlined our workflow significantly, especially the collaboration tools that allow our team to approve posts before they go live. It’s a reliable, powerful tool for any small to mid-sized marketing team.

Pros

The user interface is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to manage multiple social channels from one dashboard. The SmartQ feature is a game-changer—it predicts the best times to post based on when our specific audience is most active, which has noticeably boosted our engagement rates.

Cons

The Instagram direct publishing can occasionally be finicky with specific video aspect ratios, and the reporting dashboard, while very detailed, has a bit of a learning curve if you want to create highly customized PDF reports.

### "Zoho social review "

June 4, 2025

5.0

1 thing that always stand out for me in all zoho applications is the interface which leads to a seamless user experince. Navigating the app is super intutive and very easy for anyone even using it for the first time. There also a certain simplicity about the desing, every thing seems well organised, well laid out and well though through.

Pros

I’ve been using Zoho Social for a while now to manage multiple channels for my brand, and it’s honestly one of the most convenient tools I’ve worked with. The interface is clean, scheduling is straightforward, and I love how it recommends the best times to post based on engagement trends. It’s made team collaboration much smoother too—commenting on drafts and getting approvals is built right in. The analytics dashboard gives me exactly what I need without being overwhelming, and since I also use Zoho CRM, the integration between the two is a huge bonus.

Cons

The pricing could be per channel and not for all channels. being a b2b business we dont actually end up using all the channels that we pay for as part of the premium subscription.
